Have the aero, you deserve it.

You have worked so hard after you had a blip @ the weekend.

Just think how you would have felt if you had said "Oh screw it, I have messed up, I'll just keep eating til weigh in night" [a scenario I know only too well ]

Treat yourself & start tomorrow

I want 1lb off by next week..what about you? I think if we set ourselves targets it helps

andyrobo237 · 13/06/2007 21:18

I want 3 lbs by Tuesday (and I keep reminding myself throughout the day) only because I have set treats for 5lb, 10lb and 14lb, etc losses!!

RoundTheBend · 13/06/2007 21:23

I would like 2lbs by next Tuesday.

IndigoMoon · 13/06/2007 21:33

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i lost two pounds

all in all seven and a half pounds so have now got my half pound certificate

sorry to those who have not lost. keep at it though. i was speaking to a lady tonight who had a similar sceanrio last week and she switched from doing all green to red and it made a real difference and she lost 2 1/2 tonight

fireflyfairy2 · 13/06/2007 21:34

WD indigoMoon!!!!

great stuff

Are you treating yourself tonight too?

Nemo2007 · 13/06/2007 21:54

Also want 3lbs as otherwise I am going to have no perfume left. Have promised my self a new bottle when I get to 1 stone.

hollyg · 13/06/2007 22:06

OH MY GOD!!! first weigh in tonight and i lost 7 lbs!! and got my half stone award, can't believe it, am so chuffed-celebrating with bar of choc and glass of red

Feel under pressure for next week already. thanks RTB had a great night last night and maybe sticking to soft drinks was a bit of a sacrifice last night but it was certainly worth it stepping on scales tonight.

I suppose thats what its all about you can't have everything you want, but what do you want the most??

Well done to everyone for their results, for those that are disappointed, tomorrow is another day, so lets get cracking.. but that's the morning and tonight is for goodies and The Apprentice final!!!

fireflyfairy2 · 13/06/2007 22:14

Fabtastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A whole 7lb in a week wow!!

RoundTheBend · 13/06/2007 22:33

Wow Hollyg!.

It was interesting about the comment about Red days. My sister has been doing SW for ages and tonight she recommended to me that I only do 2 Green days a week and I will lose more weight that way. She has been doing great guns so I think I shall follow her advice.

And thank you for the Kiwi advice!!! I have a whole bag in the fridge, so guess what I will be eating for breakfast!

rhysmiamum · 13/06/2007 22:45

What would you suggest were the 'best' crisps syn wise??

I usually have tesco own quavers which are 3.5 but getting fed up with them now.....

Good losses!

Think I'm gonna give more red days a go too.....I soooo love green days though so will do alternate days I think with red being the majority of days....

[SO GLAD SIMON WON APPRENTICE!!!]

IndigoMoon · 14/06/2007 10:25

BigHotMama · 14/06/2007 14:09

Mmmm crisps...I have totally resisted them for 2 whole weeks now! How much are French fries anybody know?

Well done on all the losses girls and Nemo dont worry about maintaining am sure you will lose this week if you stick at it. WE all have a week where we are good but the scales dont show it. Stay positive and you'll see the results next week am sure.

Just done the davina power of 3 workout, am shattered!

Does anybody know if beef mince extralean is free on a red day? It doesnt say in my book although its a HE on green day??? Confused!

EverLovelyChubby · 14/06/2007 14:26

Hi BHM (am 'rhysmiamum' incog!)

I think french fries are 4 syns for a multipack bag - think I might get some of those actually.....

Thanks for your suggestions FFF2 - like the sound of the space raiders, i'll look out for those!

Just had a HE serving of Ryvita HF crackerbread and I'm stuffed! Seems like loads when you go through them, also had a HE serving of laff cow light triangles - luvly lunch.

But this was all after I have just been for a lunch hour swim and it must have been 'bikini thursday' cos there were loads in there . Made me feel well fat in my black "granny's r us" all-in-one cossy....!

ho-hum on with the diet!

x

EverLovelyChubby · 14/06/2007 14:36

BHM - lean mince is free on red forgot to say!

laloop · 14/06/2007 14:55

Hi everyone
Seeing as I've been struggling to do SW online for the last few weeks, I'm hoping to get to my first proper SW class tonight!

Well done everyone on the exercising and weight loss. When I get the chance I love to go out running or get to the gym for a swim or a workout. Also do an exercise DVD once a week or so.

Btw fff2, looked up monster munch for you, they are 6 syns per bag (any flavour)

BigHotMama · 14/06/2007 15:49

Cheers ELC and lol at bikini thursday, I am dreading buying one for my hols but at least we're staying in our own villa where no others can see me wobble around , thinking of getting a grannys'r'us all in one for the waterpark as cant be doing with taking my belly for a walk.

Good luck at your class Laloop!

laloop · 14/06/2007 21:15

Well I have been to my first class, everyone seemed very friendly. Have to lose about a stone to reach my target.

Start afresh from tomorrow morning and have made a vow to myself that I will follow the SW plan to the letter this week to see how I get on.

Hi there,
Can anybody help me please?
I joined slimming world about a month ago now, and have just discovered I am just under 5 weeks pregnant.
I have phoned the group leader and left a message on her answering machine asking her to ring me back with information regarding being on the plan whilst pregnant. She hasn't bothered to return my call!!
Anyway stuff her and her classes! Is there anyone who can tell me how the pregnancy plan differs from the ordinary slimming world plan? I've heard there's some extras on the preggie plan, but have no idea as to what they are, as madam hasn't bothered tellng me!!
So if I get the info I need, then I don't see why I shouldn't carry on with it at home anyway! I know £4.50 a week isn't much really, but its a hell of a lot to be ignored!!(plus I could use that money to buy choccies!!!sorry only kidding! honest!!!) Can anyone help please xx

RoseQuartz · 14/06/2007 21:55

oops sorry i've posted twice..............!!

IndigoMoon · 14/06/2007 22:43

rosequartz - congratulations!!!!!

ermm i think you add on healthy extras and that is it.

i would personally go to one more class, get the information and leave it at that.

you do have to had midwife approval to follow it officially when you are pregnant as our consultant lost a member as her midwife would not sign and allow her to carry on with the plan.

personally if i was pregnant i would follow it.

fireflyfairy2 · 14/06/2007 22:50

Hi everyone

Laloop, well done on going to your first class! [fwiw, I don't know where you are hiding a stone at, you have a fab figure!!]

Ta for the monster munch info!

RQ, I am unsure of the syns for a pregnant woman, but if I have time later I will sit & go through my wee book & see what it says, though I think it's on another leaflet given out by your leader.

Will have a wee look on the website too

RoseQuartz · 15/06/2007 08:09

thanks! it would be so handy to know what's to be done on preggy plan..we can't miss out on any extra goodes now can we?!!!
