Thanks guys. I don't feel as awful or as tempted as I thought! I have found a friend who has one of those machines wine! So she's going to let me hop up. 5k walk done and a skinny latte on the way.

Well done heygirl don't be derailed.
I did parkrun this morning and I think I got a decent time (for me, Usain Bolt is probably still safe) . 9lb lighter makes a difference.

I did the most amazing spin class this morning, I got the hot-blotchy-face thing which is always a good sign for me Grin

Weighed in at 8st 10 this morning (couple of bad days) sat normally my one meal day. Will be thrilled if i can maintain at 8st 8 (this month scales have shown anywhere between 8st 7 3/4 and 8st 10 1/2 !! On the positive side i def felt slimmer in my work trousers yesterday and i know i shouldnt obsess over the scales and think about toning up instead (but i am fixated on those numbers !) Hope everyone has a good weekend. Going to try to get a long walk in.

Weighed in at 9st5.5 this morning. Have struggled this week. Had my usual breakfast. DS1 has just caught me eating some leftover fruit crumble from last night, in defence I am starving, got woken up v early and have a headache. We wrestled for a bit and then I gave in, he has taken the rest upstairs to eat now. He then told me he thought I was on a diet and asked me if I was looking to lose or gain weight as I am acting as if I want to gain. Feel murderous towards him and I'm still hungry. He also told me the losing weight isn't tough, what does a 12 year old boy know FFS. If it was my DH, I'm sure everyone would be saying leave the bastard. Guess what, I'm still hungry but am having a semi day off today. Why cant I be a 12 year old boy and eat what I want, wail

Well AF has arrived and the horrendous cravings of the past week have GONE. Hormones are nuts!!

Feeling back on track now, 1200cal day planned. I know I won’t have lost this week but if I’m under 8st10, even by a whisker, I’ll be happy.

Didn't eat any lunch. Have just had a piece of chocolate Birthday cake and will go for a healthyish option at The Harvester. Not going to stress about today too much. Like you Wellerr, know part of it is down to hormones, mine are playing silly beggars at the moment.

I am in need of drastic action. Another shit day here, I’ve got complacent and if I’m not careful I’m just going to evening binge all this weight straight back on.

Who’s with me for a reset/kick start week? 100% accountability, no days off, log every crumb and just attack it?

I feel like I need to get strict again or it’s all going to go back on. My app runs Sunday - Saturday so I’m starting again tomorrow.

Definitely me. I haven't caught up on the thread yet, I've had the most awful week, countless cake, many takeaways, the lot. Will weigh in Monday and start afresh BUT I have that event this Sunday which like I said is a total sugar event. Because I know it's coming up I feel like starting the week after instead haha! But maybe I can save up calories for it?

I'm with you WellErr I feel if I don't go down I'll go up and I just can't do that. I will weigh Mon morning as usual. Despite last night,I have kept up my deficit over the weekday so it shouldn't be too bad and I'll be very disappointed if it is. I think I'll go back to my Fri night half portion takeaway as my treat and leave the sugar be. I'm going to buy that Breaking up with Sugar book tomorrow and re read Brain over Binge. If I don't sort it now I'll have this issue forever.

I feel the same heygirl. It’s the sugar that’s my downfall. It’s like a drug. Once I was off if I was fine - now I’ve started again I just crave it so badly.

DH has just made me Rolo pancakes. I’ve had two and they were amazing.

But now, I’m breaking up with sugar again too. But at least I know now!

Comforted but sorry that lots of us are struggling this week, I have had the most awful week, binge binge binge, all in secret too. AF arrived this morning, I have very frequent periods, about every 3 weeks, so I need to prepare for them I think. Am thinking of aiming for a maintenance week the week before my period, where the extra calories could be used for some of my favourite chocolate - at least if I control what I'm doing and allow myself some leeway I shouldn't go on a totally mad binge...
