Yes it was totally @DottieLottie1 inspired! I think this will be the ear worm of the next 4 months now πŸ™‰πŸ˜€

Ah, and we filled up the last thread all neatly first too 🌟

Just went for an amazing Thai but now my tummy is killing me. It's the second time it's happened there so I'm wondering if it's something particular I'm having that doesn't agree with me.

Oh bloody hell... Just realised what it was: pea shoots (I'm mildly allergic/intolerant to peas of all things πŸ™„)

Morning!

I hope your stomach settled @Seer 😬

Off to work soon. Having a cuppa and watching tv. Double shift and I will be popping in on poorly DR this afternoon. Home late evening but back out late evening to pick DH up from the station. I won't get as much walking in today but I suspect I still hit 10,000 steps as job is active and I'm in the move constantly.

B- cuppa & Vanilla and almond milkshake
L- fast
D- spinach and ricotta tortellini with italian meat
S- sugar free sherberts, fruit

That's sub 1000.

Have a good Wednesday all 😊

Morning all!

Thank you @DottieLottie1 , I feel much better this morning, just a bit bloated (reminds me of how I felt when my tummy was much bigger last year!) I hope your visit to your DR goes well. β™₯️

Yesterday was a strange day, I/my work has had more visibility than I'm currently comfortable with even though it's really exactly what I want πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ (I really wish I could share more here without outing myself!)

Thankfully it's a quiet day today which is exactly what I need.

B: fast
L: baked potato and left over lentil chilli with salad
D: stir fry veg and tofu with jasmine rice and spring rolls.

Oh and I'm now eating 'normally' (albeit 16:8 and No S) so it'll be interesting to see what the scales say about it on Friday!

Have a lovely day all! ☺️

@DottieLottie1 it's quite hard isn't it to hit 10,000 steps if you're not actually on a long walk. You must be bopping around all over the place. You could I guess incorporate lunges and knee to elbow type moves to work those muscles if you're not already.

I'm trying to do more back exercises which are a pilates move so also strengthen my core tummy muscles.

@Seer Peas such a strange thing to be intolerant to but good that you know. Exciting stuff re your work.

B - Fast
L - Baked potato with a knob of butter, chicken salad.
D - Chicken ramen with pak choi and chinese greens.

@Seer your work does sound interesting even though we dont really know what you do. @TantricTwist and I have our visions but we are probably way off the mark! πŸ˜‚

Just finished my dinner it was lovely- a spinach and ricotta tortellini πŸ˜‹

Mmm spinach and ricotta tortellini, yumminess.

I stuck to my Ramen (no chicken as had chicken for lunch) essentially noodles in a broth with pak Choi. Delicious and just what I needed, followed by a creamy activia yoghurt. I should have planned better and added an egg to it, pre boiled and cut in halves. I'll do that next time.

Morning!

Another working day and another double shift. I need to source DS a pocket dictionary (how you can call it pocket sized πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ) so that's one job to do In between shifts. I'll also stop by a coffee shop and grab a hot drink, will probably browse the net for bikinis!!!

Although I'm now really quite slim I have noticed my skin around my stomach and upper thighs is slightly loose- only noticeable if I squash it πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„. It kind of reminds me of that jelly belly you get straight postpartum. I definitely need the kettle bells 😬!

B- Vanilla and almond milkshake
L- coconut milk based hot chocolate
D- Roast chicken and salad in pitta

That's around 1100 calories.

What are your plans everyone? Enjoy your Thursday 😊

Morning! ☺️

All this ramen and tortellini talk is making me salivate! πŸ˜€

I think my job in your minds is probably much more exciting than the reality @DottieLottie1 and @TantricTwist πŸ˜€

I'll drop this tidbit in just to stir the imagination a little more though... most women I work with end up buying a jade egg and/or a crystal wand πŸ˜‰ (and if you google those or click this
https://www.glamour.com/story/crystal-sex-toys-do-they-work then you won't thank me when you start being stalked by sexy ads πŸ˜‚)

And now back to my actual quite boring day comprised of... Planks, work, school run and dog walk.

B: fast
L: left over stir fry and rice (small portion)
D: mushroom pie, roast potatoes, veg and gravy

I'm STILL feeling a bit bloated and an upset tummy from the pea shoots (yes, what a random allergy πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ but I'm so grateful I know!), I'm slowly getting back to normal.

Hope you find a fab bikini that hugs you in all the right places, Dottie!

Have a lovely day all! ☺️

Hey I've lost 2lb yay although I'm a bit meh it's not more but I've barely moved the last few days as I've been poorly.

I'm feeling better @Seer just a bit exhausted with it all.

I'm heading in the right direction though so by August I'll have lost a good amount and maybe even a whole dress size by my event next month - that would be great.

I have to say it's exciting having lost a couple of pounds every week.

Haha @TantricTwist πŸ˜€

You're doing so well, this summer you'll be the (hairless!) queen of the beach! πŸ‘‘

I've just discovered there's a Two Meal Day diet (basically you just eat two meals a day πŸ˜€) which is exactly what I'm doing with the combo of 16:8 and No S because I'm literally eating 2 meals a day with no snacks.

Morning all! ☺️

I've just hopped on the scales for the Friday weigh-in, slightly nervous, given I've been eating pretty much "normally"...

I've maintained! πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒ and I'm at the low end of my happy zone! I'm really pleased about this.

So this is my continuing plan for the foreseeable future: 2 meals a day with no snacks (except weekends or special days), weighing on Fridays. I won't track cals (I haven't been) but I will continue to write my plans here as I love the accountability and support.

I really had no idea how much I was mindlessly grazing/snacking before now! I'd always thought that I'm not a snacker πŸ™ˆπŸ˜€

Plans today... Kettlebells, work, school run, dog walk then takeaway and 🍷

B: fast
L: veg stir fry and rice
D: Chinese takeaway and wine

What are you all up to? ☺️

Morning!

Well done @TantricTwist your on a roll! @Seer I dare not google.....

I've lost another 1lb this week. I'd like to lose another 1-2 lbs in time for my holiday as it will give me a out a half stone leeway to enjoy the AI 😳. Although I say that, after working so hard on shifting the weight I know I'm going to feel guilty! I need a kick up the arse!

@Seer, the 2 meals a day idea sounds good but i guess its down to the calorie intake as usual!

Working today but home late afternoon. Not much walking today.

B- cuppa or 2 or 3
L- fast
D- Chilli con carne in tacos
S- 🍾πŸ₯‚, I haven't drink in a week so I managed 1 week of dry January (not that I was ever on it!)

Hope you have a lovely Friday 😊
