I've guestimated at 500 over. So a maintain day with a spike tomorrow. Needs to be a fruit day as need to get going again. Tmi.Grin

A little binge and those two g&t's put me over 100 over Blush proper fail today. Onwards and upwards.

Not2bObvious · 25/05/2020 19:36

Around 200 under. Hopefully will leave it at that

Not counting today's weigh in as it was depressing. Walked the best part of 6 miles (now have spectacular sunburn) and did Pilates.

Not2bObvious · 25/05/2020 20:52

I could honestly count on one hand this year how many times I’ve had a good Monday weigh in, maybe we should decree scale free Monday’s! Hope your sunburn isn’t too bad wolf, a couple of paracetamol helps I find with the soreness if you’re not adverse to them

Weight down a bit from yesterday's horror

WreckTangled · 26/05/2020 07:18

0.4 down from yesterday. Didn't realise I was up a bit last Friday so now I'm back to what I was Thursday which is fine.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 26/05/2020 07:27

Weight still up, but planning on having a good day.
Breakfast was weetabix and coffee.
Did my exercise, so jumping in the shower and will go and do some shopping.
Will be back in time for lunch, probably a big salad.
It is already so hot this morning, so I know I won't want warm food later.

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/05/2020 08:12

As expected up today .8. going to do a class in a mo (maybe) walk with DC later and friend tonight so steps won't be an issue

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/05/2020 08:12

I'm struggling with food. CBA to think about it but we still need to eat.

WreckTangled · 26/05/2020 08:44

I've bought some heck chicken burgers for dinner. They look really nice and are good on the macros, anyone tried them?

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/05/2020 09:56

No. Let us know wreck as I keep eying them up.

Workout done, now breakfast. Might do some weights later

Not2bObvious · 26/05/2020 11:18

Can’t get heck in my part of the world (or maybe it’s just where I shop, I think happier has tracked the sausages down?) But I do like a chicken burger with a bit of seasoning, get them sometimes in Aldi or Lidl - not garlic, they’re yack
Down 1.4 from yesterday, post 1 hour jog/walk though. Will have to quit this dehydration tomfoolery, I’ll weigh before my walk tomorrow as by then the worst of my weekend boldness should be gone. Got my 10,000 before I left for work, happy with that

Happierwithouthim · 26/05/2020 11:38

I still haven't located my charger for Fitbit, think they might both be at work, I'm getting decent walks in every day so I'm fine with that.

I didn't find heck sausages, there are chicken sausages though in Aldi and Dunnes but I'm liking the Denny vegan ones and Linda McCartney at the moment. The diggers turkey burgers are really nice but the beef are awful

Down 0.8lbs on yesterday despite having this salt & chilli chicken for dinner with fried rice loaded with peppers onions peas sweet corn and chilli. Had one little 100cal bar and 10 strawberries as snacks.

Today started with scrambled egg on multigrain toast. Out for a cliff top walk now.

Wolf proper burns gel is the way to go for sunburn none of your aftersun rubbish Grin

Hydrogel couldn't think of it when I posted

WreckTangled · 26/05/2020 12:37

I had an early lunch. Left over roast chicken with steamed tenderstem broccoli with soy sauce, chilli sauce, garlic and sesame seeds then total yogurt with some blueberries and cinnamon. So tasty. Off to the paddling pool now Wink

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/05/2020 12:48

Already on 11k steps. Left over scone for lunch. Over estimated yesterday so wasn't quite as bad. 300 over rather than 500

Happierwithouthim · 26/05/2020 13:11

I've been thinking about making scones for a few days now and there life goes mentioning them

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/05/2020 13:25

Soz. Cheese are better than fruit for calories and macros. I melted protein cheese over them for an extra hit..

Not helping am I...Grin

Not2bObvious · 26/05/2020 15:19

I made cheese scones a while back and they were delicious but jeez the calories stunned me. I only made mini ones and they were still nearly 200 cals. Between the flour & cheese/butter I suppose you can’t expect low cals. Dunno would they been nice using low fat spread and lighter cheese.
Back from a busy 6 hours or so in the office, only got lunch 20 mins ago. Wrecked

WreckTangled · 26/05/2020 15:43

I felt hungry so had a trek bar and now my stomach feels all bleurgh and gurgly. Wish I hadn't bothered.

WreckTangled · 26/05/2020 18:26

I really liked the heck chicken burgers. Am just having some mint choc chip ice cream - it's my favourite. Still have 400 calories left Hmm

Not2bObvious · 26/05/2020 18:45

Wow, you really know how to budget your cals wreck, did you say were on 1200?
I’ve had a little over 1000 so far, himself just told me he bought me my fav bar of chocolate but I’m saving it for another day in keeping with my attempting to avoid trigger foods for a few days. Bought some M&S fruit for what you guys call pudding😉

WreckTangled · 26/05/2020 18:53

I feel like maybe I missed something not here is my MFP. It's all correct I think (except I had the broccoli et al at lunch time and the salad with my burger). I feel like I've eaten a lot today though. I know it's not good to under eat so might have some (low carb) toast and marmite later on.
