Agree with not curvy. It would have been so easy to give up.
I'm a disaster food wise today. 3x chunky chock bars and a ruby magnum. 14k steps so will just have to be maintained day. Oink oink

I just think the whole lockdown thing has made me much more emotional and therefore eating more.
Did I really need to eat 2 bowls of cereal after having a full dinner?
No I did not, I wasn't even hungry, just emotional.
So, I'm hoping that, going forward, I can spot those things before it gets to the point of no return.

I really enjoyed my fake away.
Vegan kebab meat in pitta with loads of salad, really didn't feel like I was missing out at all.

I’m deeply envious of the ruby magnum life, is it all that?
Spent my spare cals on garden drinks but still no chocolate or crisps. Having bread & butter for supper, just within cals I think?

Thanks for words of support sounds like you have turned a corner too.

I'd breakfast, big snack and dinner today leaving me with 204cals. I haven't met my macros it's day 1 so I'm going measure out a Bacardi in a tall glass with ice and Pepsi max and weigh out my crisps to go with it while watching an episode of super garden.

I've another litre of water to get down me too

I'm also going to make a fruit salad in a Tupperware tub to have in the fridge for snack time tomorrow and next day.

Happier, it helped that the takeaways that are open only have a very limited vegan menu, think chips and salad, so I'm glad I picked up some vegan kebab meat the other day.
It was well nice!

Ohh I love bacardi, it is my favourite!

Thanks life, you’ve saved me from wasting the calories. Remember last year was all about the raspberry magnums! I had to track them down when I was on holidays, delicious.

I realised going to bed last night I never input my OJ from breakfast so 100cals over Angry

I haven't had raspberry magnum nearly always go for white.

Down 1.1 on scales bringing my average to +0.8lbs now.

Stayed out of the sun pretty much yesterday and managed to get burnt on part of my arm under the glass on driving arm Grin

Maybe showing the critique of knowing where it's not correct would be better than a picture perfect diary?

Mine would definitely be too little veg too much dairy over reliance on chicken Grin

I hate that, you think you’ve tracked it all & something gets missed.
It’s shit wolf, I’m irritated by my gain but probably would have been just as irritated by a sts. Sort of felt this morning what was the point of it, of course as point is not to get any bigger as a minimum. I feel very belly’ish this week and it’s bugging me. I’ll push on, attempt a decent weekend. I’ve had a good start to the week, no going over and banked about 650 to use over the weekend. Could do with sticking to 1800 tonight as steps low today, may try get a walk in a bit

Got a walk in, over 18,000 steps so that’s good. No, definitely won’t sack it off, too depressing to have to keep starting again.

Tea took me 300 over and bugger all protein today. Walked there and back so on 13800 steps and still need to go get my Sainsbury's order

I'm still under but haven't been healthy today. I've had a doughnut, Caesar salad with six(!) chicken goujons and a chocolate mousse!
