Still up. Stomach is bloated and painful this morning Hmm

Happierwithouthim · 04/06/2020 13:27

Sorry guys life is busy at the moment
Lane Fitbit app does a graph and you don't need to have a Fitbit to use it. Apologies if someone already said that.

Forgot to weigh Monday, genuinely I forgot Hmm scales sticking at 167.1 since then. If I can keep it there I'll have a nice loss of 1.1lbs to reflect my restart.

€5 a week but payable monthly
She works via voice notes on WhatsApp and I'm liking that.

Have ordered a fruit & veg box for delivery tomo so that should help me too. Have pak Choi and lemongrass so there's gonna be a stir fry of some sort on the horizon

Monthly woes - I'm on pill for life as I'm low in certain hormones so it's to protect my bones, no period but man one night of the pill free week I'm exhausted(it was last night) and I'd to change my pjs this morning as I sweated through the night too.
I think the nuvaring suited me best.

Not2bObvious · 04/06/2020 15:17

Day 2 of no weighing scales. I hit my protein/fibre goals yesterday - and I wasn’t too hungry despite being under calories. I won’t hit protein today but that’s ok. Steps low and quite tired so I mightn’t manage to get my 10,000 - not in the humour.
I love pak choi bit I think I might just love it when done by an Asian restaurant, don’t know if I’ve the skills at home. You should in the zone happier, good for you.
Nice loss wolf, oven baked fish & chips here tonight too - sadly no cake
Poor you wreck. Sorry you have sore tum, has it improved as the day wore on?
Very sluggish system for me, I’d hope more fibre & water would help but nope

I do feel better thanks. Have eaten lots today Blush but I did do yoga this morning

Not2bObvious · 04/06/2020 16:19

That’s good wreck, maybe the yoga sorted it, I’ve a friend who swears it helps her ibs. Not sure how, possibly the stretching & breathing? Or maybe just general relaxation helps. Dreadful indigestion, think my own stomach is churning acid

I have had a yogurt and a sausage roll. I am saving myself for later. Although it's pissing it down so I think my plan to have fish and chips in the garden with my parents might be off!

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/06/2020 18:26

I'm feeling off today. Was doing ok until I made ginger biscuits with DS.

Not2bObvious · 04/06/2020 19:45

Managed to get some steps in, bit over 11,000. Had some wine with dinner but managed to stop before I did too much damage I think. Ginger biscuits must be one of my very few safe naughty foods, not a fan. Not sure if you mean you feel off sick life, or off plan. Whichever feel betterFlowers

Wolfcub · 04/06/2020 22:33

I managed to get fish and chips, cake and a whole bottle of prosecco into the calories I've burned today and had 200 to spare. I then went and ruined it with two beautiful cannoli

Wolfcub · 04/06/2020 22:45

And a gin....

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/06/2020 07:15

Not even bothering to weight this morning. Done with this week.

Well done wolf.

WreckTangled · 05/06/2020 07:43

I'm with you life...

Wolfcub · 05/06/2020 09:09

Sts. Really must put batteries in scales though

Not2bObvious · 05/06/2020 09:58

I think I’m going to just weigh max 3 times a week from here on in. I used to call my weight what I was on a Friday and count my loss from there. Over time it’ll be clear if I’m losing or just continuing to maintain.
Started the day with a jog/walk, well much more walk than jog tbh. Nearly at 10,000 steps

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 05/06/2020 10:08

Oops. Should add I did my weigh in and I’m 163 so about .6 up from last Friday which I reckon is spot on considering my overeating over 4 days.

Where you all? Re-reading this mornings messages are we a bit low? Not surprising I’m sure, let’s face it life’s pretty mucked up (I would think more f*cked but I is being ladylike😉)
Having a F - IT evening. Just one that’s all

Work is so busy and then no internet at home is my combined reasons for not posting.
166.2 this morning so I'm on target for 1.4 ish down this week. I'm in the zone.
Joining an online group thing, it's the old group I was a leader for, and a leader I follow on Instagram is doing her class via zoom and communicates by WhatsApp too.

I've 2 weddings next year, were nearly halfway through this year, I was waiting to move to do something but once I started gaining, I had to break the cycle

Happierwithouthim · 05/06/2020 23:21

Also not a fan of gingerbread

Happierwithouthim · 05/06/2020 23:22

380 over today because went to outdoor cinema and dc had bought treats for me (with my money Grin)

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/06/2020 08:19

I'm a bit in the doldrums I will admit. Up today but not surprising.
Not going to be on it today. Will be back on it tomorrow.

Wolfcub · 06/06/2020 08:45

Up 1lb. Not hugely surprising. I was over calories yesterday too.

I did replace the battery in the scales so at least I know weight is accurate and there's not a hidden 3lb waiting to ambush me.

Pilates today.

Not2bObvious · 06/06/2020 09:44

Your weights coming down nicely happier, you totally had to go over for the cinema experience. When you mentioned that the other day, I initially missed the outdoor bit & I was proper confused. Thought there was an illicit speakeasy cinema in the West😂
I ate & drank too much last night, v glad I’m off the scales until next week - might even try leave it until Friday.
Great your scales is working wolf, I kinda think mine is off - but it’s consistently off. And I really don’t want to buy another. I have 2 others but they are so inconsistent I’ve put them out of circulation.
Sorry you’re feel a bit down life, hope the weekend brightens you upFlowers
The turn in weather is a drag, best bring a brolly if I go walking

Happierwithouthim · 06/06/2020 18:32

Ah just realised my last post never uploaded
It is worth getting a decent scales I feel, I have my salter for years and it's very accurate.

Ate about a quarter of my first ever sourdough I think that's a worthy occasion! But it means in order to eat dinner I'll go over by about 100 cals, it's gonna happen. Too much of the day left not to.

Life and wolf have seen it on frugalerrs thread but thought you might like a look not I'm incredibly proud Grin

You should be proud happier

Not2bObvious · 06/06/2020 18:57

Well done happier, that looks delicious.
Dinner done, protein & fibre bang on. A little over 200 left, might leave it there but it’s early yet. Not drinking so that usually helps with the resolve. Going to start my week on Saturday if my official weigh in is now Friday. Gotta to try something new to break the weekend destruction
