Im doing dry jan which will help, better meal planning, and upping the water intake. No official "plan" in mind yet but will look to choosing one soon.

Im weighing in Jan1st, currently just shy of 14stone. I need to hit 9 1/2 to hit a healthy BMI.

Does anyone know why MFP is giving me a plan to lose 1lb a week when I've set it for 2lb? It's really annoying!!

Rejoined slimming world again tonight, was the exact same weight I was when I joined last January which is quite good as I has a baby in between! Was expecting to be loads heavier!!

That's really good Dwangela - I was about three stone heavier after my last child. (And have been ever since. She's five in March...)

Good morning, Ladies.
I'm still keeping to the the no puddings, snacks or alcohol - but I am suffering terrible sugar withdrawal. Last night I had a splitting headache, was irritable as hell and could barely think straight. I slept terribly last night (not helped by a snoring DH!) and now this morning I feel exhausted and really shaky! Sad I nearly caved last night and had an emergency Tunnock's, but stayed strong!

I am finding myself much less inclined to snack when my only options are basically almonds... They are getting a bit boring now! Torn between being happy because snacking is a major problem for me and being aware that I probably need to prepare an alternative or I too will cave and need the Tunnocks

Have found some great vegan keto chocolate things I might attempt

Day 3 of tracking today and still on a 'blue dot' streak.

Friday is my official weigh day so I've jumped on and I'm down 0.6kg (1.3lb) so I'm happy with that for 2 days, obviously it's bloat but I won't discriminate!

Just scanned my chilled coffee (absolute addiction of mine) and it's 5 bloody points!

Definitely need to have a 0 point breakfast now.

Doing a vegan week next week Confused just to see how we go with it - already vegetarian and been playing with the idea of vegan for a while but I just don't know how I could give up eggs! I like vegan cheese so that's not a problem and I use cows milk alternatives anyway.

Not sure how strong my willpower would be with weaning DD though Hmm
