Hi everyone

I have a lot of weight to lose and really really struggling. Have been on so many diets I have lost count and never seem to be able to stick to anything. I have realised that today it is exactly 8 weeks until I go on holiday and I had really wanted to lose weight and feel better about myself before then and suddenly it's coming round so quickly so I'm hoping that will help motivate me. Is anyone else interested in challenging themselves to lose as much as they can in that time??

xx

Oyster you have done amazingly, well done. Hooray for the dinosaur dress! I've been creeping back into old habits again - in a mad rush to get things done before going away for half term, so I haven't been very 'present' and my veggie drawer is almost completely full a week after the food shop - a surefire sign that I haven't been eating well! While we're away I won't have as much choice about food though am hopeful for plenty of nice salads and lots of walking around.

I'm still hovering around 11'4. Who would think progress could be this SLOW? Usually I am one of those people who get stuff done!

Where are the rest of you anyway? I need your updates to keep me focussed! xx

Oh @Oyster well done! You look incredible - your waist is tiny! Nearly 2 stone off in 12 weeks.

I've been quiet, sorry. Mostly because I've been eating like a pig and too scared to get on the scales.

I'm away until Monday and then back to Slim Fast. But this time I'm going hardcore!

Aiming for 9.7lbs by the end of 8 weeks. Which could be anything between 7 and 14 lbs to lose, I don't know Blush

oyster you look fab and I Love That dress!!!

Just checking back in to stay accountable. I weighed in this morning. Gained 2lbs since my lowest weight since starting the challenge but I'm still 6lbs down overall. Which I think is ok for 9 weeks.

Back on the Slim Fast from today. Aiming for 8lbs loss in 8 weeks, which should take me to 9 stone 6.

If anyone has the link to the s/s handy, would you mind posting it? The one just downthread isn't working for me.

Today's food:

B- Slim Fast shake
L- Slim Fast bar
D - fish cake, oven chips and baked beans (not great!)

Snack - Slim Fast bar and going to have a bowl of Greek yogurt mixed with some protein powder along with some berries shortly

Exercise - week 4 C25K - 2 x 10 minute runs (slow!)

Hope you're all getting on alright Smile

Bodgersmash so sorry not to reply sooner. Half term meant being away from my desktop plus a bit of major eating on holiday though it fell off in a couple of days once I got back and I'm back on course now. I'm down to 11'1 - it will be truly amazing to see a "10" on the scales. and that is keeping me going. Think I'm getting into the habit of eating better now - last night I had a chocolate bar and left half of it. Not sure I've ever done that in my life!

Oysterbabe and others, how are you doing?
