kentucky chicken and hydrogenated fat tonight!

I feel a bit sick.

We went to see Shrek 3 which was OK and then we were so tired and ds asked if he could have popcorn chicken so we got a deluxe hampery thing for £12.99 and wish we hadnt bothered!!

Must be good over the weekend.

There are 2 plans Huff and I was doing core which means I can eat as much as I like of lots of lowfat foods so would have had spag bol and salad tonight if I had prepped it in time.

Well done Collision on your weight loss this week - but come on KFC!! It's one thing I have been really good at and avoided!
I'm having problems with Jaffa cakes at the moment! I can't stop eating them!

The 125g bags of mini Jaffa cakes are about 10 points and the little pods are 2.5 I think

Right - I'm back and I mean to stay this time. Have just weighed myself (didnt weigh last week as way to poorly) and have lost another 3lbs. Considering what I drank and ate over this weekend am pretty surprised (have a sneaky feeling I will pay for that next week). So that is 9lbs in total, and another 11lbs to go.

The only blow out I have had was KFC on Friday and that is all. i really regret it and have been really good for the rest of the week.

Weigh in tomorrow but think I havent lost any.

Am doing the core plan again this week.
