Had a Linda sausages with English muffin for brunch, salmon & a few chips for dinner. Vino & crisps now for the evening sunshine, 4 days no crisps so I’m enjoying

I've had dinner but am craving Chinese. Crispy shredded beef and chicken chow mein. Maybe salt and pepper chicken too. Maybe DH will get me one for my birthday, he's not keen so it's the only time I ever get to have one.

Is your birthday soon wreck? I’m having chinese next week for sure, little celebration for an anniversary. I do love a chinese from time to time but need to hide the scales for 2-3 days after!

Hi everyone.
So didn't get many steps in yesterday, as was at home, but my food was good, apart from a doughnut!

Going to meet my friend later and her children, so that dd gets to see them both too.
We will be going to a local green space where the kids can have a really good run around and we will see some swans and ducks on the lake and some more wildlife if we're lucky.

Weight sts.

Down .8, average down by .2 - won’t get a weigh in tomorrow so I’ll say that’s it for the week. No decent movement in the last couple of days, which is irritating to say the least. Possibly part of my big belly feeling. Got a jog of 20 mins/45 min walk and hit my 10,000 but I’m helping family out today so won’t get much more. Still have 540 of my saved cals😬

Down 2.2lbs this morn so my average is just up 0.5lbs now, glad to be back in control somewhat.

Suppose dc being away and no mindless snacking too is a big help.

Porridge with options hot choc and strawberries for breakfast

Have some fruit salad still prepped
Lunch is some oven chips Cajun chicken fillet baked and salad

Drinks night has been put back to tomo night by me as bf was up for work at 5am and I'm going to chance an overnight at my parents Wink

So perhaps we will takeaway from my fav restaurant DaffodilWine

Not really happier it's a hassle enough getting a take away when we have to drive twenty minutes to get it. Plus the the Chinese is in a village in the opposite direction to the Indian Grin

That’s an excellent loss today happier, for sure you just had bad bloat. Yummy on the takeaway if you can.
It was actually a great week for me, just not reflected by the bastard scales. I’ve done over 93,000 steps, kept to calories or under except for 1 day and avoided chocolate/crisps for 4 days. I deserve a stone at least😂 Ahh well, it’ll come good soon enough if I keep it up.

I think it’s great you got a sts wolf after having a takeaway.
Just over 13,500 - won’t hit 15 but that’s ok. Drinks in the garden time - I need a lush emoji!
