@whatthewhatthewhat think that's where I am mentally as I'm going out for lunch on Sunday (therefore because I'll have one meal of whatever I fancy I should do the same for Thursday, Friday and Saturday!! THIS IS WHY IM FAT!)

I wasn't even that hungry yesterday just bored!

I was going to start having one cal meal a day but I still clearly can't be trusted so back to 3 x products it will be.

Although, my clothes defo feel looser and I had the most amazing 💩 this morning because I actually had food to get rid of 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Ah folks it goes to show how hard it is to lose weight. Just don't give up, it might be a pound in or a weekend / week off plan but that's ok it's life. The worst thing would be to throw the towel in & give up. Just refocus when you can. Come on ladies we can do it!!!

I'm yet to weigh myself, frankly I'm too scared. If I've not lost much it'll throw me into a decent of binge eating so I'm living in ignorance & going on how I feel 😂

Got a banging headache today. But had a sneaky mid week weigh in today and I'm 7lb down since Monday! That's more than I lost the first week last time round on exante. Definitely has inspired me to keep going.

I'm totally off it. Really bad nausea and nearly fell asleep driving today. Will still keep checking here as I think I'll do one shake and two healthy meals for now. I don't know if I'm ill or if this system doesn't agree with me.

I was brave and just weighed.....lost 2lbs this week which I'm really happy with as I've messed about most of it and I've entered the next stone bracket!!!!!

11lbs gone in total.
I'm going to focus 100% this week to make that a stone by this time next week 🤞🏻

Keto, very low carb. Probably exante might do the same only with less tasty food! I can't carry on feeling like I do so am scaling back this week.

Hi folks how's your day gone? I've not been tooooo bad. Did a 3 mile run before work. Had 2 shakes, 3 celebrations and have got an Indian takeaway on order. Having chicken tikka pieces with salad. Yummmmmy Grin

Chicken Tikka pieces sounds yum. Had my 3 packs but not drank enough water today. Running around so much at work didn't have time to stop. Looking forward to my first weigh in on Monday.
