Anyone in?

Im doing dry jan which will help, better meal planning, and upping the water intake. No official "plan" in mind yet but will look to choosing one soon.

Im weighing in Jan1st, currently just shy of 14stone. I need to hit 9 1/2 to hit a healthy BMI.

Well done everyone.. especially Fridge... amazing but you have been working hard with all that planking business!

I lost 2 lbs this week and am happy with that.. I have got past the craving chocolate stage 24 hours a day, and am back at work so can get into a routine of soup for lunch.

wizzler · 08/01/2019 06:56

16lbs is more than a dress side

AFridgeTooFar · 08/01/2019 06:56

I'm dancing around atm, wishing I could high five everyone...

WE GOT THIS!!!!

Hey- when people have updated the spreadsheet, shall I do a running total for the whole group?

We may have lost half a person between us! 🤣

TheHoundsofLove · 08/01/2019 06:58

Well done, Ladies. I've only lost 3/4 of a pound this week, but I wasn't really expecting to lose anything as my PILs have been here (they leave tomorrow) so we've been eating out, having nicer meals, puddings etc... and I've not really been able to stick to anything properly. Have not had a drop of alcohol all week though (quite some feat!) and have tried to make sensible choices. I'm going to do some meal planning for next week as will be able to up my ante tomorrow!

TheGruffalosLoveChild · 08/01/2019 06:59

Just weighed. I don’t want you to get too jealous, but I’ve lost the grand total of .5 to .75 of 1lb.

FFS.

I’m trying to focus on the fact that a loss is a loss, but I am a little disappointed given I have been pretty good for a few weeks now.

GreyandGrumpy48 · 08/01/2019 07:06

4lb off for me which i’m Delighted with though much of it was Christmas bloat. Fridge way to go- I’m in awe and well done to everyone else who has weighed in today. Can someone update the spreadsheet for me as I can’t do it on my phone.

AFridgeTooFar · 08/01/2019 07:10

Grey done.

Anyone else? I have it open on my phone.

AFridgeTooFar · 08/01/2019 07:11

.75 of a lb.

If you did that every week, you'd STILL be 39lb lighter by Christmas!

WhenCanISleepAgain · 08/01/2019 07:12

I can’t update from my phone either so would be great if you could add me AFridgeTooFar.

StealthNinjaMum · 08/01/2019 07:13

1.8lb off which is amazing. I've already lost just over a stone since November so, even though I'm barely eating, I had expected it to slow down. By the end of the month I want a 'healthy' BMI.

Fiontar649 · 08/01/2019 07:13

-7lbs! Very happy with that. Like Fridge a lot of it will be water weight, my face and hands are less bloated, but it is encouragement to keep going.

Well done everyone!

AFridgeTooFar · 08/01/2019 07:14

Whwn what was yours again? So I don't have to mess around scrolling up 🤣❤

AFridgeTooFar · 08/01/2019 07:14

when

WhenCanISleepAgain · 08/01/2019 07:17

Great losses everyone! Have to confess I feel a bit deflated at losing just 1 lb this week but trying to focus on the long game and celebrating picking myself up and keeping going too.

Thanks Fridge!

WhenCanISleepAgain · 08/01/2019 07:21

My face is looking thinner too Fiontar. I also just measured myself and I think I may have lost 0.5 inches from my waist and hips this week Smile

Thank you Fridge!

Fantastic losses everyone.

TheGruffalosLoveChild · 08/01/2019 07:43

Thanks Fridge 😘. I need the motivation to keep going when my loss is so low. I need to keep focusing on the fact that a tiny loss every week will eventually get me to where I need to be.

Still can’t believe the 16lb loss!!! Well done!

I must say I am disappointed because I started so well. Was eating hardly anything and most days got my 10000 steps

AFridgeTooFar · 08/01/2019 08:01

Let me try this Parenting thing for an hour, and shove my brats on the school bus, and I'll

-update anyone who asks me to

And

-add Gruffalo and anyone else who yells at me to the spreadsheet.

Inconsiderate little sods, needing to go to school NOW! 🤣

FancyDrew · 08/01/2019 08:04

Hello folks, may I join? I started last week on another thread but the party seems to have move here! 😊
On 1st Jan I weighed 15st 10lbs, and today 15st 7lbs, so a loss of 3lbs. I'm very pleased with that. Especially as I felt that I was just muddling through this week, without proper planning. Also I slipped over in the kitchen and some leftover mince pies and stollen fell into my mouth- a domestic accident that could happen to anyone! If I could do 3lbs a week I would be ecstatic!!
