I'd love to join you. Today is heaviest and worst I have felt and looked in all my 37 years on this planet.

I am pushing into a size 20 and I'm only 5 ft 2. It all seems so challenging to do and I get overwhelmed. I want to do a bit better with food and exercise but I want to see immediate drastic results and get demotivated when I don't, which pushes me back in the cycle. I'm an emotional eater and give up too easy. I want to do it. I really do. So any tips from you guys would be amazing.

I will join you. I have 2 stone to lose. I’ve been juicing for four days with very few slip ups, now trying to eat healthily. I have been snacking on huge amounts of chocolate and crisps for well over a year and I need to take action. None of my autumn and winter clothes fit and it’s getting too cold for linen Smile

I’ve lost a pound and a half on the juicing. Was hoping for more, but I think it has righted my metabolism a bit and put me in a good position for weight loss.

Now going to eat meals only, no snacks or booze, walk more and start swimming.

Hi, please can I join? Looking to lose 3st although could do with more 🤣. Currently 15st 6lb which makes me want to cry. I'm short as well which doesn't help. I'm hoping to do a weight watchers inspired type of eating plan to stop me eating too much. Looking forward to losing with you......

4 stone to lose to take me to upper end of BMI.

Weighed in at a shocking 13st 7lb this morning which is massive cos I am only little! Had a photo taken with someone I adore yesterday and can't face myself to share it on FB thanks to the numerous amounts of chins I have Blush

Already ahead of myself as just made a massive pot of chunky veg soup with all those veggies lurking at the bottom of the fridge that need using up.

Weight watchers online for me as I know it work but can't get to a meeting. Just under 11 weeks til the world Christmas do. Would like to drop a dress size for that at least!!

Are people open to sharing daily food diaries here? Partly for accountability, partly to help others. I’ve always said I know what I should be eating to lose weight but right how I feel totally lost. Bread/no bread? Fats? Carbs? Treats or strict??? Argggghhhhh 😬

I'm in! I lost 3 stone using mfp and Paul McKenna I can make you thin app put got out of the habit of eating slowly and stopping when full so put a stone back on.

Ideally want to lose 2 stone to be at ideal weight but would be happy with 1.

I have visions of a mass early morning weigh in and tears! We are all doing the right thing in making a change. Good luck to us all, we are going to need it.

Just a thought, Halloween is in roughly five weeks. We can all ditch half a stone by then.

Halloween is indeed 5 weeks. That’s definitely a good goal to work toward. I have a big party that weekend Id like to feel less shit for.

Royal maybe we can help you come up with ideas within the foods you’re comfortable with?

I'm fucking huge too!!!!!!
I have 4 stone to lose to be in the healthy BMI range at 11st 6lbs. I want this!!!!!!

Need to stop looking for instant fixes and go long term healthy.

3 things I'm going to change from tomorrow:

  1. No alcohol other than a couple of cans slimline G&T on a Friday night.
  1. Plan every meal, packed lunch, 2 litres of water a day and count checks with Scottish Slimmers app
  1. Charge up my Fitbit and haul my ass around town at lunchtime aiming for 10000 a day.

4.Pour busy into my life to keep me from slobbing on sofa

Rain that would be really helpful.

Im walking into town tomorrow to go shopping, so i am upping my exercsie.

Im going to start doing yoga on the wii this week too. I am not allowed to do my regular personal trainer exercises for another week (not that i did them anyway!) Nurse told me gentle exercise. (Long story short, i had to abort twins for health reasons...this happened Monday so almost a week ago, nurse said two weeks taking it easy and gentle exercise) so yoga it is.

Im also going to stop snacking, eat smaller meals packed with more vegetables, and no more fizzy drinks!

Can I join too? I'm 5' 2 and 12 stone 2, I want to lose 3 stone to get me into the healthy BMI range. I've lost about a stone in the last few months on My Fitness Pal (a bit on and off which is why it's been slow!). Am planning to be a bit stricter with it and do some more exercise. I'm fairly recently separated and really want to feel good about myself again!

Yes I’m in. Heaviest I’ve ever been (including when pg Shock) and feeling shit. No energy, addicted to sugar, can’t be arsed to cook properly.
From tomorrow- no white carbs, no seconds, and make sure I eat my five a day.

Oh Royal I'm sorry for your loss 💐. I feel for you. My weigh gain was rapid and I think stems from multiple losses IVF, hormones all over the place and the anxiety that followed. I think doing this will help with strength and resilience xxx

I have 2 stone to lose. Im doing a slimming world style eating plan but trying to avoid sweeteners and fake foods, lots of meat and veg and beans and lentils! I’m also trying to walk more. Might buy a bike...

I work in a school and there is ALWAYS cake in the staff room...
