Oh god. I've been awful. Eaten and drunk waaaay too much all weekend and am ashamed of myself.

frustrated when you're unwell it's probably better to take it easy and concentrate on getting well.

Today's food
B. Bread cheese butter berries yoghurt honey and jam
L. Cucumber, beetroot, carrot, pine nuts, oil and vinegar
D. Vegetable and bean lasagne with a side of celery and tomatoes
Small slice cherry crumble cheesecake

Exercise. 5000 steps. Short -25 min - cardio workout

Hello everyone, good to see so much progress being made by so many of you!

Food-wise the week has been a bit of a car crash for me, what with going out for food and the gifted chocolate, which now mostly resides on my hips. I haven't dared to weigh myself yet. I now have only 11 weeks left to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and will have to start all over again tomorrow.

The plan is to include more muscle-building and only one sugary/ caffeinated drink a day; it is the latter, which causes all sorts of issues.

This weekend has been dire. I have eaten everything in sight, starting from Friday afternoon and continuing to 9pm last night when I helped DH eat his Father's Day Maltesers. Had family over on Saturday and got utterly rat-arsed, so spent yesterday eating anything that seemed like it might help. Also v dehydrated. Too scared to weigh! I've also bashed a toe (think I did it at my trampoline class yesterday) and said toe is now luridly purple and my work shoes are hurting it. Ouch.

Well I managed to see a doctor this morning. Not seen her before but she was brilliant. Actually feel like they're being proactive now. I've been given a note for an x-ray, so going to the hospital soon. I think my diet will have to wait. Hope you're all having a good day

I’m so stressed at the moment and seem to cope with stress by stuffing my face Hmm
Why oh why can’t I be like those people who lose their appetite when worries or stressed?

Well that didn't go to plan! Got to x ray department gave them the paperwork and went and sat in waiting area. 15 mins later they call my name. So I go over, lady says I'm sorry you're not going to be very happy. We can't do it. The policy is we can't do x rays for back problems if you're under 60. Also the form isn't filled in correctly so even if you were 60 we couldn't do it as the paperwork isn't legal.

I couldn't believe it! She apologised profusely but it's policy. So obviously the doc didn't know! So I thought I'll go to physio dept a see if they can help. Saw a very sweet receptionist said we can't help you I'm afraid you need to go back to GP. I promptly burst into tears. She was so lovely, made me cuppa and gave me some tissues. So sweet.
Go home and phone doc to complain . Long story short I'm seeing my own GP on Wed morning to sort out what's wrong with me.

Sorry not diet related but it sort of is, can't diet at the moment. Everything too stressful. Thanks ladies x

I have been super good all weekend - no treats, no alcohol, tonnes of fruit and water. Back at work today - and I have had 5 chocolate biscuits!!!! Why do I do it 😱👎🏻

I know - why? When we are all adult responsible women apparently able to see the relationship between cause and effect - why?
I had an appalling weekend culminating in raspberry cheesecake.
Today I have eaten a bowl of muesli and a roasted vegetable sandwich. Now tucking into sushi for supper.
Determined not to give in.

I signed up to an online calorie counting site and it said 'oi fekko, you really need to keep it down to 1100 calories a day you fat sloth'.

That's not much is it? Even the joy of creating a shiny new excel spreadsheet is somewhat dimmed by the shock of how many calories is in 'normal' food.

cmcc22 and katharine it’s ridiculous isn’t it? We all want to lose weight, we all know to eat less, we all know to stop eating crap but it’s so bloody hard.
I’ve shut my kitchen now. Not been great.

Mango
2 blueberry muffins
Rice withchickpeas and chicken
2 pieces of chocolate

I feel so bloated.

Hi all had a nice weekend but far too much wine 😀 ok day today bulletproof coffee for breakfast no lunch as not hungry a small steak and vegetables for dinner I had two spelt rice cakes with almond butter for snacks well under my daily allowance but mfp can go take a running jump I’m not eating anymore today must drink more water keep going everyone tomorrow is another day

Evening all.
B. 2 weetabix with half a banana and milk. 3 crackers with cheese.
L. Vegetable and bean lasagne.
D. Tuna, egg and cheese on salad leaves 3 mouthfuls of dd' s pasta. A small slice of bread.

To drink 1 tea with milk and sugar 1 coffee with milk and sugar. Water.

Exercise. 7500 steps.

TooExtraImmatureCheddar you described my weekend too, minus the bit about the purple toe - how is that now?

I've been living on leftover Chinese takeaway today, along with Galaxy chocolate. Brilliant. Oh, and I weighed in on Friday amd had lost 0.5lbs (over two weeks) then again this am and had gained 3lbs. Which didn't surprise me as I've been troughing for days now.

frustratedashell sorry to hear about ypur back and x-ray cock up, no wonder you cried you poor thing. Fingers crossed for some action on Weds.

Well the weekend was OK, have a DH who doesn't snack so it helps me not to. Work yesterday was not so good though, had a few chocolates and that was the day ruined. A blue ribbon for dinner is not going to help the cause Blush
I think I need to give up chocolate and sugar completely because once I start I don't seem to be able to stop. Today is a new day though.

Weighed myself this morning after a good day yesterday and I've only put on 0.4lb - that's perfectly ok with me after the crappy weekend! I have squeezed into a new pair of trousers that I bought on Ebay and I have the happy new clothes feeling, even if they are a bit tight. I'll just go easy on the carbs today, I think!

I've had a reasonably good day today, but I want to be thinner now! I'm feeling mightly pissed off and a bit bored with trying to be good.
I've maintained my current weight for years so I can do that bit, I just want to maintain a smaller weight, like yesterday 😁

Stay strong!

I’m going to find some motivational talks on YouTube. I’ve really lost the pace I had before. I don’t know why this happens. As soon as I have a meal out with friends and family where I relax, it all goes to pot.
I’m trying hard to jump back on.

Porridge with berries
3 rice cakes with marmite
Peach
Crisps
5 small potato pancakes
Home made blueberry muffin
Bowl of rice, veg and chicken

That’s a terrible amount of food for a diet! Argh.
And I keep forgetting to drink water.
