Checked the alien scale of doom (a-sod for short😉) and I reckon my home scales is out, I know myself I’ve lost a bit this week - according to this one I’m still 1.8 over last Friday.
Anyway, that is just fine, I’ll be back to my normal scales soon and I’ll go by what it says, I’ll just know when I get closer to where I want I’ll replace it. Hopefully by then I’ll be able to shop around easier, no time to do it now. Because it’s consistently off by I reckon 2-
My heavens em, that’s a huge deficit, how many calories did you actually eat?
Sts is good life, I’ve been pondering for a change and the amount of threads I’ve seen people saying they’ve gained multiple pounds over lockdown, could have been all of us. But to my reckoning, we haven’t at all so we’re in good shape for sure.

I think we are mostly in good shape, we could all have gained so much more but haven't and are still trying even if not 100%

Should have said that yesterday wasn’t a conscious not eating day. It just felt like I never sat down!!!!

I ate:

Porridge with berries
Tea
Flat white
Roasted veggie wrap

Biscuit
Spag bol
Yoghurt

Yeah as I typed alien scale....I saw the acronym, so bloody true. Put my own scales in the car to compare side by side later. I know I sound obsessed but that’s cause I am😂 It’s been such a shitty time the least my body can do is recognise I’ve put the effort in and melt a bit of fat ffs.
Not surprising you’re hungry em, do you know I’ve never had a tuna melt. I like tuna, I love cheese, just never tried one

That’s a cool cake, any chance you made it wreck and if yes how’d you get the coloured bits in? I used to make rainbow cakes but I’m out of my special sprinkles from the US (non paraleills or something )

Mfp is also adjusting for any exercise i do and I did loads of running about yesterday.

There is a way you can stop mfp from counting your fitness in sure.
Food on track and 45 left. I didn't have a treat yesterday.
Mmm cake.
Bugger all steps today as went to the dentist this morning so didn't get my morning class. 6500 will make it up tomorrow and Saturday

I've just found a photo of me in ex's crap of me from before he met me (on holiday with previous boyfriend) as a size 10 in a skimpy bikini. I will never have that body again and I didn't bloody appreciate it when I had it. Thought I was fat. Idiot.

Took off my protein powder and had a mars ice cream instead. 1810 calories, fibre bit no protein, to much shite, 7 k steps. [Shrug]

As my poor departed mother constantly warbled ‘youth is wasted on the young’, I used to be like wtf? Now, now I get it. I spend so much time trying to get my girls to not be so critical about their amazing healthy figures (older one mainly, younger “ok” so far) Does it work? Does it f**k!
I know it’s shallow but I’m so so pleased they’re fit & healthy and not overweight like I was as a teen/preteen. I never wanted them to have that misery. Turns out they can make their own misery even being slim & beautiful & healthy.

Sorry to be a bore, more news about the
a-sod situ vs my own scales, side by side mine is weighing about .8 lower so not as bad as I thought!
Let’s see what tomorrow brings, I’m up on last weeks right now but that’s at the end of the day so fairs fair
