If @feellikezerobucks is anything like me she won't be able to get off the toilet tomorrow. One way to lose weight!

I've had 3 of the 4 cleanse drinks. A small apple and 3 of the wierd snacks (they're definitely not Maltesers...although the size of a flattened one). I wa absolutely buzzing this afternoon, really random.

whatthewhatthewhat · 26/09/2019 19:13

@Nottalotta yeah, recarbing can lead to poops!

I was manic yesterday, maybe there is something in this fasting malarkey??? Lol

OP posts:
Sparrowlegs248 · 26/09/2019 20:47

Ok, so I've managed to complete my second cleanse day!! And I actually feel ok.

I've worn a new pair of size 14 skinny jeans today, and although they were a bit tight, I'm still in them and comfy enough. I wouldn't have been able to wear them a couple of weeks ago, so this is good progress!

Can't wait for my meal tomorrow though.

I have just had a damson gin and tonic, oops!

Sparrowlegs248 · 27/09/2019 08:05

Morning all, another 2lbs down this morning so yesterday's efforts paid off thank god!! That's 3lb in total this week so fingers crossed for another 1lb by Monday to meet my target.

How was the Chinese @feellikezerobucks? I love Chinese but it pays havoc with my stomach so I'm never tempted these days.

feellikezerobucks · 27/09/2019 08:08

@Nottalotta well done!!! You are storming through your weight loss!!

Chinese was ok but feel ropey this morning....actually looking forward to not eating proper food again for a while.

Hope everyone stays focused during the weekend x

Sparrowlegs248 · 27/09/2019 08:18

Thank you, I'm over the moon with it. I get disheartened really easily so it's great to have such a good start. I'm actually considering doing another of this months course , in a months time. I'll do one shake a day and two meals for a month, then another of this weight loss month after that I think. Its rely bloody expensive, but I don't spend anything else on myself, and my foodwine bill has dropped dramatically!!

feellikezerobucks · 27/09/2019 10:48

@Nottalotta you're doing so well x

Can I ask how tall you are as my start weight is the same as your and my dream weight is to start with a 10! I'm 5.6 ish and nearly 35 with 2 kids so have to be realistic but I did get to 10.6 with ww after my 2nd child but after about a year things crept on and never stopped 😢

Sparrowlegs248 · 27/09/2019 11:30

@feellikezerobucks I'm 5ft 7, but have always weighed more than I look iyswim. I'm aiming for 11st (although at this stage I'll be thrilled at under 12! ) I also got to 10st 6 with WW pre kids, and was really very slim at that weight. I know I'll be happy at lower end of 11s.

breakfastpizza · 27/09/2019 13:02

Congrats @Nottalotta! Great motivation.

Yesterday was another tough day. Sad I was THIS CLOSE to ordering a pizza. In the end, I hit around 1400 cals, so not a total disaster.

Resisting the temptation to weigh in again until Monday.

boredboredboredboredbored · 27/09/2019 16:39

@breakfastpizza Well done for resisting though as hard as it is.

The weekend is coming and these are the days I find hardest. Particularly as dc are with their Dad and dp and I are off into Town tomorrow. Usually that'll mean lots of drinks and food. I've got an Indian meal planned though with lots of chicken tikka & daal. I'm working all day Sunday so that should be ok.

Today is day 5 and I've had my 3 shakes, not feeling too bad I must admit, I've not been hungry either.

Sparrowlegs248 · 27/09/2019 17:57

Epic fail today. Met friend for coffee. Had 2 lattes and a cake. Only had one shake for breakfast though. I thought about just having a shake for dinner but need sone proper for after yesterday! So I've got some turkey breast steaks to do a stir fry with.

boredboredboredboredbored · 27/09/2019 18:37

@Nottalotta I think it's only reasonable to expect bumps in the road, the main thing is to not let it go. Hope you enjoyed your treats x

feellikezerobucks · 27/09/2019 18:49

@Nottalotta that's not an epic fail its just life....an epic fail would have been to have gone Macy's after and then take "the weekend off to start fresh on Monday" xxxx

feellikezerobucks · 27/09/2019 18:50

@boredboredboredboredbored I know what you mean about weekends....I'm ok in the day as I'm so busy but once my (fat) ass hits that sofa at night I turn into the Cookie Monster 😩 we will stay strong together x

boredboredboredboredbored · 28/09/2019 07:01

Ok last night I had my first blip. Nothing major just 2 divine slices of buttered toast and a packet of fruit pastels. No major issue as I'd been for a run too. However, in my brain this is where I fail. I'm so down on myself telling myself I'm a failure, I'll never lose weight blah blah blah. So fellow dieters please kick me up arse.....!!!!

feellikezerobucks · 28/09/2019 07:10

@boredboredboredboredbored two slices of toast and some sweets isn't a blip....you're doing fantastic and it was probably what your body needed after your run.....be kind to yourself, focus on today and think how amazing you'll feel on weigh in Monday.

Come on, we've got this 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

boredboredboredboredbored · 28/09/2019 07:45

@feellikezerobucks Thank you! I actually felt utterly knackered on my run (I'm a regular runner anyway). I'm sure it was because of having low kcal all week.

Ok I'm pulling myself together 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sparrowlegs248 · 28/09/2019 08:58

@boredboredboredboredbored just think that even with the toast and sweets, how many less calories you've had this week. That's the way I'm looking at it. I had 2 lattes and a cake, one shake, and chicken stir fry yesterday. Still loads less than usual even with the cake!

Sparrowlegs248 · 28/09/2019 09:00

Have a great weekend everyone. Tomorrow is my danger day with the children at their dad's but I've got quite a bit to do so hoping I'll keep busy enough to avoid falling off the wagon.

whatthewhatthewhat · 28/09/2019 10:18

I don't post for a while and everyone goes off the wagon! 🤣
Back to it biatches! (I mean that in the nicest possible way!)

It's 88 days until Xmas!!!

Good luck for the weekend. I'm doing OK. Still nibbling a bit...

It's true about the calories. One breakout doesn't have to be the end. Just hop back on it!

Thanks folks. Been for a 5 mile run (legs so tired again) so feeling more positive. Had one shake and out for lunch. Going to an Indian restaurant where I'll have chicken tikka, daal and a small naan.....no booze Sad have a great day all Smile
