This is a continuation of the half a stone a month thread that has been running successfully for a few months now. Everyone is welcome, no matter what your approach. We are all aiming to lose 7lbs / 3.18kg a month.
I’m checking in with my starting weigh this month of 13st 7.5lbs – which is up on my end of September weight following a weekend away and several good meals out. I’m getting back on the strict MFP bandwagon and recording absolutely everything I eat this month.
