Diff aims, diff gains ...
I follow iifym with Team RH, I'm struggling a bit with my health this year so progress isn't as fast as last year but it's taught me so much about myself, my body and why I'm important, most importantly because I'm satisfied with my food I don't binge
Goals:
StarWeights section of gym
Star Size 10 clothes
Star 35lbs weight loss

I didn't know she was gone, what happened there. I found her blunt but truly dedicated

Porridge with egg white really increasing the volume of bowl of porridge without changing flavour, you just have to whip it in quickly or else strands of egg white form which is just weird.

Likewise with the scales finally coming down after higher weight on mon, last week I avoided that happening.

The party line on the disappearance seems to be she was too busy with her job, but I dunno, I think there was more to it but what we’ll never know. Do you remember Matty mammy? I was curious as to where he went to.
Ooh the thoughts of egg white strand🤢
I’d kill for a glass of vino...

mammynowanauntyIRL · 26/09/2018 20:35

Is he the guy that tried poaching clients?

OP posts:
mammynowanauntyIRL · 26/09/2018 20:36

I'd a sausage sandwich for dinner despite having plenty of healthy alternatives, just about to put it into mfp to see how much over I've gone.
It was done in actifry so at least that's something

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 26/09/2018 20:39

Nah, I don’t think so - I know the guy you mean but I don’t think that was Matty, but hey maybe he did too!
I just had cheese and toast. Fit my cals, macros meh

mammynowanauntyIRL · 26/09/2018 20:52

-360 Angry definitely not worth that

I don't remember him so

I though I hadn't seen them recently. Are the Yorkshire couple still around?

mammynowanauntyIRL · 27/09/2018 06:46

Liam & Natalie, real food real talk or other couple, other couple it's just her on camera he's recording as he wasn't happy in front of camera

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 27/09/2018 07:34

Can't remember. Think Liam and Natalie

mammynowanauntyIRL · 27/09/2018 12:57

Ya they're still there

Happy (‘ish?) Friday all. Today’s weigh in has me back to last Sunday’s average. I’ll be doing well to drop .25 or .5 of a pound. I can’t complain with dropping 4.2 over the previous 2 weeks - but I want to though!
Does anyone else have a weight they’ve stalled at time and again? I swear I’ve been this weight over & over, I got under it once but every time I go back up. It’s especially frustrating as I’m on holidays in a week so there’s no chance I won’t go up again. Ack first world weight whiner problem

mammynowanauntyIRL · 29/09/2018 09:05

I had a good but careful day yesterday came in 9cal under & had a couple of sweets and a biscuit in that.
Stopped for a sandwich in Lidl & selection was poor so I got blt & a pack of Cajun chicken slices and added some of them to it, discovered both dc love Cajun so going to be adding it to our menu & weekly shop too. Had monster white & diet red thunder yesterday - two nights of broken sleep & wanted to be chirpy for dc.

Ordered natural nutrients vanilla protein powder yesterday as I made an avocado smoothie & it lacked in protein plus I've avoided porridge largely for this reason too. First time ordering from teamrh shop

Probably just due to the big weight loss of past couple of weeks not2 I wouldn't read too much into it. Ya I stick at 12st 3.5 & 11st 11lbs & 10st 7lbs, wouldn't mind being stuck at 10st 7lbs now thoughGrin. I'm on track to sts this week which I'm ok with

I’d be interested to hear what you think of the NN powder mammy, I’ve bought a different type from Holland & Barratt and it’s hard to take, no matter what flavour. Pricey to try out and get it wrong. I liked the chocolate best but when I ran out, they’d replaced it with Belgian chocolate. Not as nice as you’d think🤢
I’m soooo lazy today, I have 80,000 steps done this week so far so I need another 25 over today & tomorrow. Really feel like I can’t be arsed! Scales still hovering, looking at .1 of a pound loss haha

mammynowanauntyIRL · 29/09/2018 15:50

I've bought natural nutrients before had vanilla & sample pack of flavours too. It honestly doesn't change texture of food. Used my sisters kinetica choc flavour in my porridge this morning, it's not great.

Do you feel good though? That's as important as scales!
I'm bloated as totm so I expect next week scales will drop again

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 29/09/2018 18:43

Is it very sweet mammy? It’s taste not texture that’s the issue with the ones I’ve tried. I want to try hit the protein better, I was doing ok but been hungrier the last couple of days & going over eating rubbish.
The protein powder I have is sickly sweet & I struggle to get them in - and I need that extra protein to boost what I eat.
I managed to drag myself out for 7500 steps, so I’ll aim to get another 2500 marching.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 30/09/2018 02:28

The strawberry is a bit more artificial but I don't recall the vanilla being this way & definitely not overly sweet

Blondie1984 · 30/09/2018 05:27

I like the Whey Box ones - they come in single serve sachets so they’re portable and less commitment

mammynowanauntyIRL · 30/09/2018 08:20

Haven't come across them blondie

Weighing scales downstairs at my parents so I've not gone down yet to weigh, I was thirsty during the night so drank a pint of water so I'll be holding on to that too.

Not2bObvious · 30/09/2018 08:37

As predicted down .2 this week but I’m grand with that, 4.4 over 3 weeks isn’t to be sniffed at. 5 days to push myself to see a tad more before I go away on Friday. The plan for my week away is get my steps in, avoid vino at lunchtime most days (that’d be a first!) and eat 2000 a day. If I can manage that I shouldn’t balloon. Pre RH days before my hols I’d probably try to low carb and then I bloat up cause I’d eat ALL the bread & drink ALL the wine while snaffling ALL the crisps.
Good luck for your weigh in mammy

mammynowanauntyIRL · 30/09/2018 08:54

Excellent not2 and great plans for holiday too

+0.4lbs thanks totm Grin

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 30/09/2018 11:46

Not bad at all for totm mammy, you’d very likely see a loss without it.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 30/09/2018 20:28

Yes I think possibly, had an difficult week emotionally and kept a tight reign on food up to yesterday at 6pm Blush
Tomorrow is a new day
