Sometimes it's needed wolf.
Did H manage to calm him. How did cahms go this week. Sorry I meant to ask earlier.

House work today so won't get out of the house much. Oh wait got footy do will be stepping to keep warm. Thinking of trying Ariel yoga tonight

WreckTangled · 27/01/2019 08:09

Just about to go spinning. Not sure how I'll do as the balls of my feet are already agony just from having shoes on 😭 I think it's nerve pain sort of thing so not much I can do paracetamol doesn't touch it

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2019 08:42

Ouch that sounds nasty wreck, are you sure you’re able for spinning? Sometimes it’s not always the best to battle through but you know yourself best.
I’m down 2.2lb on average from last Sunday and if was just weighing in once a week, the loss would be .8lb - my weight was up 1lb from yesterday very likely from vino & salty snacks. I’m really pleased with that. As my target is 1700 a day (I’m counting Saturday to Friday) I’ve eaten a bit into this weeks budget, so I’ll try balance it out by eating a little less eat day. With luck I’ll get 1lb off next week.

Happierwithouthim · 27/01/2019 10:13

Life have you downloaded the app? I see it's now available for iPhone so I'm unsure what to do!

Wreck hope your foot gets better really soon, spinning probably not the best idea.

Not2 well done on your loss

I was going to ask about the app too, seeing lots of chat about it. I’m curious now

Happierwithouthim · 27/01/2019 10:41

Me too

15st and 1/2lb. Up from yesterday but that’s 2.25lbs down this week

WreckTangled · 27/01/2019 11:19

Well I can either be in pain sitting on my bum or be in pain and exercising 🤷🏽‍♀️ pain is part of life for me it's just worse sometimes than others. The trouble with painkillers for nerve pain is that they can take weeks to work and by that time it's usually gone so I tend to just power through.

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2019 11:46

Good for you wreck - hope you get some relief at some point.
Very nice loss wolf, you’ll see 14’something so soon I’m sure. I’ve just finishing cleaning my kitchen doors (there’s a job that needs doing more often, damn cream cupboards) and floors mopped. I’ll do a 40 minute run shortly and then out to lunch.

WreckTangled · 27/01/2019 11:58

Sorry wolf missed your post. That's great going.

I'll be over calories today (not taking exercise into account) as having a roast later but I'll still be under for the week so not worried.

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/01/2019 13:49

I have down loaded it. I need to go back and change my steps to 10k from 15k. That will put me in the 1500 group. Sad

I'm at the videos as you can't move until you see the videos.
Ok so far. I will report back as I use it.

Body pump this morning

Happierwithouthim · 27/01/2019 14:20

I'll await your verdict life
Well done wolf
Up 0.4lbs this week

Ooh great life, we have someone on the “inside”😉 I might change over but to be honest I know where I go wrong (greedy git)
Looks like an arsehole week happier, but you’re not too bothered are you? In the grand scheme it’s a blip and you’re exercising loads too

Happierwithouthim · 27/01/2019 16:30

I'm not bothered really not2 but it does make me question going up to 1700 cals all the same

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 27/01/2019 16:34

They do say give it 2-3 weeks happier with a change. 700 extra a week should only marginally cut loss not cause gain. Gain eating at a deficit is very likely bloat from salt or extra exercise. Looking at your daily weigh ins I’m calling fluid.

WreckTangled · 27/01/2019 17:35

Man I make a good roast Grin not feeling overly full either which is good.

Justanothermile · 27/01/2019 18:14

Blimey! You lot think so deeply about food, I find it fascinating. I kind of eat and make sure the vast majority of stuff I put in my gob is healthy! Interesting to gain insights though.

Food today.
Toast with peanut butter.
Couscous salad (olives, cucumber, roasted pepper, chickpeas, red onion), three falafels and a hard boiled egg.
Tea will be nut roast, baked spuds, roasted carrots and squash, and steamed runner beans. Veggie gravy.
Banana, few walnuts and a handful of crisps.

Exercise was quite considerable at 19 miles (marathon training is reaching a tough stage) and a gym session (arms and core, lots of stretching). I've taken my Garmin off cos it's on 40k steps and will make my average goal steps insane ha.

I will probably eat ALL the food ever tomorrow and turn into a falafel. 😂

Oh - three energy gels while running.

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2019 18:47

Yup sure do, hence the needing to lose weight😉

Justanothermile · 27/01/2019 18:50

No, I meant more about the protein, carb, macro, micro split etc. Rather than thinking about food all the time iyswim. Not a criticism, it's interesting to see differing approaches.

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2019 19:25

Some of us are following a weight loss coaching group, and you’re allocated a macro split depending on your calories. That might explain the level

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2019 19:26

Sorry posted too soon, was saying explain the level of chat on protein etc.

Wolfcub · 27/01/2019 19:58

Well done everyone on sticking with it this week even if the results might not have been quite what was wanted

Food today

Dominos pizza (yes I know)
Vegetable dal Soup and two slices dry toast
Will have a slice of cake in a bit

WreckTangled · 28/01/2019 06:50

Eugh. I've really hurt my hip (presumably from yoga yesterday trying to d something I couldn't).

Lunch today is veg curry from the freezer not sure about dinner yet but possibly burritos.

Happierwithouthim · 28/01/2019 08:09

Spent yesterday wondering if I'd done something to my shoulderblades, turns out it was just using them Grin
Hope your hip is better soon wreck
Made dinner for two days yesterday so am on course for a good day and have tomorrow's food planned too so it's all good.
