Have stayed the same this week which I'm pleased about given the big blip last weekend. Yesterday's food, all eaten on the go so not very healthy, was:
Breakfast: Donut peach.
Lunch: Costa salmon and cream cheese sandwich – c. 80% of it
Dinner: Eat salad – seeds, leaves, humous, chick peas, tabbouleh
Snacks: Oat cake, almond biscuit, dark chocolate hob nob, skinny flat white
Exercise: c. 30 minute walk
Have had strawberries, yoghurt and muesli for breakfast and am off shortly for yoga and a swim (day off today). Will be trying to stick to lower carb for the rest of the day - eggs, fish, veg.
Well done on your losses everyone. I think this is the longest I've ever tried to stick to anything and despite some blips I'm in this for the long term
. I think I'm generally eating more mindfully, making some better choices, and not resorting to throwing in the towel if I have a bad day / meal. It's still bloody hard though!!
