I am sort of dieting, but starting in earnest on Wednesday.
I am 5’8” and 12 stone 4. I would like to lose about 2.5 stone overall, but 10lbs would be a great start and would just nudge me back into a healthy bmi range.
I am doing Jane Plan. I’ve ordered my menu, but it won’t arrive till tomorrow at the earliest. Rather annoying, as it was meant to arrive today, but it has not
.
Anyway, today has been a bit of a mixed bag...
B; builders tea & 2 scones 
L; homemade fruit, veg & chia smoothie & boiled eggs on the side
D; roast chicken & veg
Not fantastic, but could be worse, seeing as I haven’t officially started yet. I am trying to work on some bad habits, (eg scones for breakfast
), for a couple of days before the diet properly commences.
That’s the theory anyway
