Diff aims, diff gains ...
I follow iifym with Team RH, I'm struggling a bit with my health this year so progress isn't as fast as last year but it's taught me so much about myself, my body and why I'm important, most importantly because I'm satisfied with my food I don't binge
Goals:

Weekly average down 0.2, ate out twice at weekend & my routine was all over the place this week.

Will pick up the pace next week Grin

Weekly average down by 1lb so I’m down 3.5lb on average, back on track. I’m just back from a night away and I ate a lot, and drank too. But you have to live!
Nice to see a loss too mammy, you’ll be right back on track this week.

Not2bObvious · 26/08/2018 12:15

I meant I’m down 3.5 over 2 weeks, of course I have gained the 3.5 over the 2 weeks before this!

mammynowanauntyIRL · 26/08/2018 14:44

It's progress from here on so not2

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/08/2018 09:04

Average is up 1.5lb this morning. Not bad post holiday.
Garmin is charging, fridge full of fage

Not2bObvious · 27/08/2018 13:01

Yep - I feel like I’m back at the starting line😂 But you can’t give in.
Nearly 11,000 steps in so only 4,000 to go. Cals on point, macros nearly sorted - game on

mammynowanauntyIRL · 27/08/2018 13:18

Good job not2

Le yum mammy. Fage by any chance? Well the Aldi one. I got a Sainsbury's delivery this morning so had to stump up for the pricy stuff.

I'm giving it until Christmas. If I can't get it done by then I'm quitting and going back to doing my own thing.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 27/08/2018 17:35

Yup Aldi one, with plums from our own tree & half a nectarine, and Aldi protein granola

That's a good stint 18 weeks I think 🤔

I know it works for me it's just I'm not able to work at it right now. I know my body doesn't give a fuck and all that but I'm emotionally drained with everything else that's going on & I've got to keep all my other balls in the air right now Wink

OP posts:
mammynowanauntyIRL · 27/08/2018 17:36

I sometimes buy the pricier stuff too and it's definitely nicer but usually stock up when in Aldi

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/08/2018 18:00

I'm not sure I can tell the different tbh.

Baby steps Mammy.
The offer of pm chat is always open if you want

mammynowanauntyIRL · 27/08/2018 19:52

Thanks life
I thought I couldn't either until I'd fage after a long spell of only having Aldi & noticed it then Grin

Steps are only on 8k, must go collect au pair & I could get some steps in for 30 mins but I'm tired & weary & hungry so think I'll eat instead

Play date of 4 extra children other than my own two of which have speech impediment so I was on high alert all afternoon.

Wow, nicely filled macros mammy, I hope you had something nice for your 110. Had an expected night out on Monday which threw me off my plan (and went quite a bit over) I tracked it all and yesterday went ok, but just feeling like I’m falling into a slump. I’ve had a very big breakfast with lots of good stuff and a smidgen of indulgence to try nudge me out of it. Today is fairly flexible work wise so I might try get out for a walk with my youngest, last day before back to school. I need to shake out of this

mammynowanauntyIRL · 29/08/2018 21:28

Filled my macros nicely today too & then went and ate all manner of crap after that Angry

Argh tomo will be better

How was everyone else's day?

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 29/08/2018 21:58

Not too bad, a bit over on cals & macros not quite met but I turned around a potentially rubbish day. 17,000+ steps so that’s something. Scales very sluggish this week, trying to ignore but old habits die hard

mammynowanauntyIRL · 30/08/2018 17:45

Today's a good day macros wise. Steps now at 5500 so will aim for 10000 today.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 31/08/2018 18:09

364 kcals lrft and 60g of protein to hit, that's what I get for having a massive salad for lunch Grin

Well done Mammy. I'm still doing fuck all but hovering at the same average.

Tuesday, promise.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 31/08/2018 19:49

Depending on my weigh ins tomo and sun I could be down 0.2lbs or 0.4lbs so no praise due over here Grin

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 31/08/2018 21:19

It's still down.

I'm getting my monthly gym pass on Tuesday. Will plan macros for next week and start walking to work again for steps.

mammynowanauntyIRL · 31/08/2018 21:45

I shouldn't have a loss really I haven't been doing my steps & went over calories a couple of days earlier in the week
