Me too BOOP, it’s the first for months. Well done to you and me! I’m actually looking forward to my Wednesday WW weigh-in. Please don’t let me mess up on Monday and Tuesday.

Have a good week Slenderistas.

poorpaws · 26/11/2017 23:07

Ooh I forgot to add I did eat chocolate but WW ones which were on offer last week and they are tiny so it’s a start.

HairsprayBabe · 27/11/2017 07:24

Was a little anxious as did not manage a no snack weekend, however 9.13 have managed to stay the same praise the gods of the scales fast day today so on track for a decent loss for the month currently on -4lbs

TheCatOfAthenry · 27/11/2017 07:44

23 lb down!

I know it is 80% diet, but exercise is really helping.

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 27/11/2017 10:00

TheCat that is amazing! Well done!

Well done Boop and Poorpaws, you achieved what we all thought was impossible Grin

I had a semi good weekend, and I'm aiming for a few golden days this week so fingers crossed for Friday's weigh in!

Well done everyone! Lots of good results here.

I've had a pretty good weekend. I did a load of batch cooking yesterday. Two types of soup, a large pot of Bolognese which I can use as chilli too and a chicken and veg curry. I think it made about 20 meals in total. Hopefully enough to cover the busy nights until Christmas. I've found it's the best way to avoid unplanned take aways and rubbish convenience food.

I think I might need to ask Santa for a bigger freezer!

QuimReaper · 27/11/2017 11:50

High fives for everyone, everyone's doing brilliantly!

I'm out for dinner and the theatre tonight, a gift from my sister. I'm just going to be golden until then and hope for the best. The seasonal clusterfuck has begun!

I like it especially the sleeves, my DM is 5ft3 a size 16 and loves a poncho and os always told she looks trendy.

twinkledag · 27/11/2017 17:14

Hi everyone

I AM BACK! I have been in the throes of moving house so everything has been up in the air. I currently have no oven and a very small fridge which doesn’t help the diet cause, but I DO HAVE my mojo back which should help!

My menu today was porridge, huge salad with chicken and green veg, small bag of hula hoops and dinner is halloumi salad :D

BitOutOfPractice · 27/11/2017 17:23

I think it's lovely but would need to see it on you!

Hi twinkle Hope the move went smoothly

I am not sure where I'm at after a celebratory weekend and zero training. Have avoided scales today and had a golden eating day (thus far) so will see what the damage is over all tomorrow

Managed another good day and my friend told me I looked like I'd lost a bit of weight. Getting there slowly.

HairsprayBabe · 28/11/2017 07:29

Lovely NSV there lasty it is lovley when people notice your hard work!

That is a bargin koko I think you made a good call!

Fx the gods of the scales are on side kiki

Halloumi salad sounds lush, twinkle I can't have halloumi in the house as I have no self control when it comes to that addicitve squeeky cheese!

9.12 back at lowest low... hoping for another 2 before the end of the week sounds mad but I would then actually get my -7lbs for the month for the first time since May I think! Still happy with -5 considering I am so close to my final goal!

KikisDeliveryService · 28/11/2017 07:58

Well it's not too bad - only up a linda and a bit. I'm getting back to normal routine now so should be able to behave myself for the last push before holiday gluttony begins. There's no reason why I can't be sensible for the bulk of December.

I was very impressed with myself for the following: I have been given a lot of fancy chocolate this weeks. I have only eaten a handful of lindor balls and put the rest away until Christmas.

Well done koko, lasty, twinkle and hairspray, great work all round :)

KikisDeliveryService · 28/11/2017 08:05

I've just realised that I've drifted back into late nibbling. There's no need for that so will be on that tonight. The kitchen will be closed after dinner.

NamasteNiki · 28/11/2017 09:14

Well done everyone!! I love reading food tips on here...helps me organise what I should and shouldn't be eating...💪🏻

HappyGowerGirl · 28/11/2017 12:11

Great work all!!!

I continue to hover somewhere around 59kg (9.4/9.5)... If I stay there I will have achieved my goal this month of dipping below (and staying below) 60kg, so fingers crossed.

splatattack · 28/11/2017 12:37

I am so envious Gower...that would be my dream weight!!

Chardonnay73 · 28/11/2017 12:38

That was my target, to do it in a year, and I have !!! Want to keep going after Xmas though...
And a massive thanks to Boop I genuinely couldn't have done it without her, and her constant support- you're a star and I love you dearly 😘
And you guys, I'm not a prolific poster but I do read most days and knowing you've all been battling away with me has really helped.
And here endeth my little speech 😜

NamasteNiki · 28/11/2017 12:44

I used to be 11.5 and now teetering on the brink of 9.7.
