That is brilliant to hear Chardonnay, well blooming done! Flowers

QuimReaper · 28/11/2017 12:55

Oooooh what a lot of successful Slenderistas! Congrats on the losses splat and Niki, o the NSV lasty, on the goldenness koko and on the mojo twinkle! And biggest hugest congrats to Chard for reaching goal - 3 stone in 11 months is astonishing! BOOP sure is a superstar Star

koko I think the poncho's lovely. As BOOP says it's hard to say without seeing it on, but worn with skinnies it'll actually be very slimming I think.

BitOutOfPractice · 28/11/2017 12:58

Oh Chard I am so so chuffed for you my lovely friend. The Mad Hatters won't know us next year! Grin

They will not! Worth it just to see their faces Smile Hope one of them doesn't cark it before they see the new slim us 😂 That would be a tradgedy 😜

BitOutOfPractice · 28/11/2017 14:58

Oh lord don't say that! I can't be a Tenerife widow! Shock

Well done chardonnay that is FABStarStarStar

So envious of everyone in the 9s - hope to join you soon!

Off work today so food has been - scrambled eggs, 4 squares of dark chocolate then Harvester for lunch. I had a mixed salad with a spoon of coleslaw then my main was a wrap with smashed avocado, buttermilk chicken and more salad with sweet potato fries on the side. Not the worst but not the best either! I’ll have a very low dinner I think.

We are still in the middle of moving chaos with no oven so DH is getting chips on the way home! I MUST RESIST!!!!!!

TheDonald · 28/11/2017 17:35

Yay! Well done everyone! Some great results here. I'm hoping I join you before Thursday. Scales have been 11:12:8 on Saturday, and crept down each day since then. Today was 11:12:2. I'm hoping for 11:11 by Thursday meaning I've lost a stone in 2 months. I don't care what the oz is as long as it's in the 11s.

I had a moment of weakness today and started on the chocs at work. Off out for a run soon though so hoping for a good day overall.

TheDonald · 28/11/2017 19:51

I'm back again to report a very satisfying NSV.

I had my first "have you lost weight?"

A bit surprising seeing as I've lost almost 10% of my body weight but nobody had noticed or commented.

Anyway tonight a fellow runner said not only was it really noticeable but that my whole running style had changed. I think that's because my joints aren't as creaky.

Also I could keep up with her, which is a definite improvement! Feeling very smug. Just need to lose 3 oz before Thursday and I'll be very happy!

twinkledag · 28/11/2017 20:38

I ate a handful of chips and some fish and feel incredibly bloated and uncomfortable! That’ll teach me! Envy

poorpaws · 28/11/2017 22:26

Chard Star you are amazing.

Donald brilliant NSV, it’s so lovely when someone notices at last.

Everyone seems on a high atm, keep it up only a couple of days left this month.

NamasteNiki · 29/11/2017 03:01

Im looking at a 3-4lb loss so far. But then i have been very unwell. May be down to that.

HairsprayBabe · 29/11/2017 07:53

9.11 slowly dropping down, scales bounced between 9.11 and 9.12 but settled on 11 in the end happily.

6lb loss for this month so far, almost at the 5 and a half stone mark in total now....

BitOutOfPractice · 29/11/2017 08:19

Wow hairspray that brilliant Star

I remember when we were the same weight. You have remained so focused I'm in awe

NamasteNiki · 29/11/2017 08:20

Scales are now decisively at 61kg. Which is a 2kg or 4.4lb loss this month.

lastqueenofscotland · 29/11/2017 08:20

I've lost 6lbs in two weeks... just shows what you can do if you actually stick to it Shock

NamasteNiki · 29/11/2017 08:21

That's a 24lb loss in total. So over a stone and a half.

HappyGowerGirl · 29/11/2017 08:39

Wow well done all!!!

BitOutOfPractice · 29/11/2017 08:51

I'm going to need some help with the december name - I'm not feeling very creative atm Sad

Lasty that's great! well done

And where's TV this week?

OP posts:
HairsprayBabe · 29/11/2017 09:09

Hmmmm looking back at last year it was "dreaming of a light christmas" ...
Something about like
The turkey is stuffed but we are not... probably! Lose 7lbs (or try not to gain 7lbs) in December?
Christmas Time, Avoiding cheese and wine?
Trimming the tree with trimmer figures? that is really pants
Snacker and christmas cracker?

I dont know I am not good at this!

And where is TV Good question!

That is amazing Niki I love your dedication to exercise! I just have zero motivation for it Grin I do try occasionally though!

Ah thanks BOOP sometimes I feel a bit braggy and show offy on here but then I remember when I was struggling in the summer, same weight from May-September basically and everyone's good vibes made me feel it was worth sticking too!

QuimReaper · 29/11/2017 09:35

Great news everyone! Well done lasty, it must feel so good to be moving again after a long stall! And same to you Hairspray, you've had the patience of a saint an it's finally paying off Star Donald that is a fab NSV, I bet you were grinning like a maniac Grin

I was so damn hungry yesterday. I managed not to nibble too badly and stuck to a tub of chicken sweetcorn soup for dinner, but there was an incident with some cheese. Having been decidedly Not Golden on Monday I think my body was struggling to adapt. Hoping to be Super Golden today and tomorrow so as not to see a gain - I never expected to drop another Linda and I'm fantasising about dropping another before Christmas to offset the Panettone weight...

In fact, there's an idea - "Less Panettone, more toning! Lose 7lbs (or try not to gain 7lbs) with the Slenderistas this December"?

NamasteNiki · 29/11/2017 10:01

Hairspray I used to hate exercise now I really enjoy it. It gets easier you just have to push yourself to go and keep pushing. It gets easier and so you can do more and want to go more, etc.

How about

We wish you a slender Christmas?

HappyGowerGirl · 29/11/2017 10:02

I like the idea of "try not to gain 7lb over Christmas" (aim high, right😂) somewhere in the title😂

HappyGowerGirl · 29/11/2017 10:04

I am 9.3 (58.7kg) this morning😮

I swear it is actually my 1 year old (poorly and breastfeeding like a newborn) who has done this to me! Once they are better again and eating solids I'll probably balloon😂

HairsprayBabe · 29/11/2017 10:05

I like "We wish you a slender Christmas" and the proviso of not gaining 7lbs seems sensible!
