Just had my first shake of the day, like the sound of your stir fry @Nottalotta I'm getting a bit sick of prawns 😳 I'm going to have chicken kebabs with mushrooms & courgettes for tea tonight. Weighing in Friday so want to give it my all the next few days 👍🏻

@boredboredboredboredbored the stir fry is lovely. Ginger and garlic in a bit of oil (I use coconut) add chicken cook for 5 minutes, add one sliced red pepper, pack of chopped baby corn, one carrot thinly sliced. Cook few more minutes. Add a ton if bamboo shoots/slicces/whatever they are . When all cooked add 2tbsp soy sauce, 2tsp sesame oil, juice half lime and chilli flakes. Yum!!

@whatthewhatthewhat I was joking about the chocolate (kind of 😉) it's like what @boredboredboredboredbored you can't our run a bad diet...

I've had the banana bar too and I couldn't make up my mind....it wasn't bad but the texture was slightly strange......

I'm so hungry today but think it's my hard wired Monday mindset of "start the week afresh" before getting to lunchtime and thinking "f**k it, I'll start tomorrow"!

We're all doing so well and think how amazing we'll feel at Xmas....only 86 days to go (and I'm already planning what I'll eat during my 72 hours off!) x

I ordered some shakes and soup this time round. I much prefer eating though (obviously!) lol
I like the red bean chilli, even though it made everyone else open the window and leave the room because of its smell! Lol

Need to stop nibbling though!

I was doing so well today. Had two shakes then did the food shop. Got home and had two slices of toast and a piece of flapjack Dd made. Well under kcal but the picking is slipping back in grrrrrrrrrr!!!

Another day almost done. Just waiting for the chicken breast to cook for my salad. I don't think I've ever looked forward to a salad so much!!

Hope everyone has had a good day. I'm at work tomorrow, hopefully too busy to think about food!

Oh and I joined the local leisure centre today too. Just need to find time for it now

I ate both chicken breasts but still within 4-600 cals so ok. Another 1.5lb down today so pleased with that!!
