Diff aims, diff gains ...
I follow iifym with Team RH, I'm struggling a bit with my health this year so progress isn't as fast as last year but it's taught me so much about myself, my body and why I'm important, most importantly because I'm satisfied with my food I don't binge
Goals:
StarWeights section of gym
Star Size 10 clothes
Star 35lbs weight loss

Well I went to a fundraiser & ate far more empty calories than I had planned!

Steps shit too, will make up for it at weekend.

Does it still have calories if it's for charity. ???

Car everywhere today. And scone Friday.
Legs ache too so maybe not gym

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/10/2018 19:34

Hmm stairs are a bit of an issue today. Ouchy thighs

Cagliostro · 05/10/2018 22:55

Shit week here thanks to 8 day long outrageously heavy period 😖😡 have got back to walking though once able to leave the house 🙄

I really need to get into the habit before winter sets in. I am very aware that my mood is slipping already. Hopefully living nearer town and right by a lovely park will help though. Thinking lots of chilly walks round the lake all wrapped up :) I need to prioritise it.

Food... blah. Struggling

mammynowanauntyIRL · 06/10/2018 04:18

Sounds idyllic and as you said important to get into the habit before winter kicks in too, every 20 mins if dh could stay home & you go out alone would do wonders for your mental health.

Wouldn't it be great if it didn't life Grin

Yesterday I haven't input into mfp yet
Poached egg & smoked salmon with avocado on whole meal pitta for breakfast
Toast & real butter & jam for snack
Southern fried chicken wrap with lettuce & coleslaw, can Pepsi max for lunch
Smoothie with natural nutrients protein powder, 5g supreme greens, avocado, banana, 0% Greek yogurt & almond milk - banana way too strong but was very ripe
4 goujons done in air fryer & a chicken skewer/kebab
Small slice choc fudge cake, tiny piece biscuit cake & tiny piece pink fudge

Going to be a gain on the scales this week, but I'm ok with that, it was a major week personally & I didn't loose the run of myself food wise

Still got ouchy thighs. Toying with pump today but going to do it tomorrow instead

mammynowanauntyIRL · 07/10/2018 08:58

DOMS are the worst life but I always feel well at least I did it, I wouldn't be this sore without it being a good workout Wink

I'm going for a run this morning, still in bed though now, wish I was one who could sleep in to take advantage of dc not being here but I'm not.

Checking back in as the thread has fallen off my list. I’ve put half a stone on over the last couple of weeks

mammynowanauntyIRL · 07/10/2018 10:56

Wolf you're dealing with an incredibly difficult situation & long working hours. Focus on maintaining or losing this week.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 07/10/2018 11:33

I agree wolf. For wl to work your mind has to be in the game.

I've been taken off the coaching group Mammy

mammynowanauntyIRL · 07/10/2018 12:15

That's a relief I bet life

But conflicted mammy. The frugaleer in me wants to check my dd to see when I paid in. But part of me feels better at the lack of pressure.

Didn't go to the gym today as my legs are still really bad. Going to go tomorrow though and walk to and from work.

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/10/2018 17:32

No gym today. Felt very headachy and sickly. Think I'm just exhausted and not eating well or drinking enough.

Focus on hydration today.

Craved a body attack class !!!!!! But work got in the way

Cagliostro · 08/10/2018 17:40

I have pulled my big girl pants up and booked a dentist appointment for Wednesday. Haven’t been in about 11 years. Scared doesn’t cover it... but also kind of proud as just picking up the phone was scary (I’d already emailed last week to check they take NHS)

Eeeeep 😱😖🏅

Cagliostro · 08/10/2018 17:41

Oh this was meant to be on the main frugal thread. But ah well.

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/10/2018 17:51

Well done cag.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 08/10/2018 19:58

Cag well done you, hope it goes well. One of my fillings is giving me grief I think it might need replacing Sad

I ran 1.75miles yesterday it was horrid, walked/ran 3.3miles with a friend this evening & it felt good. Tomorrow night I will do home heroes workout I think. And Wednesday I'm meeting a friend for a walk.

Food is within calories but not macros

Actually I'm ok on food just updated mfp but I've only 94kcal left so will only get a snack now instead of a meal.

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/10/2018 20:49

I'm having an early night and going to step in the morning.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 08/10/2018 20:57

When I thought about it I wasn't actually that hungry so I had an Aldi chicken sausage & some ketchup. Le Yum 😋^^
