Half a stone off in September - getting into the swing of it!

We’re aiming to lose half a stone in a month (but any loss is a positive step toward our goals!).

Weighing in at 9st 9lb so lost 1lb this week, 6 in total. Very pleased with that especially as I've not been rigid with diet this week. Will carry on in Oct as would like to lose another 5lb or so.

Final day of the month weigh in and I am 84kg on the dot. That's a new low.

2.7kg or 5.95lbs in September so haven't quite managed to do the half stone but the time of the month and a big night out didn't help.

I have now lost 11kg (1st 10lbs) since getting my fitness tracker. Super happy with that.

I will be back for October and trying to do the full half stone this time!!

Final weigh in this month from yesterday morning at 13st 3.75lbs. So a net loss of 2.5lbs, but when I include the weight I gained then lost, I'm down 5.75lbs. Would have preferred that off my original starting weight though.

I'm away for the weekend and ate out last night and have just had a very good hotel breakfast. I also have a birthday dinner to attend tonight, so I fully expect to be heavier on Monday when I record my 1st October starting weight, but I'm planning a very strict week, so hope to negate any impact by next weekend.

Checking it. I lost 2.5kg (5.5lb) in September. Very happy with that.
I have lost 8.8kg since the middle of June (19.5lb) when I started using Noom.
I’m only 2kg off my target weight so I’ll aim for that in October.
On the flip side- non of my clothes fit 😭!
