You’d be bang on for the Fast 800 diet wreck, you really did great for the calories.
Finished my fruit, nope can’t call that pudding. I always imagine something comforting or decadent and delicious. My fruit was nice but it was just fruit😫

Fruit isn't pudding. Unless it's covered in chocolate or on a pavlova or something.

24000 steps today and a weight workout. 145 over though. I need to take notes from wreck

With that number of steps life, I think the 145 over is easily covered. Watch out for extra hunger tomorrow maybe?
Just over 16,000 steps and under by 350’ish. As I say from time to time, if only everyday was like this.

Yes I think today may be a hungry day. 1/2 down.
Will get a walk in at lunch. Maybe a steps class and a weights class

Down 0.6, had to reach for the hydrogel myself last night. I'm fairly sunburnt was out almost all day yesterday in the sun. Will be factor 50 for me today, it's 19deg already.

Taking dc swimming in rock pools later before they go to their dads until mon eve.

Dd bought me a bar of choc out of money bf gave the dc to share, I was so touched by her kindness I ate it, which would've been fine but I also had handful of tortilla chips, pack of sunbites, wafer bar & waffle with small scoop of ice cream after. Should have just left the bar of chocolate. He had earlier bought me an ice cream which I conveniently passed on to au pair!! I had been doing so well

I just had a massive piece of chocolate cake. Is 500 calories not enough I wonder hard to tell. Was worth it though.

The very odd time, and I mean odd, the less I eat the less I want to. Maybe thats when I’m in the zone and am able to avoid trigger foods? Some foods definitely send me on a spiral

Resisted cake, resisted crisps, resisted chocolate. Did not resist a glass of white in the garden but that’s ok. Around 300 left, I’ll probably have a bit of bread

Gnawed my arm off. It's ok it was my left and I'm right handed.

Around 50 over today. 11k steps and a fbw. Does a workout with resistance tubes count as fbw?

I made the scones - I had two with butter and jam!
Just got carbonara and garlic bread takeaway dc are away now for 5 nights so I decided I needed a treat.
10km plus walked yesterday and today

I'd say 500 will cover it wreck I bought Belgian choc Choux bund in Tesco 259cals

How many calories in an arm 🤔Well done life
I had 2 slices of bread & butter which brought be close to my 1800 - kitchen closed & in bed.
Your food sounds lovely today happier, that cream cake sounds delicious. Might treat myself to something along those lines on Friday. It’s only a few more calories than a chocolate bar and I reckon even I could stop at one (always debatable)

They bloody come in a twin pack but going to give other one to au pair.

Today I was in my swimming togs, felt very overweight, saw a pic of myself tonight, sunburnt & milk bottle white, and overweight. I'm not going to be like that next summer. And I know the children don't care & people who joined us & enjoyed socially distanced fun in the sun didn't either but I did.

Not sure but it's quite a lot as I have a chunky arm.

Down today woohoo. Going to do a class in a bit and then a walk later. No weights today as muscle are tired.

Hate those photos happier. Your can totally do it. Your food sounds a lovely carb fest. Are you keeping the photo to spur you on. Though swim wear and sun burn are not forgiving so don't be down about it.

Happier remember you're your biggest critic. I expect you didn't look anywhere near as bad as you think. I don't think many people look great in swimwear unless they're really slim and toned...

I think a togs photo has got to be the least forgiving most harsh photo. Any nice ones you see take an army to produce. Don’t focus on it, just keep doing what you’re doing - you’ve got this.
Did my early morning walk, 8,500 steps. Was meant to be a jog but my back & knees felt a bit off so decided against it. Shower/weigh/work soon. Another glorious sunny day

Thanks guys for the moral support, even putting on my sunscreen yesterday morning I felt big, my arms were always toned even when rest of me wasn't.
I wasn't at all self conscious with the group I was with so it didn't impact my day but it was a total reset moment.

Yes I've zoomed in to make it a full length pic and kept it in my favourites on my phone.

Hi all.
Weight down today to 11s11. I'm pretty happy with that, considering my weight went up to 12s2lbs the other day!
That's why I didn't post, had to take a good look at where I was going wrong and have a frank talk with myself, also felt bad about the gain and wasn't ready to admit it to all of you.

Happier, don't be so hard on yourself, you've totally got this.

It's my youngest birthday today, she is 10!

Will be getting a takeaway for them later, but I will make my own fake away.

I decided on Monday that this week I would give it my all and if I get hungry between meals, to only snack on fruit, maybe with yogurt or salad.

Seems to be going ok so far.
