@whatthewhatthewhat To be honest I've run around 3 times we week for about 12 years now. That bit is do routine I just do it. Food however is ALWAYS my Achilles heel. You can't put run a bad diet is so true!!!

boredboredboredboredbored · 28/09/2019 14:54

God please forgive the typos in my last post I'm not illiterate I promise!

breakfastpizza · 29/09/2019 01:06

@boredboredboredboredbored Wow, well done. I tried to exercise the first week and I felt dizzy. You've inspired me to try again!

Two shakes and a salad for me today.

whatthewhatthewhat · 29/09/2019 07:35

What did Dawn say????? I'm intrigued!

Had an extra cookie yesterday as was hungry/bored/needed chocolate

I'm so jealous about the running. I miss running so much. Will give it two months to drop some lbs and give it a go.

Happy Sunday everyone, drink lots of water in prep for tomorrow's weigh-in!

I don't know what she said!! I wondered that too.

Yesterday didn't go well. It wasnt horrendous but after Fridays cake and latte it wasn't good. Back on it today.

whatthewhatthewhat · 29/09/2019 11:44

@Nottalotta lol! Must have been BAD!

At least you're back today!

I'm weirdly starving today, so feel it's going to be a struggle! I'd like to dive into a Sunday roast and a bottle (or two) of red wine... sob, sob, sob...

That's what I was like yesterday, had half a ham sandwich, then half the kids pizza and a bowl of cereal.

boredboredboredboredbored · 29/09/2019 11:57

Dawn spouted some shit about a weight loss website - troll I think!

boredboredboredboredbored · 29/09/2019 11:59

10 hour shift today...no time to eat! Had way too many maltesers yesterday though so having a low kcal day to make up.

I may not weigh tomorrow as it's totm. I know if it's not a least a stone off (jokes) I'll fall off the wagon. I may change it to a Friday / Saturday weigh in.

feellikezerobucks · 29/09/2019 13:25

Sounds like we're all in the same boat!!!

I weighed in yesterday and was down 2.2lbs from last Saturday which I think is good considering I had 2 Chinese takeaways in that time 😳 so I'm 9 lbs down so far!

I've decided to weigh on a Saturday and have Saturday night as a treat meal (although more mindful than before) so I don't feel too deprived.

My DH has just said how well I'm doing and that you can really my stomach has gone down which has spurred me to continue as I was planning another night off (was planning on having a pukka pie!) but instead I'm having a mint choc shake 👍🏻

Last night I had a bag of cheese curls, a double Decker from a multi pack, southern fried chicken breast (done in the oven) with salad and about 10 chips and a nobbly bobbly lolly....made me realise I actually like not eating proper food at the minute as the chips were fried and I could really taste the grease.

Must just keep focussed during this cold wet Sunday afternoon.

X

Sparrowlegs248 · 29/09/2019 14:28

I'm about to have my second shake. I was toying with having my meal now and shake later, but feel ok so far so will look forward to actual food after the children are in bed!!

whatthewhatthewhat · 29/09/2019 15:12

Sitting in car eating chocolate
Lol

It is 85% dark! So low carb and only 100kcals

That kinda day!

Sparrowlegs248 · 29/09/2019 20:57

Just had my dinner. A chicken stir fry type concoction. I do usually enjoy it but oh my word it was bloody amazing!! That's what rarely eating actual food does for you. Tomorrow I'm having chicken salad and I'm looking forward to it already.

I'm not sure how my weigh in will go tomorrow. I hope I manage to keep off the 3lbs I'd lost by Friday, before the cake etc.

Hope everyone else has had a good weekend. Keep going ladies!!

boredboredboredboredbored · 29/09/2019 21:42

Hi all. Good luck for weigh in tomorrow, I'm
Leaving it until Friday as I don't want to be disheartened. I've had a good day food wise. Just had the one shake, a handful of king prawns and some roast chicken. Not in the least hungry either.

whatthewhatthewhat · 29/09/2019 23:30

@boredboredboredboredbored tbh I'm mot expecting amazing things in the morning, but anything down is good!

See you all on the other side... off to sleep off some pounds! Lol

OP posts:
whatthewhatthewhat · 29/09/2019 23:31

@whatthewhatthewhat the stir fry was bloody lovely, I did it with garlic, ginger, chilli and lime. Yum. Well done on the 3lbs!!

Week 2 -2lb
Week 1 -7lb
Total - 9lb

I know I could have done better this week but I'm still ok with the 2lbs.

Wilmalovescake · 30/09/2019 07:55

Hello, can I join? Fatter than ever this morning and I need to do something about it...

Sparrowlegs248 · 30/09/2019 08:17

Hi @Wilmalovescake yes, of course! What will you be doing?

whatthewhatthewhat · 30/09/2019 08:31

Greeting @Wilmalovescake! What's your plan?

OP posts:
whatthewhatthewhat · 30/09/2019 08:31

@Nottalotta well done! 2lbs, and nice food! 😁

OP posts:
Sparrowlegs248 · 30/09/2019 08:51

@whatthewhatthewhat thanks. I'm really conscious that I don't want to get to the end of this month and pile it all back on, so am not fussed about eating a bit in the meantime, it's more realistic isn't it?
