hope your fish went well.
Am doing the burger tommorow and will do some syn free chips using potato as HE. Am desperate to weigh myself at home but know I best hadnt.

fireflyfairy2 · 28/05/2007 21:55

What do you mean crumb it?

I dip it in egg & flour then more egg, then roll it in the breadcrumbs Is that what you mean?

fireflyfairy2 · 28/05/2007 21:57

Nemo, the best thing about that at the minute is that my scales are broken!! They keep weighing me heavier or far far lighter!!

Why is it that I recoil in horror when they weigh me heavier, but be inclined to believe them when they weigh me lighter

fireflyfairy thats what I think if they show me lighter I will only be disappointed on wed.

TMMJ I know what you mean have found myself lagging a bit this week and I dont know why..its only bloody week 2!!!

fireflyfairy2 · 28/05/2007 22:19

I did a huge shop yesterday.

So have lots of fresh fruit & veg in the house.

I had a lovely salad today, lettuce, tomatoes, boiled eggs, banana, HE portion of ham, beetroot, HE portion of cheese. The plate was loaded!!

For dinner we had chicken curry [He portion chicken] Rice was free, as was veg, just 4 syns for the spoonful of curry paste! yum!

TMMJ, chin up, sure you're allowed syns, use them, they're there to be used

It is taking every ounce of my willpower to not go over the road and buy a packet of chocolate hob nobs and eat the whole pack right now.

AF came over weekend and I just feel like a big binge, haven't though but it's making me grumpy and snappy because I can't have them!!!

Need sugar!!!

As long as you go to weigh in you're OK. If you're on, you may be retaining water too which might make you weigh a bit more....

Still resisting.......looking forward to my nice bowl of rice for lunch....shame it's not chocolate smothered!

Joby1970 · 29/05/2007 13:01

FF2 - well done re your size 14 top - it makes it all worth while

fireflyfairy2 · 29/05/2007 13:14

Ta Joby

TMMJ, on average, most people gain in the weeks they have their period, or at least plateau. [omg how much like Gateau is that word? ]

I have just had raviloi for lunch, followed by some muller light & pineapples

Goodness knows how I'll be able to resist the confirmation cake tonight!

wizzywig · 29/05/2007 13:34

hi all, i havent posted on this thread before (too busy eating!!). does anyone know if you stew apples or any other fruit would that be free? im gagging for a huggeeee bowl of apple crumble but the crumble is probably a zillon sins so the stewed apple might do the trick instead. weigh in tomorrow and ive just come back from a pizza and ice cream filled week in italy. aaaaghhhhhhh!

Gracie14 · 29/05/2007 18:24

Nemo2007 · 29/05/2007 20:10

oh well done on the losses TMMJ and Quad

Well have been trying really hard but like some of you I am on so am a bit nervous. Have tried to be really good again apart from the fall down on fri. Have told DH if I have lost tommorow then we can have takeaway although have already worked out if we share a chicken chow mein and then I add some boiled rice it will only be low syns!! However if I have put on then we are having baked beans

rhysmiamum · 29/05/2007 21:55

Woohoo TMMJ see you were dreading it for nothing - have faith. Nice one Quad!

I too lost 1lb....nay bad could have been worse.

I was a bit gutted but came home and got out the 1lb of sugar in the cupboard and it made me feel a bit better!

Any one catch the password, I forgot to ask as I didn't stay and it wasn't on the coloured star board today??!

Hello wizzywig and gracie!! Nice losses BTW Gracie! Isn't bodyoptimise sooo expensive though!!!?

Cheers

quadrophenia · 29/05/2007 22:03

thankyou

am really impressed with this diet, has made me think alot more about what i'm eating and has definately made me address my eating habits.

jadeybaby · 30/05/2007 03:16

Hey all glad 2 hear ur all doin so well is an inspiration 2 read. Ive got me first weigh on 2moro. thanks for the pasta sauce help keep up good work Jade XxX

Gracie14 · 30/05/2007 10:31

rhysmiamum - Thankyou, and your right body optimise is quite expensive but I thought that it would make me more motivated to lose weight and so far it has. I just want to feel happy again and be back to the weight I was when I met my DP.

Although I didn't have a great day yesterday (17 syns!!!!) but starting afresh today.

Well done for everybody's losses, lets hope we can keep it up.

tiredemma · 30/05/2007 11:17
