That’s good life, nice start to Saturday.
Back to day 1 of my new week, might do some meal planning into mfp. It’s so dark here this morning, no desire to go walking but if the rain holds off I’ll have to get out for a bit - house steps are monotonous

I'm aching from my work out yesterday. Going to do yoga this morning then try and join in the live one at 5pm (anyone fancy it?!) should be fun.

Am also going to drink lots and eat much less.

Morning. Going riding today so that’ll be my exercise.

I’m annoyed at mfp. I put in exactly what I had to eat yesterday. And it told me I didn’t eat enough so wouldn’t let me complete the diary.

I’m also annoyed because it’s difficult to find homemade stuff on there. So I have to pick the closest thing. Anyone else have this issue?

Haha yes mine won't let me complete if I've eaten fewer than 1000 calories. What sort of homemade thing are you struggling with? I have the carbs and cals book so can often look sweet things up in that and then just do a quick add for calories or find the closest one.

Yesterday I ate crap all day and I felt rubbish. I feel so much better when I'm eating healthy food. I must remember that. Also on my memories is a photo of me in Barcelona three years ago and I look chunky so will keep that photo as inspiration.

So pizza last night - home made. I searched pizza and just put the closest one in. The only homemade one I found was pepperoni which we didn’t have. So I just chose vegetable pizza.

Sorry been manic at work this week! Gone back 4 days, its lovely being back with the children but I'm bloody knackered!!! Definitely counting as my exercise for each day, I dont stop 🤣

Food has been up and down this week, had a Chinese on Tuesday was literally dead on my feet so DH ordered one from work for us so I didnt have to cook!

Its totm and last night I was craving chocolate, so instead of trying to eat lower calorie options then caving I just ate a dark choc bar. Really regretted it as my stomach was awful afterwards and I couldn't sleep!

I only weigh once a week so will see the damage tomorrow! I also upload pictures on mfp as sometimes your body shape changes without actually losing weight.

Any recommendations of free online workouts? I've been doing couch to 5k but finding it hard to fit in going out for runs now around work.

nocuts my favourite YouTube ones are Hasfit (for weights) and yoga with adriene.

Em you could have worked it out by using the dough recipe and all the ingredients but really life is too short for that so an estimated is fine imo.

I’ve done a few of his workout dances and they’re ridiculously fun

wreck I figured as long as I just put near enough what I was eating it’s fine. I’m more focussed on the snacks.

Mfp either do best guess or create your own meal entry.

Short ish walk as rain. 4200 steps thus far, might do some yoga/ pilates later and a step class.

Home made pizza tonight here BBQ chicken for me.

I have also reset from today not.

I create recipes in mfp for my own recipes, at least that way I know I’m getting the correct macro info too. But tbh if you’re going along and you’re losing fairly consistently you don’t necessarily need to deep dive into that. And no need to hit complete on mfp, I haven’t used that function in maybe 2 years because it would probably tell me I’d gain!
Nearly 9,000 steps from long walk to shop and bit of housework. Still 6,000 to go

I've just had a halloumi and broccoli salad. Was pretty good.

Dinner will probably be veg burger and roasted cauliflower.

Yeah I think starting the week on Saturday might help counteract the weekend blowout. It worked last week so may as well continue.
Had a lovely salad for lunch followed by a couple of delicious cookies, trying a new recipe for dinner. Just over 12,500 steps, not too much more to go

Wet. So wet. I went riding and didn’t take my jacket. So so wet.

But. 12,000 steps done. (Not by me...by pony...) but it counts as exercise so win. And despite the rain it was nice being outside.

Over 19,000 here, lot of running around - had to run to the shops when it turned out my meat for dinner was off, couldn’t have realised this before I went to the shop earlier of course. It’s no harm except to my pocket I guess

Well I think I’m probably looking at maintenance calories today, that’s fine by me. I’ve the 1.8lb loss this week and no fear of the scales til Friday. Feeling bulletproof😉

Up 1lb today but I'm putting that down to weights and pizza.
Walk with a pal today and will do Pilate fusion later.

Is that in a week or over a few weeks wreck? If it’s a week did you really eat over & above your maintenance by over 10,000 calories? If not, then it’s just temporary bloat with maybe a small bit real gain but maybe not. Don’t be too hard on yourself regardless - can potentially lead to punishment overeating which is just pointless.

Oh well, it’s done now. Still reckon a fair amount is just bloat but you know you, you can easily turn it around after your birthday, that’s tomorrow did you say? Maybe give it 3-4 days to get all Cake out of the house😉
Bit of a headache after a pretty crap sleep, nearly 9,000 steps after a 6am walkie talkie so that’s a plus. Not getting an outside walk today due to unforeseen circumstances, affecting food for today too. Never mind, I’ll do my best
