All welcome to join - no matter how you’re losing weight, whether you’re new or further along your weight loss journey, whether this is a return to losing weight... all are welcome Smile

We’re aiming to lose half a stone in a month (but any loss is a positive step toward our goals!).

Weighed in this morning - 2lb off taking me to 9st 12. Yes!!!!! Grin

WickedGoodDoge · 15/09/2018 11:26

I’m down 1.5lbs this morning so am at 10s 0.5lbs. So close to seeing 9s something again. Grin 4lbs down in Sept so far but usually do a two weeks loss followed by one week maintaining thing so not convinced I’ll lose anything this week.

Lexilooo · 17/09/2018 08:50

85.7kg today so no loss since last week. 😕

Happinessisabook · 17/09/2018 10:38

I've only lost 1lb the whole month so far but I've decided I'm not that bothered about numbers.

I was hung up on being 8.5 stone again because I was happy at that weight. But when I was that weight I was an 18 year old who didn't drive so had to walk for at least an hour a day to and from work. That was over 10 years ago and now I'm an almost 30 year old mum. I think that weight is unrealistic for me now, I'm not a teenager anymore haha. I'm going to aim for 10.5 stone instead and see how I go.

WhenDoISleep · 17/09/2018 13:10

I'm back to my starting weight for the month - happy with that.

beforeihit30 · 17/09/2018 13:39

I’m now 1.8lb down this month, which means I’m edging ever closer to 150lb (yay!), and I’m nearly one stone away from my ultimate target (my initial target was 140lb but I’ve decided to get into the mid 130s that natural fluctuations mean I still stay in a healthy range for me).

I had a pause for a few weeks for hols which I just returned from last week, so I’m feeling good Smile

Well I'm a bit late off the mark but I just bought some scales yesterday and found out I'm still 196.2. I had started at 207.4 last month got down to 196.6, then had a lot of take away food at the beginning of sept which got me back up to 203 then I didn't have any scales so I've just been low carbing and hoping I would lose it again. Happy to report I'm at least back to my starting weight for sept and still losing slowly. As long as I'm losing I'm happy. If I can get another 3lb off this month that will be a stone in 2 months. Feels so good to know the baby weight is finally coming off after a year of failing miserably.

Lexilooo · 19/09/2018 09:29

85.3kg for me today, so that is 1.4kg or 3lbs off this month. Pretty happy with that as I haven't been properly low carb. I am now trying to cut down on wine too so I guess that will help.

beforeihit30 · 19/09/2018 13:57

That’s great @jaxhwc!

Pasta seems to add weight instantly. I eat pasta, put on 300g overnight. A few days later it disappears. Must be water retention. I'm 59.3kg today. My new low weight.

jaxhwc · 19/09/2018 15:01

Thanks beforeihit30! Yes lougle apparently carbs encourage you to store water in your system. I have the same problem

Lexilooo · 19/09/2018 17:42

@Lougle a new low - well done!

EthelThePiratesDaughter · 20/09/2018 10:22

I'm 4lbs down to 9 stone 6. Smile

Happinessisabook · 20/09/2018 11:15

That's amazing ethel, well done

EthelThePiratesDaughter · 20/09/2018 11:44

Thanks, although I have to say it has probably got more to do with being in the final stages of planning a wedding AND having to do a massive project at work which may have just gone completely tits up right before the deadline and not having time to eat properly, as opposed to healthy eating and exercise!

Lougle · 20/09/2018 15:11

Yes, I'm down to 59kg (9st 4lb) today. It's nothing I've done, though. I think it's courtesy of a cold virus I've had for the last 10 days. I'm not restricting food or doing exercise, I think my metabolism must just be up because of it.

Chimichangaz · 22/09/2018 09:05

Checking in at 9st 10, so that's another 2lb off this week. If I can do 2lb next week that will be half a stone! First time I've consistently lost weight in years.

WickedGoodDoge · 22/09/2018 10:05

I’m down 1.5lbs so 9s 13lbs. So happy to see a 9 again. Grin That’s 5.5lbs off so far this month so might just about manage the 7lbs or very close to it.

jaxhwc · 22/09/2018 11:15

My new jeans fit me!! Yaaay!! No pounds lost apparently but they fit so I must be smaller somehow.

Chimichangaz · 22/09/2018 12:24

Well done both Thanks

Isn't it amazing how even what seems like a small victory makes you feel so much better?

Woohoo! 84.1kg for me this morning! A new low and first time below 85kg!

So that is 2.6kg or 5.7lb this month. 7lbs might just be possible if I am good

beforeihit30 · 26/09/2018 20:06

Fab!

Haven’t weighed myself for a while Grin need to do that! Adjusting back into LCHF and feeling much better for it.

Yaaaay!! Exactly 14lb lost today since August!! Very pleased although it was more like 11lb one month and 3 the next ☺️

193.4lb so still a way to go but the 7lb a month goal is really working for me.

Happinessisabook · 28/09/2018 19:35

I've lost another 1lb
According to my fitness pal, this means I've lost 2 stone 7lb since end of April
However I was pregnant end of April so a good chunk of that weight loss is due to giving birth
