@feellikezerobucks and
@nottalotta
Here we go...

Anyone else? Christmas is coming... let's not be the geese!

@Elzbells 💐

I'm not feeling too good again today, sore throat and feeling fluey. Is it because I eat normal food on a Saturday so therefore "start" again every Sunday as I know flu like symptoms can occur in the first week?

Also I was so painfully bloated yesterday.
I had two bars but was in so much pain.
I ended up eating some cottage pie with sweetcorn and marrowfat peas (I couldn't have picked more carby veg) and it just sat at the top of my bloat rather than hitting my stomach, I felt so nauseous, has anyone else had this????

whatthewhatthewhat · 02/10/2019 09:12

@feellikezerobucks yeah, maybe you're like in keto flu every week :-(

This diet is messing with my moods!

Yes I feel awful, really nauseous, like pregnant. It goes away if I eat savoury snacks. Great. Exhausted too.

Just had my meal, Thai green curry, was bloody lovely.

feellikezerobucks · 02/10/2019 13:18

I've had a cheese sandwich as I was so hungry 😩

Think I'm going to have to switch to 2 x products and 1 x 400cal meal a day like you guys x

whatthewhatthewhat · 02/10/2019 14:09

I think I need to drink
Lol

Might have some real food for dinner and some wine and get back on it tomorrow. I figure as long as it's all low carb it should be damage limiting... 🤣🍷😁

Ive just bought one of those salt and pepper baguettes. This is like the crack cocaine of food to me......!!!

Been for a 4 mile run, had one shake and a nibble of the bread. I have beef stew in the slow cooker for tonight so will have a small bowl of that and a tiny bit of bread.

boredboredboredboredbored · 02/10/2019 15:44

@feellikezerobucks I think that's an easier way to go than 3-4 shakes. I think as long as we stay below the 800 kcal mark we should still lose well & fast.

Has anybody actually been in ketosis & does it actually speed things up?!

feellikezerobucks · 02/10/2019 16:21

@whatthewhatthewhat I'm with you.
I'm taking today off and refocusing tomorrow with 2 x products and 1 x meal and sticking to below 800cals as you suggest @boredboredboredboredbored

Please let keep on as we know we will feel amazing come Xmas......for more motivation did we want to vomit posting before and after pics on Xmas eve????

whatthewhatthewhat · 02/10/2019 20:00

Real food felt weird - could only eat a tiny bit of beef stir fry

Wine, on the other hand... lol

OP posts:
whatthewhatthewhat · 03/10/2019 09:12

@feellikezerobucks I'd rather not vomit at all, let alone Christmas Eve 🤣🤣

OP posts:
feellikezerobucks · 03/10/2019 10:30

Vomit??? That should have been commit!!!!

Lack of food is killing my (few) brain cells!!!

whatthewhatthewhat · 03/10/2019 12:33

Everyone back at it today?

It's hard to do with a hangover! But, it was worth it!

OP posts:
feellikezerobucks · 03/10/2019 13:02

@whatthewhatthewhat Im trying to be on it today....but keep thinking about buttered tiger bread!

I've started my new regime this morning of 2x products and 1 x

whatthewhatthewhat · 03/10/2019 13:39

Oooh. Tiger bread should be outlawed!

I've been in the peanut butter jar 🤣🤣🤣

Having three bars and nibbling... honestly, just thinking about more wine! Lol grrr!l

OP posts:
feellikezerobucks · 03/10/2019 14:04

@whatthewhatthewhat I can't even have peanut butter in the house!!! 😳 step away from the jar!!!!

whatthewhatthewhat · 03/10/2019 14:11

@feellikezerobucks it ain't going to be in the house for long... 🤫🤣

boredboredboredboredbored · 03/10/2019 18:07

Hellllooooooo! Well my day hasn't been terrible, but not fab either. 2 shakes and 2 slices of toast (damn you carbs!!) still under kcal goal though so not going to torture myself. My dm was just here and remarked that I'm looking slimmer - I'll take that 👍🏻

whatthewhatthewhat · 03/10/2019 19:21

@boredboredboredboredbored well done! Walkways nice when someone notices!

Hope everyone’s doing ok

Just popping in starving today really bad can’t stop thinking about food I just had the dhal pot and the banana bread bar

Personally the banana bread and the carrot cake one are the nicest wish I’d ordered just those two but never mind

Sparrowlegs248 · 03/10/2019 20:49

Not a good day here. I feel worse each day and and really struggling with the shakes. I had a prawn cocktail crisp sandwich last night, felt better immediately. Until lunchtime today when I felt awful again. Exhausted and nauseous.

whatthewhatthewhat · 03/10/2019 21:17

@Londonsuffolkmummy I really want to try the carrot one! Waiting for the chocolate balls to be back in stock... oh, I want to try the crisps too!

OP posts:
whatthewhatthewhat · 03/10/2019 21:19

@Nottalotta are you still on the weird diet? (Not that any of these are normal?)

OP posts:
Londonsuffolkmummy · 03/10/2019 21:25

Crisps are lovely the chocolate balls are the caramel peanut things are good too

The Carrot cake tastes a bit like the pink soreen

I’ve got a shitload of shakes from previous orders I’m not a major fan of those

I’m so hungry I may start to eat my own face

Sparrowlegs248 · 03/10/2019 21:40

Yes, it's basically 2 shakes a day and a 4-600 cal meal of healthy food. 2 snacks. Should be ok, and was fine the first 10 or so days. There's 1 "cleanse" day a week (haven't done it today as planned as I feel so bad)

I've got a huge craving for anything savoury, whereas the shakes and snacks are all sweet and fairly artificial with it.
