You can do it MyuMe 💪
You might be hungry at first but you’ll get used to it. You need to be a bit hungry so you know it’s working 😂
I can tell you what I do but everyone’s different :)
Breakfast - no more than 150cals. I find a big breakfast or eating as soon as I get up starts my metabolism wanting food, so I usually have a fat free Actimel (27cals) 45 mins or so after I get up, then a banana (80cals) sometime later.
Lunch - I have my main meal at lunchtime as I don’t like eating a heavy meal in the evenings. So I’ll have something around 5-600cals. This might be a jacket potato with chilli or tuna, or homemade chicken fajita with peppers and onions, or veg curry. You can have a good portion for 600cals.
Dinner - I might have small weighed portion of whatever the children are having, or more often something like porridge, or granola with fat free natural yogurt. Both around 250cals.
So that would be around 900-1000. Leaving 200-300 contingency for snacks through the day. That might be a large banana and two apples, or a galaxy hot chocolate (100cals), a banana and a digestive, or a piece of cheese or a nice yogurt.
It’s really doable as long as you choose the right things. If you’re throwing away calories on 100cal bags of air filled diet crisps etc then you really will be starving and faint.
The diet above left me ravenous for the first few days but I’m genuinely fine now, and at this point rarely get starving hungry, or get cravings. If you’d told me that a month ago I’d have said you were mad!
I find that day one is awful. Day two is worse. Day three is difficult. But then after that it gets so much easier. If you can stick to the calories, really stick to them, weigh foods out etc then you have to start seeing results - it’s science!
Really wishing you the very best of luck MyuMe
