Anyone fancy a November 30 day shred and 1200 calories?

I’m planning on doing this for November and hopefully shifting some weight and get healthier.
I’ve got other dvds too so might do some Davina or a run/walk if the weather is nice.
I want to eat better and include lots of veg and more water.
Would be good to have other people to chat to about it.

Again, no Shred but I ran 4K this morning. Having done that and Zumba last night, I have spent the day hungry & aching. I was looking forward to having a bit of a break until doing the Shred tomorrow night but I've remembered I'm out tomorrow so will need to Shred at 6am tomorrow... so I'd better get off here & go to sleep.

Shredded this morning. Generally had an OK day food wise only having fruit & chicken salad until this evening when I ate two fish fingers, a table
spoon of baked beans, five After Eights and two large dollops of custard Hmm

L2D2 today-I need to get stuck into this level now. I didn't take 2 days in a row off doing level 1 and I survived. It's certainly harder than Level 1 so it makes me worry about hard Level 3 gets.

No Shred here & more than 1200 calories but I ran 7k and the Bellini
I had (which was one of the things which took me over 1200 calls) was delicious

I did L2 Fri and Sat so I've done it 4 times now. I still can't do 30 seconds of the plank cardio things without stopping.

I was a bit concerned about what a typhus evening might involve!
No exercise yesterday or Friday as I was feeling under the weather and thought I was coming down with a cold. This morning I decided it was kill or cure & went for. 5k run with some steep hills and have been feeling much better ever since.
Food has been OK too. A lot of fruit & salad has been consumed and only one Yorkshire pudding & one roast potato with tonight's roast chicken. I was out Friday night & did drink then and ate a few crisps but it was more restrained than usual. The photos friends put on social media the next day reminded me how fat I am at the moment which has been a good incentive to stick to salad for the rest of the weekend.

Hooray - Ive finished level 2 of the shred. Surely level 3 isn't as bad blocks out memory of rockstar jumps.

I ache after doing level 3 yesterday! I switched DVD this evening, and did NMTZ instead of shred.

I did L2D5 on Mon and D6 today. I still cant do the squat jumps without taking a tiny break and its only 30 seconds so it should be doable.

I've just done 30DS L3D2. I didn't complete the shred during November (even with starting in October). But I did keep going with exercising all month. And I will finish it off in December.

I did 30DS L3D3 this evening (I switched to NMTZ & BFBM over the weekend as I fancied a change).
