Diff aims, diff gains ...
I follow iifym with Team RH, I'm struggling a bit with my health this year so progress isn't as fast as last year but it's taught me so much about myself, my body and why I'm important, most importantly because I'm satisfied with my food I don't binge
Goals:
StarWeights section of gym
Star Size 10 clothes
Star 35lbs weight loss

Yep this is my weekend away and if I were trying to stick to my calorie budget I probably wouldn’t get to eat until Tuesday😂 Yesterday went well over as well. Just greed. Doing better today so far but then I haven’t left yet! Hope to get there by 5, dinner at an Italian at 6.30, won’t be a late one as we have the kids with us. Hoping to go Thai tomorrow night, lovvvvvve Thai
That’s great you got your leisure club membership happier
132 sounds great life, I cannot imagine a time I won’t need to track. That’s so fecking tragic, can’t even imagine ever being able to eat intuitively

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/12/2018 15:40

It's taken a while not. I'm also not the best and still eat far too much fat and sugar.

Great news on the gym but bummer in the class.
Body pump, start light, get the moves then build weight. I've be doing it months and only just increasing weight. However I have health complications that don't allow heavy weight lifting

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/12/2018 11:48

Let's not discuss the afternoon on the sofa and 2x raspberry magnum.
Hit the wall yesterday

Not2bObvious · 16/12/2018 13:50

Let’s not discuss anything, especially copious amounts of chocolate & crisps over the last few days. I look like a chipmunk, proper carb face

Happierwithouthim · 16/12/2018 14:56

Let's not discuss all the empty calories Jameson contains Grin

Happierwithouthim · 16/12/2018 15:43

Scales sts today though

Not2bObvious · 17/12/2018 08:16

I haven’t stepped on the scales since Thursday. According to the maths of what I ate measured against roughly what I expended, it should just be 1 pound. But as the scales measures all the bloat/waste etc it’d more likely be reported as 4lb. Not in the humour. Dragging myself back to normal and avoiding the f**k it attitude
That’s the plan anyway

Happierwithouthim · 17/12/2018 10:10

not2
Did you enjoy it?
I'm weighing every day this week, it's a normal week for me and I'm going to treat it as such. I've a meal out on Sat and cinema on Sun but can handle that.

Not2bObvious · 17/12/2018 10:45

Yes it was good thanks happier, although the storm made it a bit miserable at times. I didn’t enjoy the gorging feeling taking over me, that scares me

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/12/2018 17:27

Loadsa steps yesterday. Less today but did the gym.
Didn't have Garmin on as skin is reacting to the strap

Happierwithouthim · 18/12/2018 18:56

Your body still knows you did them life Grin

Happierwithouthim · 19/12/2018 06:21

Scales starting to drop again Grin
Two days back on plan ✅ and today's dinner is planned out already ✅

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/12/2018 08:26

Nice one happier.
Loadsa steps today too.

Happierwithouthim · 19/12/2018 08:57

Dinner has become lunch because I didn't drag myself out of bed in time this morning.

Going to do 5k on treadmill and finish off with a swim this evening at gym I think, worry about doing workouts in new year when my sis has designed something for me.

I found that with doing the bootcamp classes last couple of weeks and not running my digestive system slowed down and that affected the scales no end

Not2bObvious · 19/12/2018 09:38

Great that the scales is dropping happier, I faced mine and I’m up 2.6 on last Thursday but I’m recording nothing until Friday as I still feel bloated. Mindset has improved greatly the last day, and as a result I’ve stuck to my calories. Long may it last!

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/12/2018 19:52

Holding at 132
Steppy step, but had a scone today. And did some driving to stay dry.

Happierwithouthim · 19/12/2018 20:49

Not2 bet you'll reduce that dramatically when the bloat is gone.

Life was it good? I'd one a few weeks ago with pieces of caramel in it, was yummy

Arrived at gym to discover I didn't pack Goggles/contact lenses for swimming or tshirt for gym so was left with choices of swimming with glasses or gym in thermal tshirt or go home so I picked gym in thermal tshirt. Did treadmill, rowing machine & some arm exercises & ab work. Phew was warm Grin

Fast food - Team Rh style 20 mins from freezer to sofa Grin

Not2bObvious · 19/12/2018 21:33

Fair play happier, I had to do a hiit class in a pair of jeggings, not my finest hour! Your dinner looks lush.

Happierwithouthim · 19/12/2018 22:12

Forgot I used exercise bike too

It's the birds eye bbq salmon, comes in individual vacuum packs & is really yummy and because I included protein powder in my yogurt this morning I'd cals free for some actifry chips Grin

Mid morning snack was lush - vanilla natural nutrients & Aldi 0% fat greek yogurt & Aldi lemon curd & some all bran golden crunch 281 cals 26g protein 5g fibre

Happierwithouthim · 19/12/2018 22:35

Can't imagine that being too comfy Grin

Happierwithouthim · 20/12/2018 07:17

Lowest weight this morning last seen in Oct 17 a drop of 3lbs on mon & tues weight Grin

Batteries only replaced about a month ago so it's genuine Grin

Not2bObvious · 20/12/2018 10:14

That’s a lovely early Xmas present happier, delighted for you!

Happierwithouthim · 20/12/2018 15:17

I'm thrilled. Have you watched video on Christmas by Richie?
Mum reloaded said she'd bump it

Not2bObvious · 20/12/2018 17:29

The one from last year? Or I wonder is there a new one. I have to say I’m a bit disappointed that there’s so few videos going up these days. I love listening to them when I run. I think the affiliates are just posting to the motivate me group, someone suggested I requested access but no reply for weeksSad

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/12/2018 17:53

Well done happier. That's ace.
The scone was a bit disappointing tbh. But of a waste of calories.

Lots of walking today and pump. Just wrecked it with 2 chocolate chunky bars.

Need to go back to Marcos asapr as require a better diet
