Diff aims, diff gains ...
I follow iifym with Team RH, I'm struggling a bit with my health this year so progress isn't as fast as last year but it's taught me so much about myself, my body and why I'm important, most importantly because I'm satisfied with my food I don't binge
Goals:
StarWeights section of gym
Star Size 10 clothes
Star 35lbs weight loss

It's was all the affiliate stuff that put me off.tbh. then again in easily fee motivated so don't use me as a barometer
Shouldn't take that long though. Request again

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/12/2018 17:54

Demotivated

Not2bObvious · 20/12/2018 18:45

That’s fair enough life, do you mind me asking what was it about the affiliate thing that turned you off? It feels a bit hustle’y but hey it’s a business at the end of the day (that’s me trying to be fair)

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/12/2018 19:25

Don't get me wrong I love r&r and the coaching has got me where I am today.

Not2bObvious · 20/12/2018 19:41

Me too, learned loads that just blew my mind. Tools for going forward for sure!

Just 18 cals left for the day, the kitchen is closed

Happierwithouthim · 20/12/2018 23:58

The video from last year
The affiliate stuff annoys me too it's like every video is a plug but I'm already in Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/12/2018 07:40

Bit of a scale increase today but I feel very bloated. Work Christmas lunch isn't going to help today

Happierwithouthim · 21/12/2018 08:15

Life get lots of veg in to move the bloat along - sweetcorn is effective Wink

I spent 45 mins this morning shovelling stone into my potholes so earned 3300 'steps' Grin

Going to track all of Christmas to try maintain

Not2bObvious · 21/12/2018 14:32

As predicted I’m 1lb up on last weeks weight - that’ll do pig, that’ll do😉

Happierwithouthim · 21/12/2018 19:48

There's still two more weigh ins to bring it down. Just realised I forgot to pack my scales & my mother's don't correspond so my average is down 1.5

Not2bObvious · 21/12/2018 21:08

Don’t really mind to be honest, at this time I’m taking it as a win, just working on keeping my head above Christmas madness (failing slightly, just ate 11, yes 11 celebrations)
Ooh only 4 more sleeps til the day!!! Can’t wait to see the reactions from my pair😁

Happierwithouthim · 21/12/2018 23:59

I've resisted the Christmas chocolates so far because once I start the danger is I won't stop Grin
Have a terrys choc orange /box of butlers lined up for movie Christmas Day though Grin

Not2bObvious · 22/12/2018 10:31

You do right happier, I lost my way a week ago on the chocolate - but most of the time I’ve kept the madness under control, well except last night.

Happierwithouthim · 22/12/2018 19:11

Had 2 poached eggs on burgen toast for breakfast and a run after. Dinner out for my uncles 70th. Had soup, sizzling chicken stir fry with boiled rice & enjoyed the medley for dessert guilt free

Not2bObvious · 23/12/2018 05:53

Had a hectic day yesterday - had a family birthday at my house, party of 9 to feed. Ate & drank pretty much everything. I was in bed before 12 but woke at 4.45am and can’t get back to sleep😩 Low level hangover but not too bad. Starting to fantasise about Brennan’s white bread toasted & dripping with real butter....so the diets going well eh? Feeling quite relaxed about the food side of things, I’m going to track but plan to eat at maintainable level (2200) for the week starting today. If I can get around 12,000 steps a day I should break even....in theory

Happierwithouthim · 23/12/2018 07:03

Have you got both of those in not2?

I'm attempting Richie's advice to maintain.
So Friday 288 under yesterday 264 over everything tracked so I'm good with that.

And when I'm getting a little exercise in I'm ok with that too.

Not2bObvious · 23/12/2018 08:02

I have my lovely soft pan of Brennan’s thankfully - feck all fibre but perfect comfort food. Grazing a bit so I’ll need to pull it back to stick to my plan. You sound like you got it covered happier

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/12/2018 08:06

I've not had a great weekend but that's ok. not really. Still bloated but I'm not drinking enough as we are out and about

Happierwithouthim · 23/12/2018 08:24

It's so hard to stay on top of water when you're out & about life

Not2 white bread bloats me up like I'm 6 months pregnant so I've not eaten it for about 11 years now. Enjoy 😉

I woke early & now I'm tired but can't sleep Sad

Happierwithouthim · 24/12/2018 07:55

Only exercise yesterday was a little walk at animal sanctuary with dd
Heading out for a run now before dc wake.
Must fill in mfp with yesterday's indulgences - cinema trip & Pinot Grigio Grin

Happy Christmas Eve everyone

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/12/2018 07:58

Happy Christmas Eve happier. Will walk to the village in a bit for meat. That's it though.
But sluggish already from excess. And not even bring that excessive. Change of routine

Not2bObvious · 24/12/2018 08:04

My entries in mfp look like a family shopping list, dreadful carry on altogether. Scales hasn’t seen me in 3 days, I feel like I’m 4 months pregnant! Anyway it’ll all be fine, be over soon and I can start dieting for next Christmas🤪

Happierwithouthim · 24/12/2018 11:32

I'm doing my best to not gain but not going to extreme either. It felt weird to eat ALL the goodies at cinema last night but it's tracked & dealt with

I went for run because I've 2.5 hours driving in car with dc today - all about balance for my head too Grin

I was a bit flabby of tummy yesterday after indulging but I'm ok now

Just finished 50 minutes on the treadmill so it’s a few cals burned. I’m trying to keep a handle on the eating, good job on yours happier, that’s very restrained. Mine is abysmal tbh but I’m not hiding from it, I’ve tracked every last morsel. Going to have a shower shortly and then get ready for my Dad to come over to stay til Stephens. Hope I start feeling a bit Christmassy soon!

Happierwithouthim · 24/12/2018 16:42

I've just had a mince pie to bring on the Christmas feeling Grin
