Weight down today to 11s11. I'm pretty happy with that, considering my weight went up to 12s2lbs the other day!
That's why I didn't post, had to take a good look at where I was going wrong and have a frank talk with myself, also felt bad about the gain and wasn't ready to admit it to all of you.
Happier, don't be so hard on yourself, you've totally got this.
It's my youngest birthday today, she is 10!
Will be getting a takeaway for them later, but I will make my own fake away.
I decided on Monday that this week I would give it my all and if I get hungry between meals, to only snack on fruit, maybe with yogurt or salad.
Seems to be going ok so far.
