Wreck that is good going.

Curvy hope things settle down soon.

I have (against expectation) managed to lose another 400g (scant 1lb) this week. I was away on Thursday & Friday on a training course. There may have been a lot of beer drunk on Thursday and a meal out and biscuits and lunch bought out. I did book room only so that may have helped.

Wolfcub · 26/01/2019 09:34

Well done Unescorted.

If I weigh tomorrow (on weigh day) what I weigh today I will be s very happy Wolf 🐺

Happierwithouthim · 26/01/2019 10:16

Well done wreck
Wolf how did cake turn out , what will you do with rest of it?
Unescorted great to have a loss when you've been drinking
Not2 excellent week
Wreck what did you have for lunch for 115 cals? Sorry just saw what you had for lunch sounds lush
One of the lads at work brought me in this doughnut yesterday, luckily I don't like doughnuts so I resisted, going to keep it for dc to have this evening instead.

I was tired all day yesterday not2 but slept well last night so I'm good today, actually slept until 9.30 after briefly waking at 7 which I'm delighted with.

My steps are down this week as are cals burned combined with upping my cals eaten scales isn't budging, same weight for 4 days running now, so my average will be up on last week. Think this happened with previous bootcamp too and weight loss showed eventually so must be muscle, my shape is changing for better so I'm content with it.

Happier it was lovely cake. I had one slice last night and I will share the rest with ds. He will probably get the lions share

Not2bObvious · 26/01/2019 10:36

The fact you can see shape change and aren’t overly bothered with scales change is a great way to be happier I know I’m stating the obvious here but the scales shows all the weight - so that’s not just fat, that’s water/waste/bones etc. So as a measure it isn’t perfect. Pictures on a month to month basis are a good track - although I live in fear of someone finding my hidden album. I’d look like the worst weirdo.
Of course if I get a good weigh in tomorrow the scales will be a God in my house😬

Happierwithouthim · 26/01/2019 11:22

30g protein & 19g fibre in this lovely chocolate shake Grin

Fair play to you I don't have that willpower and as a result don't bake very often.
Dm coming tues night maybe I could bake for that & she'll help & maybe take some home to df Hmm

I've not taken pictures in ages not2 might do them over the weekend, showering at gym today so won't take them today Grin

Ooo kiwi, haven't had that for ages.
YY to the scales not being all of it.
I'm glad efforts are starting to pay off

WreckTangled · 26/01/2019 13:41

I'm in a really bad mood it's a good job there's no chocolate in the house. Trying to make biscuits but it's a Disaster.

Ggreengrass1 · 26/01/2019 15:30

Hi everyone, did my first park run this am, 32:14, so pleased with myself. Haven't got on the scales for a few days as been scoffing peanut butter sandwiches in the evening,

Happierwithouthim · 26/01/2019 15:56

Great time ggreen

Good day today
Gym this morning, lunch with friend I'd smoked chicken salad with brown bread, was still hungry when I came home so I've just had my dinner of 5% fat burger with Aldi's gourmet burger bun. 10g protein left to hit and have got 30g fibre already with 332 cals left, love having cals left for an evening weekend night?

Chilling on couch with a movie now before dc come home.

What's up wreck?

Oh nothing I'm just in a grumpy mood Grin luckily dh isn't taking it personally!

Well done Ggreen I can't run at all!

WreckTangled · 26/01/2019 16:38

I like the Aldi seeded brioche buns. I'll have about 350 calories left after dinner too! As I'm spinning in the morning I feel like I should try to eat them so will see what I can find!

northender · 26/01/2019 17:07

Well done Gg on the Parkrun. I will pluck up the courage one day....
I have done 4 sessions at the gym this week (3 classes and 1 free session). Have managed to regulate my eating prtty well so am pleased.
Am going to have a drink tonight as I found out I'd passed an exams yeaterday so need to celebrate! Hoping to keep up with the thread a bit better this week.

Not2bObvious · 26/01/2019 17:12

I keep trying to get my nerve up to go back to park run, great time ggreen. I get incredibly overwhelmed by all the people and try to keep up but end up getting puffed. I need to learn to run my own race.
I am quite hungry now, more M&S yellow sticker bargains, Thai tonight. I’ve around 400 cals left even after 2 small glasses of wine planned with dinner. Maybe a nice cookie and a bag of crisps with an icy tonic water. I think I’m going to eat out tomorrow- maybe pizza, haven’t had one in weeks

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/01/2019 18:10

I've had a bad day all round so going to hit nothing today. Onwards tomorrow

QuiteFrugal2019 · 26/01/2019 18:15

Did 15000 steps today.
Plan same again tomorrow
Shepherds pie with loads of veg tonight

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/01/2019 18:25

Well done quite.
Do I can hit my macros, but be under 100 cal over. Or think dick it and just eat the chocolate

QuiteFrugal2019 · 26/01/2019 18:29

I always have something on a Saturday night .
Im maintaining but you can have less tomorrow ,enjoy the chocolate Smile

WreckTangled · 26/01/2019 18:54

Managed to persuade dh that we should go for a family swim once I've finished spinning tomorrow.

Wolfcub · 26/01/2019 19:47

Life honestly I’d eat the chocolate. If you restrict to the point of feeling deprived it’ll never be sustainable

So far today

Chicken pad Thai from our local Thai place for lunch (chicken is poached)
Slice of cake
Homemade beans and sausage on toast - basically some leftover tomatoey sausage casserole which was in the freezer, probably 2 sausages max

G&T and a Boulevardier

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/01/2019 20:43

I've eaten the chocolate. I tried the peanut butter halotop peanut butter. It was ok.

Happierwithouthim · 26/01/2019 20:57

Well done north

Spaced my leftover cals out had muller lighter chocolate fix, bag of sunbites & going to finish off with halo top or breyers

Not2bObvious · 26/01/2019 21:10

Oops, fell face first into loads of junk, crap. Anyway nothing too awful, I’ve just taken a 1 day step back. Although I felt I had to confess! It’s kind of like by admitting it, I’ll stop now and I have.

Wolfcub · 26/01/2019 21:16

I’ve poured an extra bourbon. Wasn’t going to have one but then ds has decided to have a nasty ranty meltdown again. H is on the phone trying to calm him down
