I wish. I can't sleep which is very annoying.

Happierwithouthim · 31/05/2020 02:09

I shared a bottle of pinot grigio with dm.
I also had some brown bread ham and cheese.
I'd 864 cals to cover this though?

Happierwithouthim · 31/05/2020 02:11

Not they're doubles are 50 mls compared to our 71 mls so maybe not as bad? Wreck would had 100mls in 4 gins but ours would be that for 3

Not2bObvious · 31/05/2020 06:09

Bottle of PG, depending on % will “cost” between 500-600 cals so you’d be covered. No takeaway in the end? I haven’t added all my food in but I didn’t go mad (I think)
Ahh yeah, I know UK measures are smaller, I reckoned 100ml of gin on a 1200 calorie day with 180 still in the bank would give a kick. Although it’d be more like a headbutt on the Irish measures haha! Hope you got to sleep soon after wreck
Sharing bed with snoring/kicking/thumping child hence the early reply.

Up marginally today. Not really surprised.

WreckTangled · 31/05/2020 08:29

Yes they were 100ml bottles plus it was flavoured gin which I don't think is as strong?

0.2 down from Friday which I'm pleased about. I did have a small chocolate bar last night before bed and finally got to sleep about 1 Hmm

Another lovely day here

Wolfcub · 31/05/2020 08:51

Up 1lb. Takeaway showed up. Plus beer yesterday. Going to get ds out for a walk shortly

Happierwithouthim · 31/05/2020 09:40

I stayed up until 3.30am after going to bed around 2am because I'd WiFi!!!

Happierwithouthim · 31/05/2020 09:41

Alcohol bloat wreck that's all.

lifelongfrugaleer · 31/05/2020 10:16

I've now equal yesterday steps so that's good. Walk in a bit with DS.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 31/05/2020 11:55

Happier and not, I didn't know your measures were bigger!
In most pubs they do have the 25ml, but in some it is 35ml, but the pub can only use one measure, they can't have both.

Had a lovely time with my best friend and our dcs yesterday, most people were sticking to the rules.
My steps yesterday were over 16,000.
Weight today sts.

lifelongfrugaleer · 31/05/2020 12:10

Me neither curvy. Well done on yesterday steps.

I'm past 10k now so all good

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 31/05/2020 12:17

Well done life and it is still early!
I won't be getting many steps today, but I've put my watch on to see. We are staying in today, I have some tidying to do and some ironing later, when it is cooler.
Have training tomorrow at work to see how these 'bubbles' will work with the children, it is going to be hard to keep the children in their 'zones'!

Not2bObvious · 31/05/2020 13:01

Yeah we like our spirits here😬
The flavoured gins can be less alcohol so would be less cals too. 100ml of normal gins about 260 cals if I remember rightly? I’d a gift box of mini flavoured bottles varying from 14.5% up to the normal 37’ish%
Knowledge of alcohol striking me as mildly encyclopaedic 😬
Quite tired after child thumping me repeatedly in her sleep, dog barking, house alarms going off. It was a pleasure to get up & out for a walk. Hungry now, checked the scales but I’ve had breakfast & many cups of tea so that wasn’t v clever. Let’s just say it won’t be making its way into entries.

I've made up my calories today. Plus Prosecco

Happierwithouthim · 31/05/2020 17:35

Weighed this morning on dm's scale so not sure how it compares brought my gain down to +0.3lbs though

Bank holiday Sunday & it's now 25deg so I've definitely got the holiday vibe Grin

Sounds like you're all having relaxing days today what sundays are all about

Went to Aldi and picked up their fibre one bars and hike bars and protein granola

My boss told me of a local veg suppliers who's now doing local deliveries so I'm going to get a fruit & veg box on Friday

Not2bObvious · 31/05/2020 17:48

Sounds about right happier, wasn’t your projected gain meant to be .5, so .3 is grand? It’s glorious here, on the west coast cooler (don’t know if they’re available in uk?)

Chocolate brownie and ice cream are calling. Will take me over though. Sad

Happierwithouthim · 31/05/2020 20:35

Very refreshing not I've one of the rose 750ml bottles in the press but I'm not keen on rose wine so I'm slow to try it. Alcoholic 7up I used to describe it as when I was younger.

Yes that's correct about my weight

A leader of the weight loss company I worked for is doing online classes, zoom talk & possibility of watching it when it suits you, access to their online hub, €5 weekly payable monthly. I'm going to give it a shot as I need to be answerable as many places as I can: I love her insta page anyhow as she is a total foodie reminds me of me when I was at top of my game.

My trishas transformation book should arrive on Tuesday too so all will help. My sister has launched a new pt style but I just don't think I could be coached by her. She's my baby sis

Happierwithouthim · 31/05/2020 20:37

Bf not participating in takeaway and I had roast beef dinner at 1pm with my parents so I'm going to do fake away for myself instead
I've got Aldi salt & chilli chicken strips and spice bag seasoning too

Save my cals towards the alcohol Grin

Not2bObvious · 31/05/2020 21:30

I don’t like the rose wcc to be honest but it’s not unpleasant at all - just a bit sweeter than the other. The class idea sounds like a winner, why not for a fiver for one month to try. Haha alcoholic 7-up, I know a girl who thought it didn’t have alcohol so drank it while pregnant and another who mixed it with vodka. Only in Ireland it feels using alcohol as a mixer is perfectly acceptable (it’s 4% alcohol, just a bit less than beer)
I’ve had a far bit of chocolate & vino as well. Tomorrow’s another day

WreckTangled · 01/06/2020 06:53

Up 0.6. Not recording as it was a bad day yesterday.

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/06/2020 07:11

Sts today.

Do it happier for a fiver got to be worth a punt.
Desk bound today and going to be too hot for lunchtime walk I think.

Not2bObvious · 01/06/2020 07:43

I’m a big believer in not recording bad Monday results, they’re clearly bloat weights, haven’t weighed in yet but have no doubt the number will make me want to cry.
Nice one staying the same life, I’m in 2 minds as to whether to do my walk now or later. As it’s the BH here, part of me feels I should lie in bed lazing but the other itches to get the big walk done.

Sts. Annoyed now. Need to focus
