I'm still here, finding it very difficult and taking it day by day. I have also overdone it on the cheese.

I know from previous attempts that there comes a magic day when it is all easy and the food cravings go and I am eagerly awaiting that day!!

Day 2 done. I've had 2 shakes, then a mixture of roasted chicken, king prawns and a little broccoli for tea. I've tested my urine and I definitely have ketones in it so it must be working 👍🏻

Think I might not be understanding 100% as I was working on calories rather than carbs....

I've been having 3 shakes/bars a day but if I'm really struggling having a low cal snack (less than 100cals such as snack a jack) but yesterday as I was so busy I had 1 bar in the day and for tea had 1 slice of white toast, smear of butter and 2 poached eggs thinking it would be much more than 400cals which would be the same as 2 other products....would I be better eating chicken and veg instead?
Not wanting to start proper food just yet (as I still can't be trusted).

What is everyone's weekly loss, is it too ambitious to want 3lb a week, is 1.5lb more realistic????

I'm aiming at 3 to 4lbs this next couple if weeks. Honestly, I'd hope for more than 1.5, I can lose that much by eating food! But I know everyone is different and I do lose quickly if I put my mind to it.

What plan are you doing?
I'm on exante, day 8 and my aim is to lose 42lbs (I want 30lbs of them off by end of jan for my holiday) which means 2.33lbs per week........

How are you finding things?

I'm doing isagenix. 30 day course atm. I've got 3 stone to lose (is that 42lb? Yes it is!!) I'd like 2 off by Christmas too.

I'm not doing too bad. Helped I think by how much money I paid out for it!! Saying that, it's so easy not having to think about food.

Good afternoon all. God today has been tough, I was sooooo tempted to drive to McDonald's and stuff my face. I did however resist, for now!!

Honestly if I've not lost at least 3lbs by Monday I think I'll be so dejected I'll throw the towel in!!!

@boredboredboredboredbored I'm struggling right now too, not been too bad earlier but really could eat a nice tasty meal . I've got my last shake to have after the children are on bed, then horror of horrors, it's cleanse day tomorrow!! I'm not sure how I'll manage the though found it ok last week.

@whatthewhatthewhat I'm tempted by the offer for after I've finished this 30 days. But there's so much choice I wouldn't know where to start! And yes I've been really hot today, though had a few cold days last week, which I thought meant fat burning. God knows what being hot means. Other than menopause. Confused

@boredboredboredboredbored what's involved? Nothing. No shakes. 4 servings of the cleanse drink. A couple of snacks if you need them . I'm at work, and on training. I feel I might struggle!

I'm going to get weighed in the morning, and hopefully will be another couple of lbs down as motivation!!

Only nibbles on cheese and very dark chocolate and two chicken nuggets... lol, probably 300 kcals on top of food packs... ONE day I might make it through without nibbles! 🤣
