A fresh slate for May!

Carrying over from the April thread but new joiners are welcome.

Please join this thread - all plans are included (calorie counters, weight watchers, citizens of slimming world, intermittent fasters, no-carbers, eating-only-blue-food eaters).

We are here to support each other and aim to lose 7 pounds, or 3 kgs.

Official start: tomorrow, May 1st.

My starting weight for May is 60.0 kgs and getting to 57-ish kg or just under by the end of the month would be great.

Who is in?

Final weigh in for May - today 11st 3lbs. I think I was 11st 9.5 so that's 6.5lb loss in May. Despite wanting to eat all the carbs yesterday. Dragged (literally) myself to a dance class in the evening.

The Amazon order I got had a free bar of chocolate in it. Seriously?! Temptation delivered to my house?!! I'm tempted to give them 0 stars Grin

New thread here: Half a stone off (or 3kg) in June http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/weightlosss_chat/3600209-half-a-stone-off-or-3kg-in-june

Apologies for the spelling error. I've got half an eye on a spreadsheet lol!

So I was a flipping moron last night and binge ate. Fuming with myself the entire time and after, so it wasn’t even enjoyable. I need to hold on to that memory next time I am tempted to binge, it’s just emotional eating and it made me feel shit.

However, I started the month at 84.4 kilos and end on 80.2 kg, meaning I lost a total of 9.2kg this month!!! I’m really pleased and it’s around target, I just need to not let my feelings get the better of me because I know I can do it if I put the effort in.

Well done to everyone else for their hard work this month. Special thanks to @vida for keeping the thread chugging, hope to see you all on the next thread! Grin

Those are some great losses and I like your badge DeadButDelicious. That’s an awesome achievement!

75.4kg to 72.7kg, so 2.7kg down for the month. I’ll take that! Onwards and upwards. Well done whatever you achieved!

Hi all, I was away for a while due to overload of work professional and personal. In this condition, I have to say Pickslim method has been ideal for me: meals ready fastly, in the evening just salad or vegetables to prepare, for lunch a shake, practical, and always a snack on hand for my mid afternoon craving. Great solution when you got so many things to manage and avoid easy solution like junk food! I am the kind of person in these conditions who usually gain some pounds , and today I lost 1.5 stone ! Great 👍. I placed another order of Pickslim products to continue June on this trend to be ready for my summer dresses, with some chance I will be able to wear old ones!
