Yesterday I was 500 over, me and DH had a few drinks which led to 3am oven chips 🤣

Today been feeling a bit rough so picked at tortilla chips and had pasta at lunch. Trying to stay under. My daily calories is 1600 to lose weight and some days it's a struggle!

Going to watch some hells kitchen and have some leftover chilli - either with a jacket potato or rice.....

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/05/2020 20:50

In 5"4 near enough. I do min 10 k steps at the minute. Only once a week weight class as my bar isn't very safe.
Maintain its probably 2100 for me. I'm currently 1751 as I had a loaf of water melon and a ginger biscuit.

Going to try and stick around here for a few more days. After all tomorrow is Friday... Time to undo Monday to Thursday Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/05/2020 20:51

1600 is what I'm meant to be on and it's hard.

That's so annoying re the outdated advice wreck.

Not2bObvious · 14/05/2020 21:56

I don’t know whether it was creative accountancy on my part coupled with a dose of secret eating but I just scrapped by with my 1800, and if I am over it’s only by maybe a 100? I’m only kidding myself regardless if I underestimated.
1600 is pretty tough, I find 1800 tough tbh but then I’m a terribly greedy lump.
Nice to be going into the weekend with nearly 500 extra to spend😬

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/05/2020 06:57

Any think less than about 3000 is hard for me. I'm also a piggy. Oink

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/05/2020 06:58

Sorry I realise you didn't say piggy. I'm describing me not calling you a piggy.

WreckTangled · 15/05/2020 07:13

0.4 down. It's frustrating how slow it is to lose weight. Also I'm at home now until Monday so it's going to be rough to stick to.

Not2bObvious · 15/05/2020 07:33

I was going to say pig not lump so you’re on my wavelength life, no argument here - am a total piggy too😉 Yeah I sometimes think if there were no obvious consequences, I’d eat like someone off my 600lb life most days.
That’s great about the .4 wreck, is it around 1.5lb loss since the start of the week? Sorry if I’m wrong but it’s defo .6 between yesterday & today - that’s not shabby at all.
Two things I think about weekend food, more food & more carby/salty food. So now, while we’re at the door of it, can we plan some changes so we don’t wake up on Monday to an inflated & depressing number. Or at least a slightly less inflated & depressing number😬
Haven’t weighed yet, something to look forward toHmm

WreckTangled · 15/05/2020 07:53

Yes not just over. You're right. I think because when I weighed for the first time it was an anomaly so I've deleted that one and is was just annoying me.

I've put all my food for today into MFP and it's over 300 under so have room to manoeuvre.

Not2bObvious · 15/05/2020 08:48

Your weight must be falling off you and finding it’s way to me wreck, I’m up .4 today😂 Flipping heck, this totm is taking its toll. I know it’s linked to that at least because I’m not overdoing it at all. And my backs at me a bit so I reckon I’m retaining extra fluid. All the same though, for a split second when I saw the number (and then reweighed and moved scale around a bit) I was tempted to say f’it and go in search of the biccies! But no, I’m not even that hungry, I’m going to hold off eating until closer to lunch so I can relax more tonight when I’ll need it.

I just had a lump of cheese Blush in my defence my sugar level wasn't coming back up and the fat helps to stabilise it (that's my story and I'm sticking with it Grin)

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/05/2020 09:03

Cool not. I'm not going to go overboard. Plan a decent set of meals, didn't buy anything I like fat wise. We will be going for a walk to add the weather will be good.

Well done wreck. You are so back on it.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 15/05/2020 11:44

I am also normally very greedy, I can't have the treats in the house as I will eat them all!! It's one of the reasons I avoid baking 🤣 I've been drinking so much tea and water each time I want food. That or a caffeine free diet coke!

I had cocopops and oat milk for breakfast. Going to stick a jacket potato in the oven for lunch 😋 not sure about dinner yet, I might do pizza on a gluten free roll with homemade chips and salad. I can do the girls their pizza on tortilla wraps... off to add all this up and see if it's possible on my 1600 🤞

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/05/2020 12:52

Just done yoga pilates which I haven't done in ages. Feel much better after being hunched over the laptop

Not2bObvious · 15/05/2020 12:54

I am a living terror for buying treats, with having the kids home so much and having to provide extra snacks I get a bit muddled as to what I should buy - I certainly don’t give them treats every day but me, I’m a special case😉
Made a toasted sambo with 17gr crisps, basically what was left in the bag!

WreckTangled · 15/05/2020 13:03

I too am greedy, if it's in the house I'll eat it even if it's dh's Grin

Halloumi burger salad for lunch. Could have made do with one but as I said I'm greedy Grin

Have made banana cake so might have some instead of the two chocolate rice cakes I've allowed for. Would still be within calories..

Bored eating today. Going to be an over day

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/05/2020 14:18

Hit the chocolate biscuits

CamdenLurker · 15/05/2020 14:33

Hi everyone!

I'm 6lb down since last Friday, over the moon with that Smile

I'm very very short so my cals are 1200, I'm not finding it too difficult right now, but I am having to plan everything I eat, I've also given up pasta, potatoes, bread in the evening, I do occasionally have some rice, I'm mostly eating meat/fish and veg/salad for dinner.

Breakfast today was Fage 0% yogurt with berries and a nectarine.

Lunch 2 slices WW danish wholemeal bread ham and cucumber and a banana.

Dinner will be fish with vegetables
Have a great weekend! I'll have something nice after dinner, probably sugar free jelly with fruit and squirty cream.

CamdenLurker · 15/05/2020 14:33

Have a great weekend everyone!

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 15/05/2020 15:08

not I bought so many snack bits at the beginning of all this thinking my girls would want to eat constantly. But nope just 3 meals and pudding (currently easter chocolates or a yogurt !) Usually they are eating machines!! Thankfully for my waistline I'm wheat and dairy intolerant so I cant snack on them 🤣

wreck they look lovely, have you got a recipe please? I'm ok with small amounts of halloumi as its sheeps milk.

WreckTangled · 15/05/2020 15:12

Pulled it back with an aldi slimwell meal. Now on 12200 steps and 1750 ish. Macros smashed.

Chocolate brownie and ice cream is calling to me though. Must be strong
