9.12 still.

I think my scales are broken as have been golden all week except for one lemon posset on Tuesday.

Had 130 cal pret soup for lunch yesterday and then kale, fried eggs and roasted pumpkin for dinner.

NamasteNiki · 24/11/2017 10:19

I did and they are seeing me today. Majorly unimpressed with gp too when he bit my head off saying i should have seen a dentist.

Dentists cant prescribe heavy painkillers the hospital didnt give any so where the hell else was I supposed to get pain relief?

NamasteNiki · 24/11/2017 10:20

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser yes they have repacked the dry socket but still agonising 3 days later.

HappyGowerGirl · 24/11/2017 10:49

Niki 🙁

Do you have some sort of nerve damage do you think?

Have you got anything fun planned for the weekend to take your mind off it?

I'm still 9.4 and feeling good about that🙂

NamasteNiki · 24/11/2017 10:53

I have no idea. The pain from this is so bad it feels as if someone is using an electric drill on my jaw bone and cheek bone. No fun will be had as the pain is all consuming.

BitOutOfPractice · 24/11/2017 11:11

Oh lord I so hope the dentist can help you today Niki Thanks

I lost another pound. I am within touching distance of lowest ever (2.5lbs). I'm out tonight but will try and be reasonable I know I won't be. I'm out with my bestset uni friend and we will get drunk and laugh like loons

Niki you poor love. That sounds awful.

I'm off to the gym shortly...its my day off today so not in any hurry but I need to get away from my laptop and anymore black Friday shopping. I already recieceved a parcel from Zara this morning...oops Smile.

I'm going to have some brown toast with laughing cow cheese spread before I go. What is everyone having for Dinner?? I'd love some inspiration before I head to Tesco this evening....

NamasteNiki · 24/11/2017 12:17

The day before I had this done, I cycled to the gym did an hour of body pump, followed by an hour of body attack and then I went shopping and cycled home.

I felt unstoppable. Now I can barely do a thing. I hope it doesnt set back my gym progress.

I have antibiotics now and dentist couldn't believe no one had given them before now.

HairsprayBabe · 24/11/2017 14:23

GAH! someone sew my mouth shut!

I just had my lunch a huge green salad and a packet of tenderstem broccoli all fine and dandy for about 200 calories, then went on to eat some home made lemon cake someone brought in and three quality street....

I know it sounds pathetic but I feel like I am starting to slip so I thought if I wrote it down then I wouldn't feel like I had ruined the day and could just go on to pig out when I got home.

Hairspray someone has sewn my mouth up at the back to the extent I cant open it much and I keep chewing the stitches.

Careful what you wish for. Grin

poorpaws · 24/11/2017 22:46

Oh Niki poor you, I hope you feel better very soon.

splatattack · 25/11/2017 08:19

Hey everyone!! I have hidden from this thread a little as I had a binge day last week and I was just so embarrassed about it 😳

But everyone has been doing so so well...and Nicki your poor mouth..sending positive, healing vibes.

I have been back on it this week, but I really do feel like it is two steps forward, 3 steps back...does anyone else feel like that?

BUT my lovely fiancé, who I haven't seen in a month until last night, so he hasn't seen me since I stepped up the diet and exercise says that he can see a huge difference. He says my shape looks different and he has showered me with compliments which has boosted me massively. I need to not let the bad days get me down or demotivated me...

I hope you all have fun weekends planned!!

TheDonald · 25/11/2017 08:37

That's great splat. It's great when you realise it's working. Such a boost!

I've just done my Saturday weigh in. After a very up and down week (d&v bug on Monday, no appetite on Tuesday but making up for lost time on wed/Thu I have ended the week on 10 stone 12.8.

Last Saturday I was 11 1 although I think that was a bit of bloating because I got 10 13 on Sunday so really it's only 1lb off.

Just one more lb to go by the 30th and that will be exactly 1 stone since I started on 1st October.

Just got to not undo it all over Christmas now!

KikisDeliveryService · 25/11/2017 09:27

Well done theDonald, great work!

I've had a bunch of far less active days but as yet have not started pigging out, so maintaining this week rather than losing (or gaining). 11.1.2 this morning.

I should be back into normal routine from Monday so will need to rediscover what that is!

Dangerously, I have also been gifted rather extreme amounts of chocolate. And wine.

HairsprayBabe · 25/11/2017 09:33

9.13 Need to focus, going for a no snack weekend... wish me luck!

splatattack · 25/11/2017 09:52

Thedonald - a stone is so much to lose in just two months, well done!

Hairspray - good luck with the no snacking!! So hard, especially at the weekend. I am at my other half's workplace at the moment getting on with some of my own work and am surrounded by biscuits!! Bloody nightmare...(and they aren't even nice biscuits but to me they look like they are glowing bloody unicorn sparkles...must resist sugar!!)

HappyGowerGirl · 25/11/2017 09:59

Nice work all!

Am still feeling very virtuous at 59.0kg (9.4) dead on this morning...

I have friends staying this weekend though so no doubt there will be plenty of 🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷

Just hoping not to go crazy so I can stay below 60kg on Monday.

poorpaws · 25/11/2017 16:18

Wow you lot are doing brilliantly.

I’m trying, I’m really trying but not getting very far ☹️

Step away from the chocolate Paws . I’ve been doing plenty of steps but that bloody chocolate monster gets me every time (especially at weekends).

Enjoy the weekend everyone.

readyforsunshine · 26/11/2017 08:50

Morning all, here for my weekly check in.
Im cheating slightly & logging yesterday’s weight as I was out for dinner last night. 143.6 so that’s 9 lbs this month. It’s is def now noticeable & im able to squeeze back into some of my old clothes. I’m also beginning to wear some combinations that I felt frumpy or unflattering even if I could get into them so feeling pretty pleased with myself😃
Paws stick at it & stop bringing sugar into your house! You know you can’t resist. All that doggy walking will be undone with chocolate😖

BitOutOfPractice · 26/11/2017 10:09

Morning. Feeling all golden after a 9am treadmill class. Going home for some breakfast now

Are we all holding it together this weekend?

Paws! Step away from the chocolate young lady!

Hairspray don't sweat it too much when I was actually quite light (and still thought I was fat) a couple of years ago it would take me a week of being extra golden to lose a pound Sad

TheCatOfAthenry · 26/11/2017 20:23

So on top of the new bike, I've got a yoga mat and balance ball to help me on the way. Even if I'm not doing anything intense, I can faff a bit in front of the telly.
