I'm in the mini pill. Seems ok. Got pregnant with a mirena coil in. Would prefer not to be on anything really I think.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 02/06/2020 08:55

Well done Wolf.
nocuts, I really want to start running again.

Did some body groove and a weights work out. The weights are still very light though!
I'm still getting use to it all.

Weight 11s10lbs.

Not2bObvious · 02/06/2020 13:36

That’s a great weigh in curvy, take your time with the weights - you’ll get there. I did an hours walk with a couple of minutes jogging here & there but my knees are very creaky at the minute, makes a change from moaning about my back!
I think we’re having a takeaway tonight for special occasion, like I need to get any more bloated but sometimes you just have to😉

Don't worry about the weights being light until you are sure of your form. Ie you are doing it right. At the end of the set you should feel like you can't do more, that's when you need to put them up but only one or two classes at a time. Ie just one leg and upper track not all tracks all at once

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 02/06/2020 15:49

Thanks not, about time the weight settled!
Life, I am taking it slow. Sorry I should put them up when I can't feel I can do more?
Or when I can feel like doing more?

My form is improving, just slowly.

Not2bObvious · 02/06/2020 19:15

Ate v little in prep for takeaway. Not a great start to the week from a calorific pov, yesterday was a disaster

When you get to the end of the song and you though oh that's easy or oh I could do more of that then up your weight for that track.
Be careful of losing form with heavier weight though.

Tracked everything including cake and takeaway. 114 under but not as I tasted DH'S.
Full of bloat already. 12500 steps.

Need to take my own advice and do some weights

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 02/06/2020 19:52

Life, ahhh I see, thanks Smile.

Wolfcub · 02/06/2020 20:54

100 calories over (ish)

WreckTangled · 02/06/2020 21:06

Bang on calories today I think.

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/06/2020 23:36

My tummy hurts. Stupid takeaway.

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/06/2020 07:06

Up 3/4 today. Stupid takeaway

WreckTangled · 03/06/2020 07:11

Hmm still up. Meh.

Wolfcub · 03/06/2020 07:25

I think I'm down .5. Really need to put some batteries in my scales

Not2bObvious · 03/06/2020 07:41

I might be totally delusional but I’m going to avoid weighing until I have a few days of decent nutrition & hydration under my ever tightening belt. Back to basics I reckon. I’ve had 4 very high calorie days, enough to genuinely gain a 1-2lb but it appears on the scales as around 4lb going by the last 2 days, I’d stay that could jump to 6lb after my bloat takeaway last night. My brain can’t take that, I’d be prone to lose my reason.
Off to plan a good day in mfp

Sounds very reasonable not. I did exactly the same a few weeks ago and it helped not to be behold en to the scales bit too reset

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/06/2020 12:17

Just done some aerobics to get my steps up. Like dragging a lead weight around today

Not2bObvious · 03/06/2020 13:39

Thanks life, yeah I know there’s no nice numbers coming by way at the moment to tbh if I saw a low figure it would be a glitch.
On 7,000 steps after an hours walk before lunch, going to need a walk after dinner to get any decent numbers

Wolfcub · 03/06/2020 18:27

Did Pilates. Within calories I think and can afford two beers as it's the end of my working week

Not2bObvious · 03/06/2020 19:37

Should hit my 15,000 by bed time, got an hours walk after dinner. Having my nutty bar for my last bit of food. Around 250 left

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 03/06/2020 19:37

95 under today.

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/06/2020 19:59

Only 7500 steps today. No mojo. Near enough to calories. Line under today

WreckTangled · 03/06/2020 20:15

I got hungry BlushGrin maybe it's the weather? Also working from home it's so hard not to eat all day.

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/06/2020 07:16

Up today. Got some sleep so feeling better.

Wolfcub · 04/06/2020 08:40

Down over 1lb. Not celebrating that too much as after fish and chips and cake today and fizz later it will vanish
