F’it anyway, stupid kfc put me over cals and it’s not even 5pm! Lots of steps today so I think I’ll eat to maintenance. Wasn’t even that nice

I'm doing v badly. BlushGrin it's a vicious circle. I eat crap because I'm feeling so down then I feel down (and sluggish) because I've eaten so badly. Tomorrow I'll be better...

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/06/2020 17:17

Me too wreck. Haven't made either of my targets today. In other news there is now no birthday cake left.

I think yes as simple as different colour dots.

Happierwithouthim · 08/06/2020 19:29

167.1 this morn on scales, was tempted not to record it and might delete it later in the week we'll see.

Over by 183 yesterday but water was very slack as myself & bf went for a long drive. So I never caught up.

Or even mark along the line in red for period time?

563 cals left for this evening, think I'm going to be lazy and have the easy option of dr oetker pizza for dinner, my throat is still poorly and doctor won't see me until end of the week.

Not2bObvious · 08/06/2020 19:35

I’m over by 430Blush Oh well, over 15,000 steps so should just about break even. Now the trick is not to eat any bloody more!!!!
Sod that happier, I wouldn’t be recording that. Your weight was consistently lower the days before so it’s a bloat.
Looking at my weight, I was down .4 Friday to Friday last week. Guess who’s bailed dieting...or nailed messing with the stats😉

I've had a mixed day, really good steps, went for a run, got quite a bit of work done, but went to the shop and could of bought the whole shop! Decided on a share bag of crisps and ate most of them, luckily the kids got some too!

Great steps curvy, you earned a few crisps for sure. Up early ironing/cooking/stepping. I only got 3500 over the course of 1.5 hours but I ironed loads and made 2 dinners. Made an kinda of McDonald’s fake breakfast muffin using Linda sausage/egg/light cheese. Very nice, under 300 cals with 19gr protein, 5gr fibre. Hope it keeps me going til lunch. Starting work at 9am so having a relaxing cuppa to recover from my activities.
How’s everyone feeling this morning? Hopefully any Monday blues/bloat have lessened😉

Yesterday was a right off. Thinking I have a 3 day binge cycle linked to hormones. Given I'm also very angry and lower than satans wine cellar.
Back on it today to drag myself out of it. Massive gain over my mental ceiling now. Day tracked to 1550 ish. 30 minutes aerobics done so on 4500 steps thus far

Happierwithouthim · 09/06/2020 13:12

Life is it rational or irrational anger?

Happierwithouthim · 09/06/2020 13:14

Well done on the loss not what ever way it was achieved
165.5 this morning so that's brings me average in line with last week including mon will see how it goes.

Just 6254 steps yesterday I was tired & my throat sore so I didn't push myself

Not2bObvious · 09/06/2020 13:24

That’s great that the weights on track happier
I’m due totm this week - got to keep on top of sneaky cravings. Hormones are the worst, I hope it lifts soon for you life

Hi! I’m hopping on board if that’s ok!

I realised yesterday I’m heavier than I want to be. I had a good long hard look at myself and a step on the scales and thought enough was enough. I need to do something about this.

So. I’m currently 76.9kg. I want to go down to 70kg. Before I was pregnant with ds born sept 2017 I was 63kg. That’s the goal. Get back to that. But for now baby steps. Dd being born in summer last year then mat leave then lockdown have not helped.

My plan is thus:

Track what I’m eating - my fitness pal
Exercise - planning on a run or a walk every day and when I can get back in the gym
Limit the snacks - either no snacks or healthy ones
More water
Less booze - no alcohol Sunday through Thursday.

My clothes are getting a bit snug and I’m not about to go up a size.

So today:

I’ve been for a 3.6km walk
Have had sourdough toast (1 piece) with ham
A flat white no sugar
A roasted veggie wrap and a Diet Coke
And lasagne for dinner later. With salad.

Not2bObvious · 09/06/2020 14:39

Nice to have you here em, your plan sounds great, I’m sure you’ll have great success. It’s a good time if you’re determined not to buy a bigger size, I threw out 95% my next size up so I think that keeps me a bit in check - only a bit though.

WreckTangled · 09/06/2020 16:53

Am within cals today (have put everything into MFP). Still daren't weigh myself. It's mine and dd's birthdays next week so that's not going to be good for the waist line either...

Wolfcub · 09/06/2020 17:38

Pilates done. Do not ask me about calories, there was a chocolate related incident earlier

WreckTangled · 09/06/2020 17:41

Wolf yesterday my diet consisted of a McDonald's, a double decker and a whole small packet of dark chocolate digestives Blush today was better.

Low fat humous with crudités
Cheese and salad cream sandwich with low carb bread

Two dark chocolate rice cakes not as good as digestives

Beef casserole with cauliflower mash.

Might have strawberries if I'm peckish later.

Not2bObvious · 09/06/2020 17:48

I’d murder a few chocolate digestives...
Dinner inhaled and as usual too much day left. I still have 350 cals but I had hoped to save a few to offset yesterday’s splurge.
I’ll try a bit of delayed gratification and a cuppa, that might help (she says grasping at straws!)

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 09/06/2020 18:04

Totally irrational happier.
I am better today. 217 left and macros hit. Currently on 9500 steps so ok but not great.

Welcome em.

ememem84 · 09/06/2020 18:16

Oh digestives. I’ve been know you eat an entire packet in one sitting.

This is the first time I’ve ever tried to do something conscious about my weight.

I’m what Dm would call “slim fat” As in im tall and usually a size 10-12 but now have a bit of a tummy. My revelation came through other day when I worked out if I looked down I could see my tummy under my boobs have huge boobs

So. Doing something.

Not2bObvious · 09/06/2020 20:21

Leaving 200 cals behind, had a packet of crisps and was close to having a 2 finger kitkat but really didn’t need it (didn’t need the crisps either but hey ho)
Nearly 15,000, I’ll get them before I head to bed

OP posts:
ememem84 · 10/06/2020 05:54

I did 9,000 steps yesterday. About to get out of bed and go for a run.

ememem84 · 10/06/2020 06:59

3826 steps done. Porridge with frozen berries and a huge glass of water.

WreckTangled · 10/06/2020 07:12

I didn't weight again today but am planning a healthy day.

For my course I have to ask for a food diary from someone who wants to lose weight then write down suggestions. Who's in?! GrinBlushHmm

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/06/2020 07:19

Well done em. Check your motivation out.

I did 10 k steps yesterday and am down today. Wet here so need to get off my ass and do a class.

I would wreck but given my week last week it would be converted in red pen and must do better. Grin

ememem84 · 10/06/2020 08:43

I’m happy to wreck what is it you need? An email? Screenshots of my fitness pal?
