Yesterday was shit here too. Also feel crap here. Reset again. Ffs.

Yes you will still get fluctuations curvy especially with weights. Weekly average. That's what counts.

See I can say it I just need to fucking do it. Ok 2 weeks in may 3 to my birthday. Go

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/05/2020 07:11

Come on wreck 4 to yours let's get the bloat off at least.

You are losing not,. Slowly yes but still losing

LaneBoy · 18/05/2020 08:12

Down 2.8lb but more luck than good behaviour TBH. Have been very unmotivated and back to eating more crap this week so it might show up more next week I guess.

What are we on, week 9 of lockdown now? Much as I’m doing ok with it generally the positives are wearing thin Hmm

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 18/05/2020 11:02

Well done lane.
My weight this morning was 11s11lbs.
Almost totm, so I'm pretty happy with that, but will expect the bloat in a day or two.

Did my dance workout this morning and had mushrooms and tomatoes on toast for breakfast, still feel really full too.

WreckTangled · 18/05/2020 11:03

There's cake. Lemon drizzle and blueberry muffins. I'm not having any.

Not2bObvious · 18/05/2020 11:53

Up .4 this morning but that means I’m the same weight as Friday which is great. Starting the week 2.4 less than last Monday. Not that I reported that number last week of course.
That’s excellent lane and curvy, very positive start to the week.
Have you decided you’re not going to try maintain for the rest of May life and are going back to losing? Yeah slow losing here, like my food too much

Clicked too soon - yeah the slow losing, it’s just so easily ruined. I need to drop my calories but then if I can’t stick to decent cals, how do I go lower? I was looking at pictures over the last few years, I can fool myself but the camera doesn’t lie. Look very chunky

No idea not tbh and that's half my problem. Self control will do for now.

CamdenLurker · 18/05/2020 14:12

Hi guys!

Hope everyone had a good weekend, I'm not struggling as such, but I'm also a really slow loser, so my first week was great with a good loss, but since Thursday 0.5lb down, Friday and Saturday there was no movement, yesterday down 0.25 and today the same.

I'm not complaining (I am) but you know I've stuck to between 1000-1200 cals every single day, given up starchy carbs almost completely and increased my exercise, only walking but still better than sitting on my bum, when you give 100% and it's not doing much it's tricky!

Just keep going I guess, hope everyone else is succeeding, I'm at work today and that def helps take my mind off of food!

Not2bObvious · 18/05/2020 16:44

I think a pound off since last Thursday, if I’ve read that right, is great camden.
Not to slow diet brag here but I’ve lost .9 of a pound in 5 weeks😂 But joking aside I’d be frustrated too if I were eating 1000-1200 consistently, cut the carbs down etc. That is a lot of dedication. But it will 100% pay off & you are doing brilliant.

I'm trying to have a v low calorie day to make up for my shit weekend. Dinner is roasted cauliflower with (3!) veggie sausages. Sugar free jelly for pudding.

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/05/2020 18:00

See I can do it. Bloody hellfire

My friend sounds like you Camden. Very slow to lose but then boom will get a big loss agree about 2 weeks. Hang on in there.

Though is 1000 calories too low? I know some people need low to loose so fair enough of that's you?

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/05/2020 18:24

I have put my goal up to 1800 to try and resolve binge cycle. Got 1850 today

Wolfcub · 18/05/2020 19:12

Pilates done. Not weighed today as it's too depressing

CamdenLurker · 18/05/2020 19:25

Thanks life - I am very short lol!

my maintenance calories is calculated at around 1600, so I don't get much to play with, when I put my details in the calculator it says in order to lose 2lb a week I need to eat 676 cals, I dong think that would even cover three meals a day so I won't be attempting that!

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/05/2020 19:34

676 calories. That's just snacks isn't it? Grin Don't go that low.

DS baked gingerbread men. I couldn't not have one. Dash it I want 4 now....

Wolfcub · 18/05/2020 19:37

Mmmm gingerbread men. Dm dropped off a piece of cornflake tart from the farm shop. Yum

Not2bObvious · 18/05/2020 19:39

Did you get a chance to try the protein powder life?
On 1400, not sure if I’ll eat anything else. Just shy of 12,500 steps

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 18/05/2020 19:47

676?! That's ridiculous Grin not even a whole big bar or chocolate!

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/05/2020 19:48

No not yet as I managed to get protein via food today.
2071 is today's close for food.

WreckTangled · 19/05/2020 06:15

0.8lb down from Saturday but I know most of that is because I didn't eat much yesterday so I won't be disheartened if it goes up again...!

Not2bObvious · 19/05/2020 07:05

Down .6 on yesterday so I’m the same weight as my average - this might be a weight-loss week for me.
That’s good wreck, hopefully you won’t be extra hungry today. I might be since I only ate around 1400 yesterday but I’ll just try to be more conscious of it and eat lots of protein. Might get up and do a walkie talkie, get some early steps to start the day

OP posts:
Wolfcub · 19/05/2020 07:15

Up another 1lb. Angry

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/05/2020 07:51

Still not weight record ing . Feel less bloat though.

WreckTangled · 19/05/2020 08:04

I doubt it. I seem to be less hungry the less I eat
