Diff aims, diff gains ...
I follow iifym with Team RH, I'm struggling a bit with my health this year so progress isn't as fast as last year but it's taught me so much about myself, my body and why I'm important, most importantly because I'm satisfied with my food I don't binge
Goals:
StarWeights section of gym
Star Size 10 clothes
Star 35lbs weight loss

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/10/2018 06:55

What do you use to hit fibre. Struggling now raspberry are out of season

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/10/2018 06:55

Nice one. Walking to work. 2 1/4 miles

mammynowanauntyIRL · 01/10/2018 08:08

I've still got blackberries in freezer.
All bran/veg/kiwis/passionfruit
They're gone I'm on mumsnet, will put a wash on & go then

All bran is good for fibre, I think 11gr for 40grs? Whole meal bread, beans, apples, frozen berries although raspberries weren’t showing great fibre on the pack but I’ve heard people say they’re great.
I checked back and my average cals were nearly 2000 a day over the last week, think that might explain my .2 of a pound loss better! Back to basics

mammynowanauntyIRL · 01/10/2018 15:03

Ya I don't think frozen raspberries have great fibre in them

Tuscan bean soup from Tesco is meant to be great

Mexican bean soup from Aldi has 6g for 156kcals

Thanks. Will hunt out fibre rich foods tomorrow. Macros not great today but I've forgotten how few 1600 cals are

Not2bObvious · 01/10/2018 18:38

Yeah 1600 is pretty tight life - I don’t know how I ever ate really low calorie (well clearly I didn’t, just fooled myself into thinking I was!)
I’ve eaten all my 1700 and only short 4gr of protein and 1gr fibre so that’s as good a day as I can hope for. But it’s only just after 6.30, going to be an early night😩

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/10/2018 20:01

I've cancelled my dd. Made a pig of myself again tonight just not sticking with it and can't bear to read Facebook.

Going to just do it myself.
£25 for gym pass tomorrow - will do step in the morning.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 01/10/2018 21:04

Lifelong you're still dedicated to being healthy just a different route, you're under pressure from all angles at the moment.

Today was a write off for me food wise but no shit only too much good food & unusually my steps are good, almost 11k

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 01/10/2018 21:07

I am Mammy and I'm still happy to chat about it but I felt it was a waste of £5.
I can still follow the principal.

Not going to put the weight back on. Got my classes in my work calendar, gym kit in my drawer.

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/10/2018 21:10

12,225 steps so far. Not too shabby.
Well done on the 11k Mammy. Difference a run makes. How did it feel?

mammynowanauntyIRL · 01/10/2018 21:21

I enjoyed being out there but not so much that I'm not able for much distance, that'll come back too though.

I was not working too which makes my day more active anyhow. Last few days have been good step wise but back to work tomorrow Confused

And they do say they want people to get in, achieve their goals and get out and you've done that too.

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/10/2018 12:03

Step class done. 10.600 so far today.

Not tracked food but had good stuff, big in protein, low in cal

mammynowanauntyIRL · 02/10/2018 23:36

Excellent life my steps are poor today everything else ok

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 03/10/2018 07:18

Ended up on 18k yesterday. Won't be the same today.

Shattered though. Had an early night.

My calves are aching this morning from step.

You do the food, I'll do the steps, between us we will be a perfect student. Grin

mammynowanauntyIRL · 03/10/2018 08:02

Sounds good to me StarHalo

Will try to run again today and tomorrow.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 03/10/2018 09:04

Walking to and from work today. Body pump tomorrow as well as walking

mammynowanauntyIRL · 03/10/2018 21:14

Very short walk with dog as met a neighbour who knew our news and had to be home for a guy doing a survey. Think it netted me about 2k steps.

Didn't have dinner yet - 399kcal to include 30g protein & 11g fibre

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 04/10/2018 06:20

I got a lift home as ran out of time. £11k ish steps.
Can't decide between combat and pump today. Will see what times are like

mammynowanauntyIRL · 04/10/2018 07:11

I had smoked salmon on a sesame bagel to fill my protein macro

Life do combat get some aggression out Grin

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 04/10/2018 20:07
