No I don’t but then my calories are relatively decent (although I could eat a LOT more) I’m on 1700 a day, and I reckon I burn in the region of 2200 with my 13-15,000 steps. The consensus I’ve seen over & again is that exercise cals can be vastly overestimated by trackers/exercise equipment. Proof is in the weight loss I guess

Wolfcub · 24/01/2019 19:15

I have miraculously avoided the take away.
I have gin and tonic (it’s my Friday).

We are having breaded chicken escalopes, corn on the cob and a spoon full of mash and a couple of wedges that were lurking in the bastard leaking freezer.

Not2bObvious · 24/01/2019 22:31

I’ve had a few extra cals this evening but since I went under yesterday it evens out. I had the tonic without the gin which sound virtuous until I admit it was after 3 small glasses of wine. But all in all a very well behaved company evening. Nearly the weekend, ouf, potential for trouble

WreckTangled · 25/01/2019 07:18

Scales have gone down a bit here again. Not sure on food today, depends if I get to the supermarket or not. Either way lunch is probably stir fried noodles, bean sprouts and broccoli.

Wolfcub · 25/01/2019 07:27

Scales are down here too. Woo.

Not sure about food here today either. I think it’ll be chicken pie, new potatoes and brocolli for tea

Toast and skyr will feature somewhere

Not2bObvious · 25/01/2019 08:04

My scales has flux’ed up the last 2 days but if I look week on week, I’m down 1.8lb from last Friday and my average is down 2.3lb although Sunday is the day for official new average weight. Feeling exhausted this morning

Not2bObvious · 25/01/2019 08:04

Steak for dinner tonight 😋

WreckTangled · 25/01/2019 15:09

I've been food shopping and I bought doughnuts Grin they're iced ring doughnuts yet still have a jam filling 😋 I also avoided McDonald's.

So far today:

Alpen light
Stir fried noodles with bean sprouts, broccoli, soy sauce, chilli sauce and sesame seeds. That was a really easy filling lunch that was only 115 cals.

Ggreengrass1 · 25/01/2019 15:19

Feeling in need of a treat so taking dds to chocolate cafe.

WreckTangled · 25/01/2019 17:33

Dinner is pizza and pudding is the doughnut. Will still be under 1200 calories and have had my five a day Halo

Wolfcub · 25/01/2019 17:41

Wreck how the hell do you fit a donught into 1200 calories

Two slices of toast
Tea is chicken pie roasted new pots and roast broccoli

There is going to be gin and possibly whisky

WreckTangled · 25/01/2019 18:10

Everyone is doing so well!

Home and work life are just a bit stressful atm so will be back when things are more normal

Wolfcub · 25/01/2019 20:24

Hmm I have cracked and am drunk-baking. Hopefully after waiting an hour for it to cook and half and hour for it to cool I will feel less like eating the entire cupboard and more like eating one slice

Not2bObvious · 25/01/2019 20:36

Drunk baked what wolf? Damn that’s good, I’ve drunk dialed a Chinese but never managed to bake! I’m doing ok so far, 175ml of red, 1 x G&T. On the tea now, had my crisps snacks, might have a bit of choccie 😋

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/01/2019 20:37

Sorry to hear that curvy. Always welcome.
Bang on steps and macros.

One slice wolf. Grin drunk baking. Don't burn yourself.

Bloody hell wreck. Well done. I'm in awe of your 1200. 1600 is hard enough

Wolfcub · 25/01/2019 20:42

I’m making nigella’s quadruple chocolate loaf cake. I’m not doing the syrup or the crushed chocolate topping though I still have some restraint. Should be out of the oven in 40 minutes. There will only be one slice I shall be good and after I’ve finished my whisky I shall be good and have tea

Not2bObvious · 25/01/2019 20:49

Boom!

That sounds lush wolf, enjoy it, delicious home baking is one of life’s little pleasures

WreckTangled · 26/01/2019 06:45

Wolf that sounds amazing! I felt a bit yuck after that heavy dinner so went to bed really early and slept for 9 and a half hours Grin

Not2 that's brilliant!

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/01/2019 07:22

Well done not 2

WreckTangled · 26/01/2019 07:22

5lb loss since I started on 2nd jan.

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/01/2019 08:12

Well done wreck

Wolfcub · 26/01/2019 08:17

Wreck that’s brilliant well done. The sleep sounds amazing too

Not2bObvious · 26/01/2019 08:58

Wow 5lbs is amazing wreck, deeply envious of your 9.5 hour sleep, sounds incredible. Awake in the middle of the night for an hour although I did get back to sleep. Feeling very unsatisfied with it especially as I was so tired yesterday morning, I craved a decent sleep. Nothing strange with that though.
What to do today hmmm. Anyone have anything nice planned? Bit of child ferrying going on over here but they’ll be gone for 4 hours - not to be bad but I’m quite excited with that. If they didn’t need collecting, I’d be off for a lunch with 🍷
