I need your help, I have been an eating machine since the beginning of December. I am getting fatter and fatter by the day and am so miserable.

Today I put my brave head on and got on the scales. I weigh 11 stone 4.5lbs. I am not very tall so I am barrelesque and wobbly.

Things really have to change, honestly none of my clothes fit and I only have three dresses that I can currently fit into. My jeans do not fit and are so tight I can barely do them up let alone breathe.

Please join me in sorting my fat act out.

@DailyMailareDicks wow that's amazing - yes I need to lower my weight and then hopefully I will get funding. Do you have to pay for more than one round of IVF now?

My area funded 2 full rounds of IVF. Unfortunately we didn't get enough eggs both times so we had none to freeze. We would have to pay for any further treatment if that round had failed. We are so lucky we have our DS, and he's such a lovely sweet boy. It makes it all worth it. Grin

Ah that's great @DailyMailareDicks- I'm just trying to look to the future and I'm sure it will work out eventually.

@lurkingfromhome seemed to go okay today and said loose some weight and try medroxuprogesterone and come back in 4 months so fingers crossed :)

Sounds good @Pinkroseuk. Do you have an idea of how much you want to lose?

I'm going out for dinner tomorrow night and then to my mum's on Sunday. Have warned her not to even try to ply me with constant cake and pudding and she assures me she will do her best. Here's hoping Monday's weigh-in is not a depressing one Smile

Having to do another early way in this weekend before going away with work again this week.
9lb down in total and 1.5lbs down this week which I'm happy with, been trying to really cut down the carbs which has been hard but worth while!

I have also warmed my Mum- she loves to cook all things sweet for when we go over!

No loss this week as fell off the wagon Friday for 3 days but no gain either so can live with that. Starting again today.

Today's weigh in: another 2.6 lbs down. Very pleased, esp. as I had quite a hearty dinner at my mum's (no pudding or potatoes though).

15/01 11st 11lb start weight
22/01 11st 9lb
29/01 11st 7lb
05/02 11st 5.8lb
12/02 11st 3.6lb
19/02 11st 1lb

Total weight lost: 10 lbs
Target weight 10st 3 or 4.
Next mini-target under 11 st by the end of Feb.

Well done Obi, that's another good week. It looks like you'll be well under 13st by Easter.

BarrysnotLyons, no gain is excellent after a bit of wagon falling off Smile.

@Pinkroseuk That sounds good. I find it easiest to break it up into mini targets and never look beyond the next half-stone down.

Im sneaking back inBlush, ive eaten crap for a few week now and need to snap back into eating healthy! Joined the gym again and will be going next week when i actuslly have time.
Last time i weighed in (over 2 week ago) i was 10st 5
Today im 10st 9 ShockShock!!
Will weigh again on Friday to see any movement.
Breakfast is porridge and lunch is going to be tuna on ryvitas. Gah, im staying put this time.

Can I join in please? I've been putting off weighing myself for a bit too long 😳Weighed myself this morning and I'm 9 stone 11.7 lbs apparently. I'm only 5 ft and I just feel bleugh. I'm aiming to get a little under 9 stone and then I'll see how I feel. Have got myself back on My Fitness Pal to calorie count initially. I know what my problem is, I eat too much crap and go back for huge second portions. I walk tons already so I'm not going to plan extra exercise at first, just try and sort diet.
If anyone wants an extra MFP friend please shout!

Starting weight: 12 st 9lb
Last week: 12 st 2.5
This week: 12 st 2.25

Seriously underwhelmed at another quarter-pound loss - same as last week! My 5:2 is not clearing the weight very quickly. I haven't done much exercise in the last couple of weeks but I thought that wouldn't make much difference. Will get back on the running tomorrow and see if it helps.

I do wonder if my not properly calorie counting on fasting days is stopping me losing weight. Basically I put as many vegetables on my plate as I want and don't even think about how many calories are in them!

Not great for me here. Starting weight 94kg, last week 90.5kg, this week 91.8kg.

Would like to blame a very large slice of chocolate cake cramming itself into my face at high speed, followed by pancake day (Nutella and banana) which was swiftly followed by a valentines meal plus a medium size tub of popcorn. Oops. Blush

Absolutely disgusted and gutted with myself!
Got married just under 2 years ago and was 2 stone lighter at the time.
Felt and looked soo much better and i'm determined to get at least a stone off before summer.

DailyMailareDicks, that's quite a good result in the end!

Isabelle that sounds quite disheartening. I don't think it can be too many vegetables to blame, though - I never count the calories in veg unless I'm eating a ton of all the more carby ones. I think you've maybe just hit one of those really annoying plateaus that happens sometimes.

I've put on a pound overnight. Argh. WHY? Only thing I can think of is that I drank lots of water yesterday so maybe I'm holding on to that. But isn't drinking loads of water meant to be a good thing? That's what I get for weighing myself obsessively every day...

Lots of new people so I will sneak back in too!

Not weighed for a couple of weeks due to poorly babies and my flu returning yet again - still haven't got rid of it from NYE. I'm coughing like Albert Steptoe again ☹️ Obi, you have twins don't you - how do you do it?! One or the other of mine has been constantly ill since Christmas and I wake up each day absolutely shattered from night get ups...

DP is away this weekend on a stag do. Must do a big shop before then or I'll be at home with only the credit card and Dominos website for company!

I weigh myself after fasting days to cheer myself up and I was two pounds lighter this morning. It will probably all go back on before the proper weigh-in day next Monday though!

Too knackered to run today as well so am going to try and do some work instead and mumsnetting obviously

Forgot to update yesterday, STS which is a miracle after Chinese on Valentine’s day and enough left over for the following day.

That and having a stinking cold so all other food was quick and easy as I had no motivation to cook. 🤧

Well done losers! I need a good kick up the bum to get back on track after pretty much doing what I pleased.

I've lost just 1lb this week

Now weigh 12 stone 4lb.

1 stone 11 to go.

My hip and waist measurements haven't changed in 2 weeks.

I've got at least 2 inches to lose from my waist and 4 inches to lose from my hips

Still seems a long way to go

I feel your pain. I'm 10lb down and have lost half an inch off my waist and NOTHING off my stomach despite all my efforts.

My wrists are getting thinner as my watch is sliding around a bit but I had thin wrists anyway and frankly who cares about thin wrists????!!! It's the blubber around my middle I need to lose!
