Is it because your are not rested wolf? Or are you stress eating

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 19/05/2020 10:16

See I told you all that the bloat would come, bloody 1.5 up! Will be drinking lots of water today.

I've had breakfast, toast, LM sausage, tomatoes and some beans.

Now need to put my face on, I will be video calling my key children and their parents!

Have a good day all.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 19/05/2020 10:38

But eating 3, yes, 3 bags of crisps last night might also have something to do with it!

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/05/2020 17:08

I had a third of a serving as a shake not and the verdict is I'm not keen. Full report later

Not2bObvious · 19/05/2020 17:31

Interesting life, the sycophants are adoring it but I’m sceptical. Starts to make sense now that that NN gang moved out of the place

Hi everyone I'm back in the modern world!!
Haven't caught up but will try later

WreckTangled · 19/05/2020 17:55

For dinner I had a veg pea protein burger with courgette which I sliced and fried in butter with garlic and thyme then added some lemon juice and Parmesan. It was really nice.

Not2bObvious · 19/05/2020 18:01

Welcome back from the land of no-internet happier! Hope you’re keeping well

My normal brand is PhD diet whey in chocolate. It's nice as a shake but gopping mixed into stuff.

The new one makes a runny shake but that could be due to water volume I used. My over riding impression is it's very sweet. I struggled to finish it.

I will make a measured shake and report back. I might try a baking recipe if I can find one that's not video.

On track again today. Welcome back happier

Wolfcub · 19/05/2020 18:28

Lovely to have you back Happier. I was getting worried about you

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/05/2020 18:28

Oh and NN? Gonna have to enlighten me. Pm is fine

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/05/2020 18:28

Got it. Previous ones..

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 19/05/2020 20:57

Hi Happier!

WreckTangled · 19/05/2020 20:59

What is it that makes me (us?) want to snack in the evening? I'm not hungry I just feel the need to eat something! I'm not going to because I know I don't need it but I just don't understand why I have this compulsion to empty the fridge and cupboards as soon as the dc are in bed...

Not2bObvious · 19/05/2020 21:09

Well I ate what you didn’t wreckBlush
I think I might have ate everything

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 19/05/2020 21:13

Wreck, I sometimes think its because we can eat it in peace?
Or after looking after everyone for the day we want a treat?

WreckTangled · 20/05/2020 06:18

Not Grin

Could be curvy! I just want chocolate mainly. I'm addicted.

0.4lb down. Have just read that of those with type one diabetes ones with tight control and lower body mass are at higher risk of covid-19. I should just eat the bloody cake.

Wolfcub · 20/05/2020 07:08

Didn't weigh this morning. Pilates later.

Wreck those are worrying statistics. I'd say try not to focus on them but I expect that will be hard not to do

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/05/2020 07:15

I'm hovering between 129-130 which is ok.

Where are those stats from wreck? I agree don't focus on them, keep on keeping what you are doing.

I don't find the need to snack on a night tbh. All day snacking yes but I'm full by evening. Then again I'm usually busy on a night

WreckTangled · 20/05/2020 07:59

They've come from a diabetes consultant (and others) funded by PHE

Not2bObvious · 20/05/2020 08:35

I need to get busy at night, especially after a jump of 1.2 on the scales this morning that may or may not be recorded. And I said we might have takeaway this evening so that won’t help. I may cancel that as I could do without the salt bloat or high calories.
I can’t pretend to know anything about diabetes or those stats, but I hope you’re not too worried wreck

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 20/05/2020 10:10

Ah I see wreck. Other than eat the cake how are you feeling about it?
